I spend my weekends wasting time; just like I do on weekdays. 

That was the case until one day in 2016, when I chanced upon an amazing group of people who wrote stories based on prompts sent out every Friday - a writer's ritual called the 'Weekend Write-In Challenge'. 

(I have reasons to believe that) a bot once sent these prompts - fairly easy ones, while these days, they are chosen by a brilliant storyteller. That has made it much harder - for me at least - for me to laze around as much as I once used to.
