Fingers ran around the marble filled with vivid colors...twirling it around...in an attempt to hold his thoughts in place instead of the papers that it should.

Jungkook sighed as he kept the paper weight aside.
A lot of questions are left unanswered and he doesn't know whom to ask...how to ask. And today morning he got a text from Taehyung telling him that he dozed off in between texting and he was sorry for that. And also that he is perfectly fine. He didn't mention anything about passing out..that means he doesn't remember what happened.. he doesn't remember being in Jungkook's arms calling him alpha. Even though he won't show it but deep down a small ray of hope had peeped its way out when Jungkook heard him... hoping that his pup will remember everything and run into his arms forever.. but then again fate is one hell of a thing.

So the question is if he doesn't remember anything... what happened to his Tae the previous night? How did he mindlink him? Will he be able to get his memories back any soon?

His string of thoughts broke when the door to his cabin opened and in came his father

' What's wrong Kook? Am noticing this from the morning. You don't seem to be fine' Jisung asked as he sat in front of him

' Appa...Tae mindlinked me yesterday'

' He what?'

Jungkook explained everything to him.

' Kook..The answer always lies with the question...if you want the answers look for it at the place where the question was formed'

Jungkook lifted his eyes looking at Jisung who continued ' Think Jungkook...Think of the first time you wanted the answers...think of the first ever question that came to your mind which resulted in all these...think alpha'

Jungkook's eyes flashed crimson for a second before going back to black ' I think I know where to search'

Jungkook parked his car on the side of a familiar building. He walked in looking at the sign board hung in front of it. A sense of deja vu hitting him seeing the Public library written over it. He took in a deep breath as he went inside... aiming straight at the old untouched part of the Library.

He was searching for the black book which once caught his attention leading him to Taehyung when someone called him from behind

' Jungkook?'

That voice.... Jungkook could never not recognize that voice. He knew who it was even without turning around

' Heyy Tae' Jungkook smiled widely turning around

' Are you here to help me search that story?' Taehyung asked excitedly

' Ah yes' Jungkook nodded

' But I didn't tell you what the story was about' Taehyung frowned

Jungkook thought for a while...and said ' I was passing by and saw the Library. So I just thought of coming and getting acquaintanted with this place..so that it would be easy for me to help you right'

' Oh god hyung... you are really going to help me? Thankyou so much' Taehyung said as he joined his hands over his chest..his boxy grin on display

Jungkook just wanted to treasure these moments....

' ok now tell me about the story' Jungkook said

' Not now... it's time for my shift'

' What shift?'

' My shift at the cafe! You forgot?' an adorable pout was formed on his face as Jungkook widened his eyes

' no am sorry I was just busy with work' Jungkook sighed

' I'll forgive you only if you agree to something' Taehyung said his eyes shining with mischief

' If you want me to make your appa agree to something you want then am out of this game...or he will really chop my head off..' Jungkook said raising both his hands in defeat

' What? No... I'll make you do that next time.. But now if you are free come to the cafe with me... it's my first day and.... I don't know..I feel nervous? So if you could come..it wo-'

' Come on Tae you don't have to explain yourself...just tell me to come and I'll be there' Jungkook said smiling as he took Taehyung's hands in his own when he saw him fiddling with his fingers ' I'll go anywhere with you Tae...you just have to tell me and then I'll be there with you... forever.'

Taehyung felt his insides warming. The soft voice laced with care and honesty and the onyx orbs which reflected them were sure having an effect on Taehyung.

' So let's go? I'll take you there' Jungkook said walking forward

Taehyung glanced at his hand which was in Jungkook's hold a while ago. He missed the warmth of his hand as soon as Jungkook walked off. He bit his lips trying to control his rising urge to run forward and take his hands in his own.
Jungkook felt the younger not following him and turned around only to see him looking at him confused. A small smile had bloomed on his lips seeing the way Tae was standing...he has seen this a million times.. if you want to hold my hands just tell me baby... You are still the same Jungkook chuckled as he extended his hand

' Let's go'

Taehyung looked at the extended hand before breaking down into a huge grin and holding on to it as he walked out along side Jungkook.

Cafe spring day was a beautiful cafe surrounded by many trees... could be a perfect spot for couples in spring Taehyung thought as he looked around.

Just wait a little more Taetae..you will find your prince soon A small shy smile ruled his lips when he thought this before his eyes drifted off to Jungkook who had been holding his hands since the moment they were out of the car.

The bell chimed when they entered the cafe getting the attention of some people and the waiters there.

' Tae'

They heard someone calling him and turned towards the voice

' Mark hyung hii' Taehyung said smiling as he waved with his free hand

Oh..so this is the Mark hyung he was talking to Jungkook thought eyeing the boy who was smiling and talking to Tae

' Am glad that you are here.. am sure you will enjoy this' Mark said smiling

' Ofcourse hyung' Taehyung smiled back

Mark looked at the interwined hands of Tae and Jungkook.

' Oh..yeah..um Jungkook this is Mark hyung..my senior' Taehyung said when he saw the confused look on Mark ' And Mark hyung this is Jungkook..my..-'

' Jeon Jungkook...nice to meet you' Jungkook said extending his hand before Tae could friend zone him that too in front of Mark.

' Jeon Jungkook? You mean the CEO of Jeon Empires' Mark asked totally shocked only to see Jungkook nod 'Oh my god.. hello sir welcome to our cafe.. please have a seat' he said shaking their hands

' Yeah sure.. thanks' Jungkook smiled

' I'll go see Mr Park and come' Taehyung said taking a step forward only to be pulled back by Jungkook.. their hands still joined ' What?'

' Am also coming...' Jungkook said ' Haven't met Bogum in a while...also I should let him know who you are...so that he can take care of you'

' Seriously hyung?' Taehyung asked baffled

' Ofcourse! Your appa is scary' Jungkook said dramatically

' Ok come on' Taehyung laughed as they walked behind Mark who showed him the room.

' Bogum hyung...I told you about my friend who wanted to work here right...he is here' Mark said to a man who was arranging some papers with his back turned towards them

' Oh really... let me see' The man said turning around

' Hello Mr Park.. Am Kim Taehyung.' Taehyung bowed to him

Bogum's eyes widened as he saw the pair standing in front of him. A big smile decorated his face when he saw their interwined hands

' Hello Taehyung shi' Bogum smiled ' Long time no see Jungkook'

' Was busy with something...' Jungkook smiled

' Ok..soo Taehyung shi welcome to our Spring day family. You can start working here from today. And just for you to know..if you have any problem... you can come directly to me...you will be safe here'. Bogum smiled..

' Thanks Mr Park...you can call me Taehyung' Taehyung said politely

' And You can call me hyung' Bogum said ' Taehyung you can go and get ready..Mark will take you there'

Taehyung nodded and looked at Jungkook

' I'll talk with Bogum and come' Jungkook said slowly leaving his hand

Taehyung agreed as he followed Mark out.

Bogum contemplated on what to say. He was happy to see his alpha and Luna together. He wanted to talk to Taehyung more..but..

Jungkook saw his struggle and he said ' Bogum... I know you'

' I know you too' Bogum scoffed as he thought this would be one of Jungkook's lame jokes... Bogum met Jungkook in this cafe itself and they started talking. Bogum just wanted to be with his old best friend even though Jungkook doesn't remember him and Jungkook..he found Bogum's company good...he felt like he could confide in him and thus their small acquaintance bloomed into a beautiful friendship over the years.

' Oh my god Bogum!' Jungkook fake gasped ' Is this the way you talk to your alpha?'

Bogum stopped whatever he was doing and looked at Jungkook bewildered

' Ian?' Bogum called

' Yes' Came the reply

' Since when?'

' 3 days?'

' You fucker' Bogum threw himself onto Jungkook hugging him ' You got your memories back 3 days ago and you are telling me now? You little shithead I'll beat the hell out of you'

' Woah... I never expected this kind of treatment. Jin hyung had kissed me all over my face and he was soo happy and now look at you! You are planning of beating me. That's not fair'

' You met hyung?' Bogum asked pulling back ' How is he? I miss them all'

' I can take you there you know? Just wait a little more' Jungkook said as Bogum agreed

' And what about Taehyung? He doesn't seem like he...' Bogum trailed off when he saw the smile disappear from Jungkook's face

' He doesn't remember yet... I hope he will soon' Jungkook sighed

' He will Kook... don't worry' Bogum patted his back
' Now come his performance will start now'

' Performance?' Jungkook looked at him confused

' He is here as a part time singer.. now come on' Bogum pulled a still confused Jungkook with him

Jungkook saw a small crowd gathered around the raised platform.. in the center of which stood Taehyung with a guitar in his hand. Jungkook walked forward through the crowd as the background music started.....eyes fixed on his love.

Taehyung felt his chest tightning as fear crept his veins...what if he messed up?

Jungkook saw the way Taehyung was getting nervous..he just wanted to go forward and hug the boy to calm him down...how much he wished to somehow mindlink him. And then just on cue Taehyung turned his head towards him and their eyes met..

Taehyung felt his breathing getting steady just by looking at the serene orbs which were staring at him. Those eyes never fail to calm his nerves...yet they never failed to make his heart race. Those eyes made him feel strong yet weak at the same time..

Jungkook nodded his head as he smiled indicating the boy it was ok and he can do well.

Taehyung took in a deep breath and started singing.. their eyes never leaving each other's.
