Kul'Zak's POV

It's time to tell these kids the story that Irene managed to hide from everyone.

I sighed..

"Listen... There comes a time in every few centuries. A storm arrives. It's not just an ordinary storm, but Shad himself. A magical storm that weakens Irene for years. Once she returns to good health, Irene herself will strengthen the borders of the nether realm to avoid any contradictions." I said.

" Couldn't you help?. " Gene asked.

" I tried. I tried telling her that all of my friends can help her. We tried getting in her senses but our help came to no use. She refused. Our status didn't mean anything to her. So we let her be.. All we could do was help her be herself and help in keeping things safe around the dimensions. " I said.

" Why would she do that?. " Lucinda asked, trying to think.

" Because she doesn't want to hurt any of us.. " I said

" And putting danger to herself?!. " Zane retorted.

" That's not just right. Homies must help homies and its something I live by." Zane added.

They argued a little and I smile lightly. They were getting to it but not connecting it. Dante eventually noticed.

" Why are you smiling?. " Dante asked.

Everyone turns to me confused and in question.

" You've gotten it but did not connect it with the idea you gave earlier." I said snickering a little.

"Idea? What kind of idea are we even talking about?." Nana asked.

"So? You don't get it." I asked.

"What don't we even get? We get that Irene was a showoff for doing it alone and trying to prove that she's strong but she's weak in every way she's acting. She thinks she can do it alone and hide every pain and then be vulnerable when Shad comes around. That's just plain weak." Gene said.

"Excuse me? Irene is doing this for all of you and without her, Your dimension would be destroyed!." I said out in anger.

"We all have our part to play and this is what she chose! She decided to keep us safe so that we could help her! So that she could save EVERYONE! " I burst.

Everyone was silent. Gene looked down. Lucinda looked mad at Gene.

"I-I'm sorry..." I stutter out.

"I'm sorry too.." Gene said.

I sighed, "You see, Irene did everything.. Just like Y/N."

"What? Y/N?." Nana seemed confused.

"This is the thing you didn't connect. Y/n did everything for you guys in the other dimension. Did you not think about how Y/N felt? She was terrified when she woke up from the coma."I said regaining my composure.

" True. She wasn't herself and she used to love the dramatic and reckless way on how we entered her room. Except for the part where we hit Gene and Dante. "Zane said.

" Exactly. "

" But what else did we miss?. " Lucinda asked.

" Her Backstory. " I said positioning my hand on a orb.

Gene's POV

Kul'Zak touched the orb and a flashback was seen.

" Y/n has been abused for years. She didn't tell anyone. She was too afraid to even open up." Kul'Zak Narrated.

" When will this change...?" Y/n said crying infront of a window, on a rainy day.

"Y/n it's time to pick up Gene.." Dante came in the room.

"Okay.." Y/n said in a quiet voice.

Y/N was in a blue car, sitting at the passengers seat. She didn't talk...

"Hey.. I know it was scary what we did to you.. And I know I said sorry but---." Dante was interrupted by Y/N.

"I know.. It's just been years..." Y/N said

Dante then hold her hand while driving. His thumb was rubbing her hand making Y/N relax. She sighed.

"I hope he doesn't have that grudge on me.." Y/n sarcastically laughs.

"I hope he doesn't because if he will, I'll make sure you're safe. That's all I need. Your safety." Dante said.

I looked at Dante and he has a tear rolling down his face. He was smiling.

The Memory disappeared and Kul'Zak reappeared.

"Well that's what you see now but here's another thing we caught." Kul'Zak said disappearing.

A memory flashed. Y/n was on the couch watching TV.

"Adventure time come on grab your friends!! We'll go to every distant land. Jake the dog and Finn the human--." the adventure time song plays.

Y/N's phone buzzed. She checked it then Y/N sighed and grabbed her jacket. She walks into the kitchen where memory Dante and Gene are, eating chips and drinking soda.

" I'm heading out... " Y/n said softly.

" Sure, just be here at 6 to cook us our damn foods." memory Gene said

She nodded. She left the house and was walking down the street. She goes to the alley.

"I'm Here.." Y/n said.

"I think this will cover everything.." A voice said.

"Thanks so much. You're the best." Y/n said grabbing the envelope.

"Don't worry.. I'll always be here for you.." A person hugged her which made Y/N cry.

Who is that??

The person stopped hugging Y/N and it showed Vylad. He was smiling.

"Hey hey hey, it's okay. You can always come to me... But you'll have to escort me at the party okay?." Vylad said wiping her tears away.

Could he be the one?

"Okay.." Y/n said smiling.

"I know it's hard now but someday an experience will change everyone's life. You'll be accepted and everything will come out clean soon. Just wait okay babe?." Vylad said.

My eyes widened and everyone's Jaws drop.

"Babe?!." I blurted out.

"SHE HAS A BOYFRIEND?!." Dante screams.

"Vylad please... You know that's just too over the top." Y/n said giving a peck.

"I-I didn't mean too.." Vylad blushed and stuttered out.

Y/N giggled, "I was just kidding.. But thank you... I just can't help to think that my brothers aren't even looking for a job to pay the bills and they make me in charge of paying all the bills... I couldn't thank you enough Pea." Y/n said.

" Don't worry (cute nickname), it's fine! You don't need to repay me. You're everything I have and I don't want you to go homeless.... "Vylad said smiling and making Y/N blush.

" You should return home... They'll be looking for you. " Vylad gave a small smile.

" Thank you so much Vylad. I love you!. " Y/n said running home.

The Memory disappeared and Kul'Zak then appeared.

" She has someone who loves her for her.. Despite the problem. "I said.

" She sacrificed everything just to keep the family, Our family, together.. "Dante said.

" She did everything... For us.. "
