Y/N's POV

A bright light was shining. I couldn't see properly. I could only feel someone holding me tight.
Suddenly, everything cleared. I looked around and felt someone release me from their grasp. I open my eyes to see Gene sudddenly hugging me.

"Sis...." He said hugging me tight.

"G-Gene.." I said smiling a little.

Tears flooded around my face. I hugged Gene tight. Gene lets go from the hug. I wipe my tears.

"Guys! I missed you!." I said and they gave me a big hug.

We part and Lucinda walks in front of me.

"Hey, you have people who really care and miss you." She said as she pointed behind the group.

I walked forward. Tears started to flood again. The memories came back. Everything seemed hurtful. I broke down in tears. My legs were weary. I couldn't stand. I let myself fall but didn't feel the ground. I noticed I was held tight by someone.

"Goodness Y/N, why do you weigh so much?." an uncomfortable chuckle was said.

I looked up and it was the same cold eyes I saw in the hurtful memories. He gave me a smile and he helped me stand.

"Y/N!." A small battle cry was heard and someone hugged me.

The person released me from the hug. I saw caramel eyes and skin.

"We thought you were going crazy.." She gave a small smile. Aphmau.

I let out a small smile.

"Hey kiddo." I saw worried eyes. Dante.

I ran and hugged him. My head buried in his chest.

"Dante." I said hugging him.

"I thought I'd never feel your hugs." He said trying to keep tears from falling.

"Aww. Dante don't cry." I said letting him go.

"I'm not crying." Dante's voice was behind me.

I looked behind me and saw another Dante, but with glasses.

"Dante Alternate." Dante with glasses said.

"I'm the opposite Dante. The persona who is far more intellectual and less emotional." Dante Alternate said adjusting his glasses.

"Wait, so who's here?." I asked.

"Only Aphmau, Gene, Dante and Travis." Lucinda said.

"T-Travis..." I stutter in fear.

"Was it a bad thing to bring Travis around?." Lucinda asked.

"N-no it's fine..." I said trying to control my fear.

"Y/N, Is something wrong?." Dante asked.

"No.. Nothing is wrong.." I said trying to sound calm.

"Y/N. Are you okay?." Gene asked.

"I...." I said as tears fell down.

I was shaking. I didn't know why it startled me when I saw Travis. It just shook me up.

"Y/N... Relax.." Gene said coming closer to me which made me cry.

The memories came flooding back. Everything.. This alternate Universe... Everything is flooding back.

I backed up unto a wall. I was scared somehow. Something triggered me. Then, I saw The alternate Gene. He was opening his arms out for me to hug. He smiled softly. I ran to him while passing by my real brother. I ran and hugged alternate Gene.

Alternate Gene's POV

She hugged me. I saw her real brother in shock. Her friends in utter shock. I was in shock too. I don't understand... This alternate Y/N... Ran to me..

I saw her real brother Gene tense up. He immediately grabbed Y/N and threw her to real Dante.

"Who do you think you are, doppelganger!?. " He screamed at my face.

"I'm her brother too. We have to respect that." I said calmly.

"Her brother? Ha! I'm the only protective brother she has! She doesn't need a weak sauce like you! You. Fake. Alternate. Stupido!." He yelled pushing me with his finger on my chest.

"I have a right to protect her and be there for her. We are the same person Gene. We ARE her brother.." I said.

"Woah guys, please stop being so irrational about this." Dante with the eye glasses said.

"We have to be there for her not fight about it." He added pointing to Y/N and another Dante.

"This is just crazy." Zane squeaked.

"I beg to differ." The opposite Gene said.

"Gene, you don't always have to put up a dark persona. It'll always destroy your loved ones. Especially, Y/N." I said putting a hand on his shoulder.

"You'll have to understand, eventhough you are older and much smarter than them, you'll have to learn to love and respect them as family 'cause you'll never know when you'll ever lose them." I added.

He took a glance at me then to Y/N and Dante. I sighed and he sighed.

" I don't get it. You are so-----let's say----- wise? I'm the, I don't know... Must be the hurtful one? How you so indulgent and appreciative?." He asked.

I laughed lightly while the others consult Y/N.

"What's so funny? Is it my hair?." He asked.

"No, it's isn't your hair. You should try and sacrifice everything for the people you love. She sacrificed everything. She sacrificed and lived another day for beatings. She sacrificed being beaten up just to barter trade money from her loved one. She did so many things, that even our Y/N, our lazy bum Y/N, couldn't do. We never hurt her here but out there, she does. Her whole life is just Grey... I can't even bare to see her like this. She is Y/N. Our sister and family. We have to understand that eventhough we have authority we should always take care of each other rather than hurting one another. She's a ray of bundle and a thing I could never replace. "I said smiling at him.

He sighed and said...

" I can't believe I'm this blind... "
