As Luz and Amity went on ahead in search for Belos and Hunter, Eda and King along with Willow and Gus prepared themselves for the Ghouls ahead. Knowing what was ahead, Eda lights herself a cigarette and smokes it. As she smokes it, Eda couldn't help but think of the late Wild Geese Captain Pip Bernadotte. 

Eda: And a sudden plunge in the sullen swell. Ten fathoms deep. On the road to hell.

Eda finished her cigarette just as the Ghouls began breaking through the door. King barks as Willow and Gus readied their weapons. 

Gus: What are you orders, Captain Clawthorne? 

Eda: My orders are simple! Any undead freak that tries to get past us is to be made a corpse! No Ghoul is to get past us! Understood?!

Willow/Gus: Yes, Captain! 

Eda: Good. Then let's light these fuckers up, Owl Squadron! 

With that, Eda and the rest of Owl Squadron began engaging the Ghouls. Willow began dismembering Ghouls with her Microfilament Wires while Gus began blasting Ghouls away with his shotgun. 

Gus: Eat lead, you undead freaks! 

As Gus unloads his shotgun on the Ghouls, Eda shoots down multiple Ghouls with her Revolver. When a Ghoul pounces on her, Eda decapitates the Ghoul with her Cane Sword. During the battle, King mauled several Ghouls. 

Eda: Watch your tail out there, King! 

When another Ghoul gets the drop on Eda, King pounces on the Ghoul and bites down on it's head with all of his might. The Ghoul struggles as King crushes the skull. 

Eda: Good boy.

As Eda and King battled against a group of Ghouls, Gus was providing suppression fire as Willow continued cutting down Ghouls with her Microfilament Wires. 

Willow: I hope you brought enough ammo, Gus. We could be at this all night!

Gus: You kidding me, Willow? I always bring plenty of ammo! 

As Gus continues to provide suppression fire, a Ghoul begins lumbering towards the unsuspecting Gus. But before the Ghoul could attack Gus, Willow wraps her Microfilament Wires around the Ghoul and cuts him to pieces. Gus turns to see the bloodied and dismembered corpse of the Ghoul that was about to attack him.

Gus: Whoa....thanks. I owe you one. 

Willow: Don't mention it. 

As the battle dragged on, more and more Ghouls began pouring into the room. Despite this, Owl Squadron did not relent. 

Eda: C'mon, Owl Squadron! Keep it together! Don't let them box you in! 

King continued mauling Ghoul after Ghoul while Owl Squadron continued holding the line. When King got cornered by several Ghouls, the Siberian Husky fights with unmatched ferocity. Eda steps in and decapitates two Ghouls while shooting down several with well placed shots. 

Eda: I'm reloading! Cover me!

As Eda reloads her firearm, Gus begins mowing down several Ghouls with his shotgun. During his, a Ghoul pounces on Gus, prompting a struggle. During the struggle, several Ghouls began closing in on on Gus. This prompted Willow to use her Microfilament Wires to kill the Ghouls. Gus eventually overpowers the Ghoul and kicks down the Ghoul. Gus then blows the Ghoul's head off with a shot to the face. Eventually, Owl Squadron begins to get overwhelmed. 

Gus: We're getting overwhelmed! 

Eda: Fall back to the cathedral! Keep those Ghouls focused on us! 

With that, Owl Squadron began falling back to the cathedral while keeping the attention of the horde of Ghouls. When the reached the cathedral, Eda barricades the door. 

Eda: That door won't hold these freaks for long. Check your weapons and ammo. 

Gus: I'm running low on ammo, Captain Clawthorne. I got a couple of shells left. 

Eda: I got 12 shots left. We're gonna need to make every shot count cause once we're out of ammo, we're going to have to take these fuckers up close. 

Willow: I can easily provide you cover with my wires.

As Willow said this, banging was heard as the Ghouls were beginning to break down the door. Eda took a deep breath as she surveyed the situation. 

Eda: We're boxed in with no way out. When those undead freaks break through the doors, they'll be swarming us. You know, this reminds me of when Millennium attacked the Hellsing Manor. What a fucking shitshow that was. It was only the Wild Geese and Seras Victoria against a horde of undead Nazi Vampires. By the time that fight ended, there were only a few dozen Wild Geese left, including myself. 

Gus: Trying to get us to leave, ma'am? 

Eda: No use in trying, Porter. Even if I gave you a direct order to get the hell out of here, none of you would follow that order. 

Willow: Of course we would, Captain. You trained us too well. 

Eda smirked as she petted King. It was clear to the seasoned Wild Geese mercenary turned Hellsing Captain that this may be her final stand. Despite this, Eda maintained the smile on her face. 

Eda: I'll go ahead and repeat the words Captain Pip Bernadotte said to me and the rest of the Wild Geese before that fateful fight. Now then, let's go and die like mangy dogs. Let's die while yelling "Fuck, Fuck!" as we take gut shots. As we writhe in agony. 

In that moment, Owl Squadron prepared to make their last stand. As the Ghouls broke down the door, Owl Squadron readied their weapons to hold off the Ghouls for as long as they can while Luz and Amity searched Bobhan Castle for Belos and Hunter.
