Tony ran in with the brightest smile on his face.

"What's going on Tony?" Destiny asked him and he squealed like a little school girl.

"I'm gonna be a dad! Kaylanna's pregnant! This is the most amazing thing ever!" Tony was so excited to be having a baby especially having a baby with the love of his life.

"Congratulations, Tony," Destiny hugged him and he smiled brightly.

"I'm gonna have a cousin!" Lucinda giggled and clapped.

"Yep! I can't wait for the baby to come!" Tony sat down. "I want a baby girl. I've always wanted a baby girl."

"Well you never know," Steve shrugged and Dez nodded.

"I'll still love my baby if it's a boy. I love my family," He didn't have a good relationship with his father so he wanted to be a better father and he cherished his new family.

"Want some grilled cheese?" Destiny offered and Tony nodded.

"I will anything you make because it always tastes good," Tony took one and a small bowl of soup. He ate the sandwich and smiled. "This really is the best day ever."

"Where's Kay right now?" Steve asked curiously.

"She's talking with May. They've gotten pretty close. She'll be up in a few minutes," Tony said and Destiny hummed.

"Hey, kid. Having a great summer so far?" Tony asked and Peter nodded quickly as he kept an arm around Lucinda's waist.

"I really am," Peter said happily and nuzzled Luci lightly, making her giggle.

"And how you holding up, Lu?"

"I'm doing better and I have an amazing boyfriend who seems to be my servant even when I just want cuddles," Luci nudged Peter. "I'm not allowed to sleep with him at night though," Luci looked at her dad who nodded with the protective dad face on.

"I just want you to be happy and taken care of and as your boyfriend, that's my job. Plus I'm still making up for what I did," Peter said and Tony hummed.

"He's pretty much my drink slave. He goes to Starbucks and gets me the tea," Luci giggled and Tony chuckled lightly.

"You two were made for each other," Tony said and Luci blushed brightly while Peter smiled with a soft blush.

"You're mom and I were baby buddies. I met your mother when I was a couple weeks pregnant with Luci and your mom was about almost a month pregnant with you. I was there when they decided what to name you," Destiny giggled and Peter hummed.

"I miss my parents but I know they're watching over me and that they still love me," Peter smiled, having come to terms with the fact that his parents were gone.

The door opened and Kaylanna came in with a smile.

"Sorry. I was talking with May," She sat next to Tony.

"We heard the great news!" Destiny smiled and Kay nodded happily.

"We're going to be starting our own little family," Kay said as she held Tony's hand and smiled brightly.

"We're all a big happy family," Destiny said and they all nodded in agreement.

Peter was going back to his apartment for the night when he saw the picture he had of him and Luci.

"She is so beautiful and perfect in everyway..." He knew that she wasn't truly perfect but she was perfect for him.

"I don't know why I ever thought Liz is better..."

Peter lied on his bed and sighed softly. He held the photo close to his heart and smiled to himself. May cane in a smiled at Peter.

"Are you okay, sweetie?"

"Yeah, I'm so glad that I finally opened my eyes. I just can't believe I hurt Luci so badly. I purposely stood her up... I yelled at her... I told her that Liz is better in every way... I used her... I don't deserve her," Peter sighed softly.

"But she chose to be with you. She really likes you Peter. Take this as a second chance. Don't screw it up," May said with a smile.

"I know. I'm just afraid that I'll mess up big time and she won't give me another chance again."

"Well, get some sleep, Peter. You offered to take Luci to her physical therapy tomorrow," May reminded and Peter nodded.

"I know, May. Thanks and good night," Peter blew her a kiss to which she blew one back.

"Night, Peter. Sweet dreams," May left and Peter turned over, holding the photo of Lucinda close to his chest to make it feel like she was there with him.

After PT, Lucinda was craving subs. She turned to Peter and smiled. "Can we go to Delmar's? I want a tuna sub," Luci requested and Peter hummed with a nod.

"Of course, gorgeous," Peter smiled at her charmingly to which she giggled.

"Thanks!" She pecked his cheek and walked with him to Delmar's.

She got her sub and smiled at him before walking home with him. "So what are you going to do with the rest of your summer?"

"I'm gonna hang out with my beautiful girlfriend while keeping both her and the city safe," Peter kissed her cheek with a smile.

"You're too cute, Petey," Lucinda giggled before there was an explosion. They were both blown back and Luci gripped her shoulder afraid that she would hurt it again. She looked at Peter and saw that he was alright.

"What the hell was that?!"

Luci looked around. "I don't know. Let's find out," Luci ran with Peter into an alley and they both got into their suits quickly before going to see what happened.

A man was laughing and looked at the two heroes. "What is it that you fear, young heroes?"

The man's sadistic look made shivers go down Lucinda's spine. Luci growled and went to run at him but he closed his eyes and her world melted away.

Lucinda looked around, seeing she was in Peter's house. She was confused but went to see Peter only to find him in bed with Liz, holding her close as they snuggled.

She put her hands over her mouth and choked back a sob. "P-Peter?"

"Oh, Luci... hey uh, sorry. Liz gave me a chance so I had to take it. She is better than you. You're just a replacement for her. I don't need you anymore. I have Liz," Peter said and Lucinda started to hyperventilate.

"N-no... this can't be real... this isn't real!" Lucinda cried out. "You said you wanted me! Y-you finally gave me a chance! Please! Please let me show you that I'm better!"

"I got to see that Liz is truly better. I gave you a chance and I'm sorry but you aren't what I want," Peter sighed as Luci trembled harshly.

"N-no... this can't be real... this isn't real!" Lucinda cried out.

Peter was holding Luci in his arms and growled.

"What are you doing to her?!" Peter looked furious but with the mask on, it wasn't visible, though his voice gave away how mad he was.

"Oh nothing, just her greatest fears~ oh they are good~" The man giggled in sadistic delight as he felt her fear.

"You son of a-" Peter was out too.
