Luci was on patrol while Peter was hanging out with Ned, MJ, and Orion.

"So why did you leave school till now?" Ned asked Orion.

"I uh..."

"We already know about your powers and stuff. You don't need to hide anything from us," MJ pointed out.

"I know, but it's not that... it's just embarrassing..." Orion rubbed the back of his neck.

"Spill," Ned said and Orion sighed.

"I couldn't control my powers till recently. I moved with my Aunt and Uncle to learn how to control it and I only learned how to fully control it recently," Orion admitted.

"That makes sense," MJ shrugged.

"But why when you were six?" Ned asked curiously.

"Because a mutant doesn't discover their power until puberty unless it's triggered by a traumatic event. For me, it was triggered by me being kidnapped when I was younger and almost killed because of my family's enemies. Sometimes when the mutation is triggered before puberty, it can be hard to control," Orion explained to them.

"Luci said she got her powers when she was eleven," Peter said and Orion nodded.

"Yeah, she has had better control over her powers than I ever did until a few weeks ago," Orion said as he slumped.

"Hey, man. It's not your fault," Ned put a hand on his shoulder.

"It is still kinda lame," MJ deadpanned which made Peter and Ned glare at her.

"Sorry, sorry. Just used to being like that. I mean, it's cool that you have powers though," MJ tried a save but it didn't really help.

"No, you're right. It is pretty lame but it's what I had to deal with. I'm back now and that's what matters."

MJ hummed and smiled a little, slightly leaning against Orion. He put his arm around her waist and kissed her temple.

"So what happened last night when you and Luci disappeared?" Orion asked Peter curiously.

"Well we went to the secret garden and we were talking. I gave her a promise ring and we said our first 'I love you' before we watched a movie and ate some dinner," Peter said with a blush.

"Aww! Who said it first?!" Ned questioned excitedly.

"I did," Peter smiled as he thought about Luci.

"You are too cute together," Orion chuckled which made Peter blush more.

"Well I'm just glad I realized that she's the one for me. I feel like such an idiot still..."

"Dude, that happened like last year. Like ten months ago," MJ looked at him.

"I know but I hurt her... I hurt her so much... she didn't deserve any of that... yeah I was annoyed but I was really annoyed at myself because I kept saying no, knowing that if I was with her and we broke up, it would kill me... I can't lose her and that's why I was pushing my feelings away whenever she would ask me out. I wanted to keep her as a friend so I didn't lose her if I finally got to feel her love..."

"Peter, this is Lucinda we're talking about. She makes everything work. She loves you and you love her, that's what matters," Orion put a hand on his shoulder.

Peter sighed and nodded. "That is what's most important. I'm glad I finally have her as my own. Being with her is absolutely amazing."

"Alright, who wants to watch a movie?" Orion asked as he looked around.

Everyone raised a hand.

"What movie?" Orion asked them as he got up togk over to the TV.

"Transformers?" Ned looked around at the others.

"Sure," MJ shrugged.

Orion put in the movie and smiled as he sat back down next to MJ on the couch, putting his arm back around her waist.

Luci came back, finding Orion and MJ napping as they cuddled as well as Ned hugging a pillow as he napped.

Peter was sitting their bored when his Peter Tingle went off and the hairs on his arms stood up just as Luci pounced.

He yelped as she jumped on him and then laughed.

"I'm back. Did ya miss me?" Luci giggled as she sat on his lap with her legs on either side of his.

"I always miss you, babe," Peter pecked her lips, loving when she got flustered from the pet name.

She still just wasn't used to it, to embarrassed to call him, babe, back. For now, she would just settle for love, Petey, Spoodeyboy or any other weird nickname she came up with.

She laid on his chest and smiled. "I love you, Parker."

"I love you too, Rogers," Peter murmured and kissed her head, making her giggle.

"Are you ready for school in a few weeks?"

Peter groaned. "I don't want to go to school... but being with you in all of my classes is cool."

"Who said I was gonna be in all your flasses this year?"

"Well normally you always ask to be in classes with me so figured this year would be the same..."

"I never told the school this year," Luci said and Peter frowned.

"Please? I love being partners with you for everything. We're the best team ever. Plus, this is the last years I'll get to be with you in school since you're graduating," Peter gave her a pouty face.

"Okay, I'll ask," She giggled as he smiled brightly.

"Yay!"

"You're such a dork."

"You know you love me, LuLu."

"I do love you, Petey," Luci pecked his lips.

Peter gave a victorious smile. "I got the most beautiful girl in school to love me. Heh. The nerd and the popular girl. Who woulda thought?"

"I'm honestly surprised that you're not popular. I mean have you seen yourself in a mirror. You're hot."

Peter laughed and nodded before he joked, "I know right? How can all the girls resist me?"

"I know I wasn't able to resist. But I've known you forever. You may be my boyfriend but we'll still always be bestfriends forever," Luci put a hand on is chest gently.

"I know, babe. I love you so much," Peter said softly as he pulled her closer to him. He kissed her soft, full lips, not wanting to ever let her go.

"I love you too," Luci breathed against his lips as she played with the curls at the nape of his neck.

"Are you just gonna makeout the entire time we are asleep?" Orion's voice was heard.

Luci pulled away and giggled, "maybe."

"Please don't. Keep the making out for the bedroom or when you're alone," Orion grimaced at his twin sister.

"I can't wait for you and MJ to start making out and then we'll get to tell you to save it for the room," Peter chuckled lightly and kissed Luci's cheek.

"Whatever," Orion grumbled.

Hunter burst through the door.

"Guys! I have a problem!"
