DAY 19
Writing Tip #19: Always make sure to proofread your work. Even when you don't feel like it, doing even just a quick proofread before publishing a chapter can save you from a bunch of typos and grammar errors.
Daily Vocab Word: Pension - (noun) Money received regularly after retiring. I.e., "Grandpa gets his pension every month."
Writing Challenge Improvement Area: Characters
Writing Challenge #19: Outlining
To celebrate almost reaching challenge #20, let's do a simpler challenge today. There aren't as many specifics this time around, so you have more freedom.
All you have to do is simply set a timer for 10-20 minutes and outline a character from one of your in-progress works. Or a completely new one. Up to you!
Yep, that's it: just outline your character. Outline whatever you can in 10-20 minutes. Talk about their appearance, their arc, their traits, their fears, their likes, their dislikes, their relationships, major events that will change them, their morals, etc. Anything you can think of, write it!
Mark here when the challenge is completed --->
Happy writing!
