After the success of Owl Squadron's raid on the warehouse, the Hellsing Organization conducted a thorough search of the warehouse. What they found was a strange devices. When Owl Squadron returned to the Hellsing Manor, Luz spoke to her fellow Hellsing Agents. 

Luz: Well that was something. 

Gus: I think you did good out there, Luz. Not bad for your first mission. 

Willow: I agree. For a second there, I thought I was about to call for reinforcements. Luckily, you and Amity got it taken care of. 

As Willow says this, Luz glances over to Amity who was treating her own injuries. She had been quiet ever since the mission. 

Luz: What's up with her?

Willow: Not quite sure. If I had to guess, Amity's probably not too happy about a Vampire getting the better of her.

Luz kept her glance on Amity, seeing that something was clearly on her mind. Without hesitation, Luz gets up and approaches Amity.

Luz: Hey.

Amity: What do you want?

Luz: Just wanted to check up on you. You took some real nasty hits back there.

Amity: I'll live, Noceda. I made a rookie mistake. I shouldn't have let that Vampire get the better of me.

Luz: Don't worry about it. Happens to the best us.

As Luz says this, Amity says nothing as she continues to treat her injuries. Soon enough, Eda and Integra walked into the room.

Eda: Ten hut, Owl Squadron!

As the members of Owl Squadron fell in line, Integra approached Owl Squadron. After smoking a cigar, Integra speaks.

Integra: Congratulations on the success of your mission. Thanks to you, London can sleep easy.

Luz: Glad we could help out. Felt good taking that Vampire down.

Eda: Don't get too ahead of yourself, kid. Killing one Vampire is lucky. Killing more than one is skill. With that being said, you did a good job out there.

Luz smirks to herself as Integra turned her attention to the new Hellsing recruit.

Integra: Captain Clawthorne told me of your performance in dispatching the Vampire. I believe a congratulations is in order.

Luz: Just doing my duty. Bashing Vampire skulls is one hell of a career.

Integra: Remember why you're here, Sergeant Noceda. You're here to ensure the continued peace and stability of our country on Her Majesty's service.

Luz: Noted, Miss Hellsing.

Integra: You're dismissed.

With that, Owl Squadron was dismissed after their successful mission. As for Luz, she became even more curious about Amity. Meanwhile in a morgue, a body was being examined. The body was of a young man a with a fair complexion, a slightly hooked nose, dark magenta eyes, thick black eyebrows, a gap between his front teeth, bags under his eyes, and ash-blond hair that is shaved below the top, with a long, jagged forelock. He has a notch on his left ear and scars on his right cheek, upper left arm, two on his right kneecap, forming an X-mark, and one on his left calf. The morgue workers were inspecting the corpse.

Doctor: Our subject is a 20 year old male. Subject's name is Hunter. Time of death is approximately 22 hours ago. Cause of death is unknown.

As the doctors were about to begin the autopsy, Hunter springs up and attacks the doctors in a frenzied rage. Hunter slaughtered the doctors and drank their blood without mercy. When the slaughter was over, Hunter regain his senses. He looked around at the scene with shock and horror.

Hunter: What...have I done?

???: You have taken your first steps into your new life, Hunter.

As the voice called out to him, Hunter turns to see a tall man wearing a golden mask with two long upward-facing horns. His eyes are hollow through the mask, creating the appearance of having empty eye sockets. He wears a large white and brown cape with gold trim.

Hunter: Who...who are you? What's happening to me?!

???: I am Belos. I am a Vampire from the days of the Roman Empire. I have long sought a worthy heir to one day inherit my kingdom. Now here's you are.

Hunter: You....you turned me into this...monster?!

Belos: No. I gave you the means to become something more than what you were. You can help me bring about a new order. You shall be the Golden Guard who shall help me create Heaven from Hell.

As Belos said this, Hunter was at a loss of words. So much of what had happened to him was a blur. He could barely remember his own past. But as he stood before Belos, the ancient Vampire extended his hand to the young Vampire.

Belos: In my time, I was a conqueror. I helped forged the mighty Roman Empire. I accepted violence and immortality to become something better than what I once was. Now I offer you the same chance. You can refuse my offer and roam the night as an aimless creature of the night, or you could join me and be given a purpose.

As Belos says this, Hunter was conflicted. In his mind, Hunter knew that this was wrong. But at the same time, Hunter felt as though he had no other choice. Without saying a word, Hunter bows before Belos. The Roman Vampire smiles at his new progeny.

Belos: You have made the right choice, Hunter. Together, we will create a safe haven. The Day Of Unity shall cleanse this world.

In that moment, Hunter swore his loyalty to the Vampire known as Belos. For Belos, the acquisition of Hunter brought Belos one step close to unleashing the Day of Unity upon the entire world.
