Mind Glass

Trapped with-in the glass 

In a world I did not write 

 Silence on all sides 

Mind wrapped in fright 

Bottled up emotions 

Begin choking the skin 

Oxygen is swirling 

Carrying a heavy grin 

Reach towards the surface 

Calmly just breath out 

A mind opens with freedom 

No words you need to shout
