Ryan and Sarakshi were deep in concentration, both biting their nails as though they were waiting for the results of their final exams. Those who glance at them may believe they are uncovering new patterns on the floor. In truth, they were planning how to carry out their mission.

They were so caught up in their thoughts that they even forgot that Siddharth had crossed them several times. Siddharth made a face towards them and kept doing his work.

Siddharth: Apdi enna dhan yosikraanga rendu perum?? Edhukum ushaara irundhuko, Sid !!!

Siddharth moved back to his bedroom, sighing looking at the two humans who were in deep thoughts of rocket science.

Ryan: Enna vida unaku dhan avana impress panra ideas neraya irukum..

Sarakshi: Ipo moola back vaangudhu ney... Edhume thonala..

They both again went into a deep silence, thinking of other ways to impress Siddharth. After a long time, Ryan spoke.

Ryan: Idea!!! He screamed.

Sarakshi: Ennadhu.. ennadhu.. ennadhu???

She was equally excited as him.

Ryan: Nee en oru vaati enna impress panna koodathu??? Trial paathuko!! Oru vela nee pass aagitena un luck le???

Sarakshi: Yovv !!!!

Ryan: Edhey?? Yovv uh?? Apo po na idea solla maten..

Sarakshi: Ryan.. apdi solladhinga .. please. She used her puppy eyes.

Ryan: Ipo matum Ryan? Ilena anney nu vandhudradhu!!

Ryan: Seri seri.. panndilam.. En neram oru Saamiyaar ku set up vendiyadha pochu.

Sarakshi: Avara chumma kalaaikadhinga. . Azhaga dhan irukaaru..ponga ponga!!

Before Ryan could reply, Siddharth came back to the duo.

Siddharth: Ahem.. Ryan.. Ne ketta andha project almost over.. Oru vaati check panniko.

Ryan: Machan.... Thanks Machan..

Ryan jumped from his place and ran towards Siddharth and gave him a tight kiss on his cheek.

Sarakshi who saw this was fuming in anger. She looked like a mini pressure cooker.

Sarakshi: Adhu en idam... En asset.. Adhu epdi ivan kiss panlam???

Ryan noticed her face change into a shade of red in anger and gave her a proud smirk.

Ryan: Enaala un boyfriend uh  kiss panna mudiyum.. unaala mudiyuma? His face showed what's in his heart.

Siddharth who noticed Sarakshi's face, couldn't help but pass a chuckle that was evident only to him. He kept a straight face and moved away from them.

Ryan began whistling as he sat back on the couch.

Sarakshi: Enni oru maasathula na avaruku kiss kudupen!!! Ezhudhi vechukonga ,Ryan anna. She gritted her teeth.

Ryan: Adhayum paapom!!

That was when , Sarakshi's back vaanguna moolai started working.

Sarakshi: Anney... Oru semma idea kedachuduchu neyy..

Ryan: Ennadhu???

Sarakshi: Enna dhan avaru enmela kovama irundhalum.. Avaru paiyyan uh paathuta podhum... Apdiye icecream uh sun kita kaatuna maari melt aagiduvaaru.

Ryan: You mean... Our heart melter???

Sarakshi: Exactly!!! Na poitu vandhudren.. Bye Anna!!!!

Ryan sighed again.

Siddharth: Ava adhukulla poitaala??

Siddharth: Erm... Ry.. Ryan... Enna amaidhiya iruku??

Ryan: En Machan.. nee enna edhirpakra?

Siddharth: Ile... Lunch panlam nu ponen..

Ryan: Menu sollava?

Siddharth: Aama... Unaku samaikka dhan vandhu kekrena?

Siddharth: Ile.. extra va pannanuma??

Ryan: Edhuku da.. Namma rendu peru dhana irukom?

Siddharth: Ila.. avanga irundhangale.. poitangala?

Ryan: Ungaluku edhuku andha information uh???

Siddharth sighed.

Ryan: Seri seri... Menu sollava?

Siddharth: Onnum theva ile.. Mooditu na enna samaikreno adhaye saapdu.

Siddharth went to the kitchen huffing, making Ryan smile for the success of their first step in the mission.

In the evening, Siddharth again heard some noise outside. He quickly jumped from the bed and sprinted towards the living room to find Sarakshi along with Snow in her arms.

Siddharth's lips curved as it was the most heart melting sight for him in his whole life. All he wanted to do was cuddle with them. But as the reality stuck, his smile vanished and he locked himself in his room.

But Siddharth's stomach began grumbling as he hadn't eaten his lunch.

Siddharth: Ipo veliya pona.. edhaachu nadakkum.. Aana pogama irukavum mudilaa..

Siddharth: Seri enna aanalum paravaale.. Namaku sorru dhan mukkiyam.

Siddharth slowly opened the door and was welcomed by silence. He then tiptoed to the kitchen and was shocked.

He saw Sarakshi, Snow and Ryan sitting there and eating, all the dishes he prepared.

Siddharth: Evanaachum nammala kandukraana??

Ryan: Ada... Vaa Machan.. saapdriya?? Semma taste uh da.. Ne pesama oru chef velaiku poidu..

Siddharth glared at him while Sarakshi had a hard time to suppress her giggles.

Siddharth: Enaku enga da?

Ryan: Sorry Machan... Nee rendu peruku dhan cook panniya.. ipo naanga rendu peru irukoma? Adhan saaptutom.

Ryan showed all his teeth which irked Siddharth to punch him for finishing his lunch.

Siddharth sighed and moved towards the dinning and sat with a thud. But what surprised him was, the table was filled with all of his favourite dishes.

His mouth began watering as it has been long since he tasted Indian food. The aroma of the food made his heart scream home. He knew it was her who did this. Gulping, he tore a piece of Naan that was drenched in butter and dipped it in the bowl of Paneer tikka masala and stuffed it in his mouth.

He closed his eyes as he relished the taste of her handmade food. He took some time to open his eyes only to find his eyes, moist. Sarakshi who saw this was beyond happy. She hid herself from him and let him eat.

Siddharth was in a euphoric state. He gobbled all the food in no time. Sarakshi just wanted to hug him tight and pepper kisses all over his face. She wanted to apologise and plead to him to accept her back.

She hoped she could stop time and stare at him indefinitely, simply to accept his existence in her life. She wished she could live the rest of her life only by absorbing his warmth from afar.

Siddharth finished his meal and proceeded to wash his hands and clear the dishes.Ryan was still eating, without caring about the world.

Sarakshi kept looking at him with a yearning look. Siddharth moved away without saying anything that hurt her more.

Snow who noticed Siddharth after a long time, ran behind Siddharth to his room.

Siddharth: Snow baby!!!!

He cooed as he cradled Snow in his arms and hugged with him. Siddharth lay on the bed, Snow on top of him. Snow, unable to contain his joy, began thumping his paws and wriggling his tail. He kept tapping his paws as they became entangled in Siddharth's lengthy hair.

After four hard years, Siddharth laughed for the first time. His eyes and nose shrank, and his mouth grew wide. He giggled again, unable to take his paws away from Snow's paavapatta face.

Sarakshi and Ryan who heard his laughs, rushed towards his room and was shocked by the sight.

Ryan: Ivan ivlo siripaana???

Sarakshi's heart was broken by the statement. The carefree Siddharth had been buried within himself.  The old and joyous Siddharth, had been missed for years. She mentally vowed to restore him to normalcy.

Siddharth stopped laughing as he observed Sarakshi and Ryan on the door step. With a chuckle, he awoke and helped Snow in regaining his paws. He even noticed Sarakshi's gleaming eyes. 

He left Snow down, who ran towards his mom. But snow came back and gave some licks on his face and ran away again. He knew that it was Snow's way of assuring that he would be back and make him happy.

Sarakshi moved from his room and bid bye to Ryan as it was time for her to go.

Ryan: Kavala padadha... Mission nyabagam iruku le? Saamiyaara namma impress pannama vida poradhu ile!!

Sarakshi chuckled.

Sarakshi: Bye na... Poitu varen.

Ryan then moved in to attend a phone call. Just as she was about to move out, she heard a throat clearing sound.

Siddharth stood there hesitantly. Sarakshi eyes twinkled when she saw him there.

Siddharth: Umm... F.. Food nalla irundhuchu. Thankyou.

Sarakshi bit her lips to control the overwhelming happiness. Siddharth moved inside again, making her jump in excitement.

Snow who saw this jumped along with his mom as she took Snow in for a teddy hug. Sarakshi was now smiling in tears after the same long four years in her life.
