Izuku's point of view

It was supposed to be a simple mission, secure the planet felucia we brought so many clones and equipment with us that we thought it was going to be a piece of cake, but boy were we wrong. You're probably thinking it would've been easier for me just to go across all the planet destroying his many droid as I can, with 25% of one for all and to tell you the truth, that's exactly what I was doing until something unexpected happened. It turns out with the separatist head up to the game with the droid manufacturing, and by that I mean they've gotten some new droids to help out ones that look very familiar to some I've seen before

(I don't own any of these images and before any of you ask, this is going to be the topic for the next few chapters were more like a side topic)

Of all the things I was expecting in this battle, I was not expecting the robots from the UA training exam to be appearing on the battlefield at first, I thought I was seeing things, but then, when I realised it really was, then I immediately called for withdrawal of my part of the 501st we need to regroup with the others

It's true that I could take down some of them with one for all and with my light savers. There's only one small problem. Now they have actual weaponry that can hurt and kill and also in the UA exam. These robots were going all over the place now they're in perfect alignment together working together, hand-in-hand I've already lost 20 men out of my 40

One of the number one point robot starts shooting lasers at us. I block them with my light saver as I repeat for us to withdraw

The droids now have us on the run and we're avoiding blaster shots and missiles along with some flying rocks as we try to get to a gunship that here to pick us up for the retreat

Before we can get in, I click my fingers towards the droids at 25%, causing a shock wave that forces, the robots back just a bit allowing us to get onto the gunship more easily

Once we are safely up in the air, I immediately called the others: Master skywalker, master Obi-Wan, ahsoka can you hear me?!

Master Obi-Wan response: where are you my friend what's going on?

I explain the situation: Master I hate to say this, we need to retreat the separatists up their game they've got new droids!

Master skywalker I can hear the battlefield on their side of the communicator. It sounds like they're having a rough time too: not that I don't disagree with your greedy, but we haven't seen any new droids and why are you asking for a treat, can't you just destroy them with one hit?

I yell over the communicator: I could do that the only problem is there thousands of them, and to make it worse. They look like robots are my world the robots are used to train people with quirks or to be used in the tartarus security system, the toughest prison on earth, these robots were pacifically designed to fight people always quirks.How do you think clones are gonna deal with them!

I look around at the ship and realise that I may have just insulted my team I nervously apologise: no offence

One clone speaks: none taken... Sir

I go back to communicating with my Jedi friends: trust me master skywalker if I could beat all those things I would I could probably beat a couple, but not all of them not worth protecting what's left of my team. The best thing we can do now is retreat before any more casualties.

MasterObi-Wan: he's right Anakin, even if it wasn't for the those new droids, we are vastly outnumbered we need to retreat!

Master skywalker: I don't disagree, but ahsoka isn't back from her jungle patrol yet

Oh no patrol was very close to where my squad was attacked now that the robots don't have us to chase after probably going to meet up with the main force that's attacking ahsoka I have to woman her about what's coming should be completely caught off guard if I don't

I try getting into contact with her: ahsoka... ahsoka! Do you read me please come in!

There was a moment of silence across the channels and I was worried for her life but finally she responded I can already hear blaster fire: I'm here izuku we've got the separatists on the run and were advancing

that would be great news except for the fact that they're probably not retreating the going to regroup with the squad that attacked me: ahsoka! The gunship so here we are going to retreat

ahoska sounded surprised: what!? We can't retreat now, izuku we winning! And I have broken through

Obi-Wan comes in on the conversation: we outnumbered were about to be overwhelmed and on top of that they have new droid designs you must evacuate that is in order!

I try to get her to listen: please listen to him ahoska we cannot win this fight!

ahsoka: you're overreacting you need to stop getting caught up in your head

she still not listening how can I don't understand that there is no way she can win even I couldn't beat those things even with my powers if it was just a few of the matter time yeah no problem but there's hundreds of them working together with the other droids unify it try charging into battle I would likely take out I'd say 70 of them before I was surrounded and gunned down

Master Obi-Wan: you are putting your troops lives in danger, young one. You will get on this gunship when we arrive

ahsoka doesn't respond to know whether that's because she's caught up in the battle or whether she just refuses to listen either way not good the robot should be getting to a position any minute now

I talk to the Jedi master: master are meet at ahsoka position we need to get her and her troops out of their

a few seconds later we arrive at the rendezvous point and I can already see the zero point robots coming in close followed by the three points and one point droid following close behind ahsoka doesn't seem to be stopping to probably get see them yet the gonna be on top of her in less than 10 seconds I've got to do something

it looks like master Kenobi and master skywalker land in front of her basically force her into the gunship but by then it's already too late zero pointers are close and are throwing rocks at the ships we won't get far with them attacking us okay time to do something drastic

I called in to the others: when organ made it far with the zero point robots touring rocks at us I've got a plan but... It's risky so no matter what happens keep going

I turn off my communicator before I could get a response and I just jump out of the ship and hover for a moment before immediately heading towards the three 0 pointers throwing rocks I know this is probably a bad idea but it's the best one I've got at this moment it's just it's really going to hurt a lot

I raised my fist as I activate one for all 100% as I brace towards the robots I think now might be the perfect chance to say something I haven't said in months: Detroit.... Smash!!!!!!!

like before the shockwave was intense so much that it knocked away the other two robots but only knock them down he didn't destroy them like I did with the first the pain is excruciating but I can tolerate it as I try flying back to the gunships that are leaving the planet I managed to make it to one and climb aboard with the help of Anakin and Kenobi who immediately order one of the clones to give medical attention

I glance over at ahoska and I see and at set expression plastered on her face and Anakin looks at her very disappointed... Why am I suddenly getting flashbacks to my first day at UA

A little while later and after a session in the back to tank my arm is completely healed and were back at the Jedi Temple where ahsoka is being reprimanded for her actions

Master mace: Padawan do you think Obi-Wan's description of the "incident" is accurate

ahsoka responds: yes  my Master's

I do feel bad for her and odds are if we were back on earth I would have probably done the same thing but coming to a new planet has opened my eyes sometimes doing whatever it takes to win is not the best strategy and sometimes you have to think about the consequences of your actions... I bet my teachers and my mum  would have loved to hear me say that

Master Yoda: more to add do you

ahsoka looks down ashamed:  I know what I did was wrong, I didn't look at the battle as a whole I wasn't trying to be disobedient I just... Thought I could win

Master skywalker: masters this incident is my responsibility because of ahsoka advanced skills I forgot how young she is I gave her more freedom than I should have

Master mace: that may be read as an excuse the fact of what happened... Not to mention izuku injury as well I think it's best if she stays away from the battlefield for a while

Master Yoda: archive security you will be placed

ahsoka surprised: guard duty!... For how long?

Master mace : longer now

she looks down in depression and Anakin looks even more angry than he did before I want to stand up for her and help her but maybe this is a good thing she needs to learn that she can't always win a fight and she has to look at the battle as a whole I had to learn that lesson and I think it's best if she learns to before it's too late

I do hate to change the subject but I think we need to address the elephant in the room: Master's ideal way to change the subject but I think we need to discuss what happened on the planet and I'm not just talking about the incident separatists were using robots from my planet my home

Obi-Wan stroked his beard: he's not wrong the separatists now have three new toys of which are incredibly strong the question is where do they get the idea to create those droids

I shrug I have not got a clue I mean I have theories but none of them are concrete: to be honest with you masters I'm not really sure it's not like they have those plans to make those robots all over the place you have to be certified even look at the plans and even then if you share it with anyone it's basically a format of treason those robots are the best advanced in the world and the not used for water use for training and security purposes what I saw there was no robots were originally planned programme to do

Anakin: so someone change their programming how hard could that be we do it all the time with our droids

there's just the problem those robots are supposed to be impossible to change programming: your hours are more advanced than that you can't just change the robot programming we made it that way because everyone was freaking out about the whole robot revolution thing

the Jedi Masters and my girlfriend looks at me rather confused all right they probably don't understand: it to sci-fi thing it's the theory that if we create artificial intelligence it will eventually rise up and overtake planet that's why the reprogramming of the droids/robots is impossible didn't want anyone creating their own private army or for the robots to become two independent so I was doing this is probably a really good... Oh no please tell me I'm wrong

ahsoka frowns: izuku what is it?

I rubbed the back of my head as I think I know who created those robots and reprogram them as is only one person that would be crazy enough and skilled enough to do so: I think I might know who is responsible but I don't think she's aware of what she's doing her name is Hatsumi she's a student at UA in the design department they're the ones responsible for creating all the gear for heroes

Master Yoda: mmm think your friend is responsible for this incident do you

I rubbed the back of my head I can be sure it would make a lot of sense if she was: I'm not entirely sure Master but she's the only one I can think of that would be crazy enough and smart enough to reprogram and build the droids she's one of the best inventors I know she practically made my hero seemed indestructible and gave me my gear heck she could probably make the robots without even the plans she's that good, She comes up with all these crazy ideas that somehow work in a unique way even if it's not the way she intended she's creative but she's also... Well-

Obi-Wan finishes my sentence: a little bit crazy

I nod: that's putting it mildly she's a good person she just... She has a hard time understanding the concept of holding back just a bit and if can do crew approached her telling her that her robots designs would be useful in the droid army that was supposed to bring peace to the galaxy she wouldn't think twice before agreeing and not trying to make a sound that it's just she's a hard time seeing the bigger picture sheets mostly just focused on her inventions

Master mace: so what you're saying is that she could be responsible for the robots but she's not aware of what the separatists are using for

I nod: like I said it sees goblet of tunnel vision she just cant see the bigger picture sometimes my guess if she was responsible for creating the robot at she found out why they were being created and used for she would probably have some sort of failsafe to shut them down I mean Hotham is crazy but she's not insane you never would want her precious little "babies" as she calls them to get into the wrong hands but then again I could be wrong

Obi-Wan: be that as it may I believe that you should also take some time off the battlefield let your wounds heal a bit better just because you been in the fact the tank does not mean you should push yourself any further

I do agree with that and I could probably use some time off besides I need to finish off my studies and I want to check in with... My other friend

Master mace: and it will give you time to help out with those people that came forward after your announcement to the universe

Narrator's point of view

Down in the deepest parts of the centre of the Republic in a cheap hotel room cad bane the bounty hunter looked out his window at the busying streets of the under levels, waiting for his next job Fortunately for him, he has just received contact by a Sith Lord client which meant big money.

The Sith lord over the communication, his face through a cloak, and spoke with a second invoice: excuse the interruption as I was saying bounty hunter, I am in need of your services

The bounty hunter flicked his toothpick out of his mouth and walked over to his communicator and sat down on his chair: i'm listening

The Sith Lord explained the job: I need a Jedi Holocron and something else that can be found in the Jedi Temple, but that one is a separate job from this heist

Cad bane: to get one of those old have to go in to the Jedi Temple. It's impossible not to mention deadly. What is the other job?

The Sith Lord scowled: perhaps your reputation has been exaggerated. As for the other job. I can only give you the details. If you agree to do the first one,

Cad bane never did like being insulted, especially about his ruthless reputation, and it's not like he hadn't taken dangerous jobs before, but this one seemed extra dangerous, so he thought he should of the price: I want a road classed starfighter with a weapon, cloaking device the works... And I want in the details of this other job you're referring to, and make it five times my usual rate

Is Sith Lord client didn't seem to mind: your price is of no concern. I will also provide you with the means to get inside the temple. As a matter of fact, I've already made contact with one of people from earth to help you out with your second job you need that worry, it will not affect your payment. He's insisted on doing this for free apparently for personal reasons.

The bounty hunter made it a rule, not to make anything to Personal when it came to professional work like this, but this is Lord, client interested him greatly, especially with what he was offering: before I agree, I have to know what this other job is

The Sith Lord scowled. He didn't want to reveal any information about the second job, without being absolutely certain that the Bounty Hunter was on board, but he saw that there was no other way: very well, I would like a sample of DNA from the one they refer to as Izuku he's living in the Jedi temple, and as of this moment he is on a break from the battlefield

Cad bane heard about the little hero and what strength he had even saw the footage of the fake rampage. At first he was slightly intimidating. Only slightly Once he realise the boy couldn't possibly kill kill anyone is Theo washed away, but he was still hesitant on whether or not he should cross paths with the boy

The bounty hunter put up his feet on the table: do you want me to take a DNA sample from someone who is possibly the strongest creature on the planet as of this moment that's insane but I'll do it but you'll have to double the price for the record that now 10 times my usual amount

The Sith Lord: as I said your prices of no concern, however, if you find getting a DNA sample from him too difficult, you can try getting the one from the fog being that was recently moved to the temple. Apparently he is a subject of great scientific progress on Earth... If you cannot get the boy get his DNA, if you can get both then I will give you 20 times your usual rate do we have a deal bounty hunter

Cad bane smiled. He loved it when he got desperate clients, especially ones with deep pockets 20 times usual rate that was worth risking his life, almost 20 times over: you've got a deal but I'm going to need some help

The Sith, Lord scowled: very well, but if you get help from an outside, source, only tell them of your plan to steal the Holocron I don't want anyone finding out about the other job as for my spine inside the temple he will not be able to do much but he will be able to distract the Jedi for awhile

The bounty hunter nodded: alright, then we have a deal I guarantee I will get you What do you want

The Sith Lord: very well, I eagerly await the results

Meanwhile, back at the temple

Kenobi, and Anakin, along with a few other Jedi were discussing the effects of the loss they had and how it was affecting the whole sector a disturbance through the force in forming a Jedi around him, that there would be intruders in the temple at some point while this was happening Izuku was checking in on the medical Bay, not for himself for his new friend that was in a bag to take being examined by the doctor

It was the warp gate villain or at least that's what he would've been called if Izuku didn't discover that he was an accomplice brainwashed and mutated by an evil man to do his bedding. kurogiri what is floating in a vector, thank unconscious being examined by the Jedi Doctor who was baffled by his genetic, make up

kurogiri i've been moved from the prison to the Jedi temple. It was a relatively easy thing to persuade the Senate to allow mostly because none of them really like the idea of an instant escape being in a prison cell, with some of the republics, worst criminals, and after explaining that kurogiri what is essentially brainwashed to do what the villains told him to do the Republic signed, off with being coercion and decided it was best to see if they could cure the poor young man of course, not all the senators agreed, but thanks to a certain senator the motion was passed without any problems

Izuku asked the doctor: so, how was he looking master?

The doctor looked at the tablet: to tell you the truth, I'm not sure his brain waves are inactive, it's as if he's been shut off I can't say that there seems to be multiple strains of DNA within his body that don't match up with his binary sauce, but as to where to go from here, I'm not sure

Izuku: isn't there something you can do

The doctor shook her head: unfortunately, no, I've never seen anything like this before, where is done, this is found a way to completely rewire, a persons brain and body it's impossible

Young hero rub his eyes, exhausted: that's the problem with my world anything is possible, we have those rules to stop something like this from actually happening of course, not everyone gets the memo

The Jedi Her patient: why would anyone do something like this to another living creature? What's the point of it?

Izuku remember to watch one of his mentors said, and he thought it was the best way to explain the situation: that's the problem with pure evil usually doesn't make any sense at all... I can find if you can just find a way to get him to stop turning off that would help a lot Thank you, Dr

The young hero took his leave sign into defeat once again it's true that they managed to capture kurogiri and he learn the identity of the mad scientist, responsible for creating the Nomu but there are still many questions remain unanswered. For example, why would a world renowned doctor that has mountains of money and respect lower himself to working with the Demon Lord of the underworld and follow up how exactly could you do something like this in general, it was true that on earth, nearly anything was possible. Thanks to the existence of quirks but something like reanimating, the dead were still hard to grasp. It was like something out of a horror movie and it just didn't make sense.

He continued his walk through the Jedi Temple hallways when he came across the group of earthlings that came in willingly, asking the Jedi for help they were being taken to the temporary rooms until the Jedi council figured out what to do with them, because it was abundantly clear that they couldn't just let people from earth wander the streets, partly because there was always a fear that one of them could use their quirks, accidentally or on purpose damaging the republics opinion of earth, and to make matters worse now than really knew how currency worked in the galaxy, so they needed to be taught how to live on this galaxy

Many of the people spotted Izuku and called out for him, praising his name what he was doing the heroin training decided to put on a happy face and waved to them as he went by as he did. He caught eyesight with someone he could've sworn he seen before, but he couldn't quite picture where the young man had a mutual expression and long white hair, he was wearing a blue woolly jacket

The to look twice for a moment, and the young hero could've sworn for just a second, he saw hatred in the young man's eyes, but I quickly went away Izuku stopped in his tracks, and he looked at the group that would being led by the Jedi guard. He kept eyeing. The person he saw. He kept trying to remember where he saw him before, but nothing was coming to mind. Eventually, he just decided to brush it off as him just being tired and a little bit paranoid and just continued his walk to the library where he was hoping to finish his studies and help include a few things into the Jedi library
