I thought I'd grade the teams based on my personal opinion and experience:

Team Border = Team Ghost = Team Scarlet > Team Magic

Team magic is really bad because puppet(/doll) girl has bad range and Master Sparker is wEAAAKKK.

Team Scarlet is better because vampire brat can be used with good strategic placement and Sakuya is Sakuya.

Team Ghost equals Team Scarlet because they can be used well for different reasons.
And Gluttonous Ghost has good range with her butterfly bullets of mass destruction.

Team Border is also equal to Team Ghost and Scarlet because homing.

This list will probably change later on.
