36.000 won is about 30 bucks

A few days of constant studying pass and Jungkook has improved a lot. He can sort of make sentences, even though they're still broken, and he's gotten rid of his slurred way of speaking.

Now a bit more confident in his ways, he walks over to Seokjin and puts his hands on his hips. "I want clothes." He says, his head held high.

Seokjin, who's trying to look around Jungkook at the tv hums in response before realising what the younger said. "You have clothes."

"I want my clothes."

Seokjin sighs and runs a hand through his hair, looking around to see if Hoseok will come and save him. "I don't know where your clothes are, Jungkook."

The boy rolls his eyes. "Wanna buy it."

"You're asking me a whole lot if I want to spend money on you." The man responds, one eyebrow up.

"Pleeeeeeeaaaase." Jungkook says in the sweetest voice he can put on. He learned from Hoseok that if he ever wants to have his way with Seokjin, he just has to act cute and the man'll cave in. It was probably a terrible idea for Hoseok to teach the boy that though.

"Fine, but don't go crazy. I'll let you spend 36.000 won and not more."

Jungkook tilts his head and blinks. "Won?"

"Nevermind, let's just go."

This is the second time Jungkook is sitting in a car and it's reminding him of the first time he was led to the big chunk of metal on wheels.

As he watches the other cars drive past, he thinks of the other four guys and where they'd be right now.

But Jungkook doesn't realise he's still in the same city as them, just in another part of town.

He turns to Seokjin and studies the way he drives the car, it seems so facinating to him. So as one does, he grabs the wheel and pulls it to the right, making the car swerve and Seokjin having to use his superhuman fast reflexes to not drive straight into the traffic from the opposite direction.

"Jungkook, what the actual fuck?! We could've crashed!" Seokjin says, chest rising up and down and eyes wide from shock.

When Jungkook stays silent, Seokjin speaks up again. "Hello?! Do you know what you just did? You almost killed us."

Jungkook who was just curious what the big round thing was for, plays with his fingers as he feels guilt bubble up inside him. "Sorry."

Seokjin sighs in defeat and pulls up into the parking garage of the mall. "Just- don't touch anything, okay?"

Jungkook nods, not taking his eyes off his lap as Seokjin parks the car and gets out. He opens the door for Jungkook and the boy mutters out another 'Sorry' before they start walking.

It's awfully silent between the two untill Seokjin breaks the silence. "How are you planning on picking something out when you keep looking down?"

Hesitantly, Jungkook looks up and meets Seokjin's smiling face. "Don't worry too much, sometimes curiousity gets the best of me too."

The boy nods again and decides to keep quiet while they enter the mall. Once the two step inside, the younger's eyes go wide as he looks at all the weird things.

There's clothing, but also weird metal things and there's beeping everywhere and the same moving pictures as Seokjin and Hoseok have in their home.

The sounds of the people and the huge area, make the boy tremble as it's way too overwhelming.

Seokjin notices it and turns to him. "You scared?" He asks, earning another nod in response. "Wanna hold my hand?" He offers, sticking out his hand for Jungkook to take, who does it instantly.

They start walking through the mall and slowly, Jungkook starts to relax, concentrating on the warmth of Seokjin's hand on his instead of the scary things around him.

He may be a safe haven for humans, but they help him to feel safe and calm aswell.

Once arrived at the men's section, they come to a standstill as Seokjin points at the area. "You can pick out a pair of pants and two shirts. Nothing more, yeah?"

Jungkook smiles and pulls Seokjin along to the shirt isle to find something he likes, but nothing seems to catch his eye. After a few minutes of scanning most of the shirts, Jungkook sighs, accepting that human clothes are all ugly.

But just as he's about to tell Seokjin he doesn't like anything, he spots something from the corner of his eye. Abandoning his mission, he walks over to the pretty color and stares at it wide eyes.

"Jinnie!" He yells, waving the elder over. "This one."

Seokjin chuckles when he sees what the boy is pointing at. It's an oversized bubblegum pink hoodie with extremely soft fabric. "Do you want two of these?"

Jungkook thinks for a bit and then runs over to another section he spotted and pulls a random black short sleeved shirt from the rack. "And this one."

"Do you know your size?" Seokjin asks, not even knowing why, because of course does the boy not know his own size. If he doesn't know what a car is, he most definetly doesn't know this. "I'll just grab what seems right."

They arrive at the fitting rooms and Seokjin pushes Jungkook in and takes a seat on the cushiony chairs sat in front. Way too much time passes before Jungkook rips open the curtain and walks out in the shirt, a big smile on his face.

Seokjin's eyes grow wide as he watches the boy try to look at himself in every possible angle in the mirror. "Pretty?" He asks when he sees Seokjin looking.

The elder clears his throat and looks away. "Yeah, sure."

Smiling, he starts removing the shirt, resulting in Seokjin pushing him into the dressing room and closing the curtain. "Get dressed behind the curtain, yeah?" The man mutters as he goes to sit back down.

Seeing Jungkook in that shirt really shocked him. He hasn't really seen much of Jungkook's body, none of it actually, but the kid is ripped. It surprises Seokjin he hasn't noticed it before.

The curtain flies open again and Jungkook comes walking out with the hoodie on which fits him way too large. "Do you want a smaller size?"

"No, I like this." He says smiling and grabs his old clothes from the floor and marches towards the exit.

Seokjin runs after the younger and stops him just in time. "We have to pay first. What, did you want to steal these?"

Jungkook realises his mistake and apologizes to the elder. "I have no gold." He says, ashamed.

The elder quirks up an eyebrow as he pulls the younger back to the dressing rooms to put on his old clothes. "You know what, I'm not even going to ask anything. I have gold, don't worry."

Relieved, Jungkook sighs and changes back, Seokjin quickly grabbing a black pair of ripped jeans on the way out and hoping it'll fit the younger.

After they've paid for the clothes and gotten a weird look from the cashier when Jungkook shrieked when the cash register started making noise, they leave the mall.

Seokjin watches as Jungkook practically skips back to the car and the man can't help but let a fond smile creep across his face.
