A few centuries ago the continent was divided by war. It was won by a man and a woman whom had received special powers over the elements from the Sungod and the Moongoddes.

They renamed the continent Imperium and had four children together. Each of their children had the power over one of the elements.  They also shared their powers with the people, giving each of them the element they were best at, but their children were the most powerful.

Imperium was divided over 5 kingdoms:
Ignis, kingdom of fire
Terra, kingdom of earth
Aqua, kingdom of water
Caeli, kingdom of air and
Statera, kingdom of balance

Ignis, Terra, Aqua and Caeli were ruled by the children and Statera was ruled by priests who devoted their lives serving the Gods who were responsible for the existing powers.

It became a tradition to hold selections in Statera for the princes and princesses of each of the kingdoms to find their future wife or husband. The purpose of a selection was to keep the peace and make the people feel as if they're involved.

The selection of this year, centuries after the war, is for the Princess of Fire, the Prince of Earth, The Princess of Air and the Prince of Water.

Who will win their hearts and rule alongside these future Kings and Queens?
