The Moon festival... which comes at the end of every year...is celebrated by werewolves all over as a day to worship the moon goddess... The celebration lasts almost a week..where werewolves gather with their families...they feast together.. spends time together...wears traditional clothes and even visits the fare which will be set specially for this occasion.... 

For every werewolf the Moon Festival marks the beginning of a new year filled with hope and happiness..but for the royal family it had another speciality.... It was on this day years before that they found their Taehyung....

Taehyung who was always a big fan of fares..had always celebrated his birthday inside the palace because of two reasons.... One being that on this day the full moon was in it's all glory making him glow as he couldn't control it being a kid... But even after learning how to control his glow he didn't go out which being the second and main reason because the fare always reminded him of his Koo who once had ran back all the way here just to learn Taehyung's favorite song from a flute seller....

But this year it was different.... Taehyung had himself asked the alpha and luna who were more that happy to take him to the fare for his birthday... And as decided the whole royal family was out in the fare... enjoying the full moon night....dressed all traditionally..

The night walked down the sky with the moon in her arms as the stars decorated their path... The lights from the fare and the happy environment just added to the night's beauty

Jin and Namjoon were in the front... with Jin blabbering about anything and everything that he saw on his way and Namjoon listening to him with a soft smile like the whipped man he is...

Just behind them were Yoongi and Jimin.... Over the past few months both of them had grown much closer... They spend a lot of time together as they took baby steps towards building their relation....but till date no one knows where they have reached... Its true that they all have seen them staring at each other..but both of them haven't told anyone about anything and they being the supportive family didn't push ..

And then comes the most chaotic due Jeon Ian Jungkook and Kim Taehyung....  Taehyung would got excited on seeing anything and everything on the street and would stare at them with his bambi eyes which melts Namjoon and Yoongi's heart in a snap of a finger and ends up with them buying those for their youngest brother...

' You know am your brother too right?' A sulking Jungkook asked yoongi who was now by his side

' I guess' Yoongi said as he kept looking around

' You guess?' Jungkook gasped ' Wow I can't believe this'

' Seriously Kook? How can you be jealous of a kid?'

' A kid?' Jungkook scoffed ' H-' He was cut off by Taehyung's voice

' Hyung let's go their' he said pointing to a shop with many folding silk hand hand fans...

' Okok' Jin agreed as Jimin and Tae ran towards the shop with the rest of them following

' Hyung he is just 5 years younger than me' Jungkook continued... ' And am not jealous'

' Ofcourse' Yoongi snickered as he looked back at Jimin who was now talking and giggling with Tae and Jin

' Hyung hyung now look at me' Jimin said excitedly..
as he tilted his body to the side closing his eyes.. he brought up his hand with the unfolded fan in front of him...he then slowly opened his eyes as he looked towards the side where Jin and Tae were as he tilted his head backwards....with a growing smirk on his lips he pulled his hand down in a way so that the fan covered half of his face

Yoongi's breath hitched when he saw him...Jimin looked so hot that Yoongi's hands hitched to grab the younger by waist and just join their lips.. confessing to him how deeply he had falled for him.... Yes Yoongi had fallen for Jeon Jimin a long time ago but was afraid to confess...he didn't want to scare the younger with his stupid feelings.

' Woahh hyung' Taehyung's voice brought Yoongi out of his trance....

Yoongi sighed relived when he noticed that no one had seen him staring at Jimin..but boy was he wrong... a hand was wrapped around his shoulder as a body leaned to him whispering in his ears

' I may or may not be jealous..but you sure are whipped'

' Jeon Jungkook' Yoongi chased the younger who just ran for his life with the rest of them staring at the duo first in confusion and then started laughing when Yoongi caught hold of a screaming Jungkook...

The air was filled with their happy pheromones as they all enjoyed the time they spend with each other...unknown to the dark shadow that was looking at the happy family from far...taking it's sweet time to drown their bright world into a bottomless pit of abyss of sadness and regret... forever..

' Are you sure?' Jimin asked frowning

' It's Yoongi we are talking about...he will surely understand you Chim' Namjoon assured..they were back at the palace..

' But Joonie hyung..what if he doesn't agree to it?'

' Jimin ah...Yoongi is the most understanding person we have with us..and you know this more that anyone of us right?' Namjoon asked to which Jimin nodded... 'Mates...its the most purest relation anyone could have.... But there might come situations where the one rejects the other and its totally normal... You don't have to feel guilty just because you are rejecting your mate...  Accepting rejecting its all a part of the bond... Just listen to your heart and do what it says...Yoongi will be happy in whatever decision you take'

' Hyung leave me'

' Taeee' Jungkook plopped down beside Taehyung..
It was past midnight and Jungkook was trying his best to wake up a sleeping Taehyung

' Noo' Taehyung whinned as he turned towards the otherside of the bed

' Baby.... I need to show you something' Jungkook said in a small voice.

Taehyung was soon to get up..and looked at Jungkook who was hanging his head low

' What do you want to show me?' Taehyung asked as he rubbed the sleepiness away from his eyes

' If you are sleepy... will show you later' Jungkook mumbled but deep inside he was doing his victory dance..he knew very how Taehyung can't see him sad

' No... Am not sleepy'

' Come I'll take you somewhere'

Both of them sneaked out of the palace without anyone noticing and changed into their wold form... running towards the forest with Jungkook leading the way as he was the one who had his destination planned...

' Tell me hyungg' Taehyung linked ' I can't wait any longer'

' Just wait till we reach their pup'

' Umm...hyung were you sleeping' Jimin asked hesitantly as he stood before Yoongi who was squinting his eyes

' Do I really have to answer that?' Yoongi asked yawning ' But why are you here? you need something?'

' I...I wanted to go out...on a walk... With you actually' Jimin rambled not understanding how he is going to tell Yoongi about his decision on their relationship and how Yoongi will take it

' Yeah sure...let me just get dressed...'

' Koo' Taehyung breathed out.....' This place is soo beautiful'

They had turned back to their human forms as soon as they reached their destination... They were by a river bank...a cool breeze blew making their hair sway a little... Taehyung looked up only to see the full moon glowing from between the branches...as the stars decorated the moon lit sky..

To say Taehyung was awestruck by the beauty of the place would be an understanding.. he was brought out of his trance by Jungkook's voice only to be left speechless by what he saw

There in front of him in the river was a row boat with Jungkook standing it with his hands extended waiting for Taehyung to take...

' What? Come on' Jungkook laughed as he took Taehyung's hand pulling him onboard

' Koo...' Taehyung said as he sat still on the boat

' Hmm' Jungkook hummed as he started rowing

' Why...I mean.. I didn't except this' Taehyung accepted

' Well.. it's your birthday and I wanted to make it special' Jungkook shrugged as he continued rowing

Taehyung couldn't utter a word.... Everytime he was with Jungkook he would feel like he was the most precious thing ever...like he was the first ray of the sun that has blessed the earth after a long and heavy storm... He looked at the man in front of him... Moon goddess really took her sweet time on him.... His sculpted body...his perfect face with the sharp jawline.. his big doe eyes which looks more beautiful that the Star lit night...the mole under his lips....even the scar on his cheek....he looked nothing less than a Greek god.. And above all his heart... nothing could ever beat the kind heart of the trueblood..he was his parents pride..his hyungs' happiness and Taehyung lov-

Taehyung was pulled out of his thoughts by Jungkook's voice.... He didn't actually heard what the elder asked but his eyes widened when he processed what he was thinking....what was I even thinking about him

Taehyung again looked at Jungkook who was staring at him... Those eyes were staring at him as if he was his whole world.... They way Jungkook looks at him makes him feel things he has never felt before...

' Why are you looking at me like that?' Taehyung found himself voicing out his thoughts

' Like what?' Jungkook asked...his voice calm with a tint of amusement

'Like your eyes wants to convey something more that your voice couldn't...like your heart wants to reveal something that your words can't ' Taehyung said making Jungkook go still...the boat stopped in the middle of the river...both of them staring at each other...unsaid words swirling in their orbs..their hearts screaming to be heard....The moon glowed.. witnessing the silent emotions fluttering around them....

' There is something' Jungkook said as he sat straight

' Huh?'

' There is something....that I want to give you'

Taehyung's eyes trailed along Jungkook's hands which he now pulled out of his pocket... holding something in his closed fist...

Jungkook slowly held his fist in front of Tae as he slowly opened them allowing a chain with a beautiful pendent to hang from it

Taehyung's eyes widened seeing the pendent.... ' This is beautiful....it looks soo mesmerizing'

' Not more than you' Jungkook said throwing Taehyung totally off guard

' Wha-'

' Come here' Jungkook said as he set the oars aside and pulled Taehyung towards him making him sit between his legs....his back facing towards him..

Taehyung was still in a daze as Jungkook slowly hang the chain around the younger's neck

' Koo' Taehyung sucked in a breath when he felt Jungkook's hot breath fanning over his nape

' Hmm' Jungkook just hummed as he wrapped his arms around the younger pulling him close to his chest .. resting his chin on Taehyung's head

Taehyung relaxed laying back on Jungkook's hard chest as he inhaled his calming set... He looked forward and the view was so peaceful....

' This feels so good' Jungkook whispered into his hair

' Hyung' Taehyung called softly ' Sing for me'

Warmth... safety... assurance... peace....this is what Jungkook's voice feels like....no matter what the situation is Jungkook was is and will always be Taehyung's safe place.... Taehyung snuggled closer into Jungkook's arms as he started singing..

Jungkook sang as all his memories with Taehyung passed through his mind.... It truely does feel like a dream... finding Taehyung in the forest... growing up with him... Forming a special bond with him.... Falling in love with him...each and every moment he had spent with Taehyung was soo beautiful and perfect...just like a dream..

Taehyung blushed...he doesn't know why..but Everytime Jungkook sings something for him..it feels like it is meant only for him..like Jungkook is seeking answers....answers to questions which were never voiced out by him....like he wants Tae to understand them through the melodies he sings.... For the world it may be mere songs..but for Taehyung..he knows that these are the endless ocean of feelings Jungkook has in him

Taehyung found himself shaking his head... Don't be scared he wanted to tell him...but he held back..not wanting to interrupt the sweet voice

But he couldn't hold back anymore when he sensed the growing pain in the elder's voice...

' You won't' Taehyung turned around hugging Jungkook who was caught off guard by the younger's reaction

' Tae?'

' You will never loose me Kookie....never.... I'll be with you for the rest of my life...I will never ever leave you' Taehyung nuzzled more into his neck....

Jungkook's heart started beating at a faster pace....his hands gripping tighter onto the younger's waist as he promised ' I'll be with you even in the lives that are yet to come..... I promise'

But who knew that with each promise they made..they were sealing their fates in such a way that even death can't break it

' Jimin are you ok?' Yoongi asked as he sensed the younger's tension...

' Hyung... I want to tell you something... about our relationship' Jimin said as Yoongi stopped on his tracks

They were on a bridge now... The lights from the village was still visible as the celebration was going on...

' W-what?' Yoongi's throat went dry

' Hyung...the way we started our relation was nothing close to normal..' Jimin started as he fiddled with his fingers ' We had many problems.... We had many misunderstandings... Which we did over come with time... And we did agree on giving each other time to think about what we have... about our bond...we decided to give ourselves time to think of a final decision...to try if this will work out or not'

Yoongi's heart was beating so hard that he was sure that ould leap out of his chest any moment

' Hyung I don't think I need anymore time for this... I need to tell you what my decision is..and I hope you will also be fine with it... because you were the one who had suggested about the rejection' Jimin looked straight at Yoongi

Yoongi's world stopped..he felt his eyes prickling with tears.. he could feel his heart breaking is he going to reject me? I failed him...but I can't live without him

' Hyung I love you'

Yoongi's train of thoughts broke when he heard what Jimin said ' I was lost when I got to know that Jungwoo was my mate...I was broken when I knew that he had marked me... I felt myself as a disgrace but whenever I see the mark that you have given me I feel like am still pure... Everytime I see your efforts in making me happy I feel like am worthy to get a second chance.... Everytime I see you... I feel like even I do deserve to be happy.... You have made me love myself more than ever hyung...and above that I love you.. I admire you as a person...I love you as my mate and I need you as my happiness..... '

' Jimin ah' Yoongi whispered his eyes glistening with unshed tears

' I don't know how you feel about me...But I love you hyung' Jimin said taking a step closer ' And I am more than ready to get married to you and be yours forever.. are you ok with it hyung?' Jimin asked with a smile cupping Yoongi's face....

' Hyung' Jimin leaned closer..eyes still fixed on Yoongi's

' Y-yes' Yoongi nodded as Jimin leaned in closing the gap between them sealing their love with a deep passionate kiss which had nothing less than their love for each other..... Yoongi pulled the younger closer by his waist.. kissing him as tears left his eyes......

They slowly pulled back..as Jimin wiped all of Yoongi's tears away and said ' Am promising you under the light of a thousand lanterns...that No matter what may come Jeon Jimin will always be Min Yoongi's...in good and bad..in ups and downs...in life and In death'

Yoongi's eyes glistened with new tears..he can't believe it....Jimin loves him....his Jiminiee loves him... He smiled as more tears streamed down his cheeks.. his eyes travelled to where Jimin was pointing only to see the sky filled with many lanterns...it was the last ritual of the moon festival marking the beginning of new year filled with new promises...

' Hyung... With this new year..I want to start a new life with you...'.Jimin said ' Will you marry me'

Yoongi just wanted to die of happiness..there is nothing his wants more in his life...he didn't have anywords to say how happy he was...he just pulled Jimin closer capturing his lips as he poured his everything into the kiss...both of them smiling into it... This day marked the beginning of a new life for Yoongi and His Jimin as they became one soul under the glimmer of a thousand lights
