Humming a song to herself, Yashvi was draping a yellow saree around her form when the door opened, and her husband entered with two cups of tea, some rusks, and flowers. A smile came over her lips as she adjusted her saree and looked at him through the mirror. It was their special time. Every morning, before rushing downstairs, Advik would prepare two cups of tea and give her some flowers. In the two months of their marriage, he hadn't forgotten it even once.

Advik looked at her and smiled. A white towel was draped on her hair, and she was wearing a yellow saree with a contrasting green blouse, devoid of any makeup and jewelry except for the nuptial chain, engagement ring, and bangles. His heart raced as she flashed him a dazzling smile and handed him the vermilion, extending it towards him. He smiled in return, setting the tray aside as he applied the vermilion in her partition.

"You didn't dry your hair?" He asked, pointing towards the unruly wet strands falling over her face. She shook her head, and then a mischievous smirk graced her lips. He chuckled and shook his head in response, clearly amused. He walked to the bathroom, retrieving a hair dryer before returning. She removed the wet towel, allowing him to take over. As he started to dry her hair, she couldn't help but gaze at him. Her heart raced, and a soft pink hue colored her cheeks. His unwavering support and attention always touched her deeply, and the way he looked at her never failed to make her heart flutter.

"It's done," he said, and she nodded appreciatively. He stood up and extended a bouquet of red roses towards her. Her cheeks tinged with a delicate shade of pink as she accepted the flowers, thanking him softly before carefully placing them in a vase.

"I am in the balcony," he announced playfully, and before she could fully react, he planted a quick peck on her chubby cheeks. With a surprised yet delighted expression, she touched her cheeks and chuckled, following him to the balcony. Taking the seat he offered, she accepted the cup of tea he handed to her.

"How much time will you take, Yashvi?" Advik asked, glancing at his watch and then toward the closet. His mother-in-law had invited him and his wife to dinner for the first time since their marriage.

A few seconds later, his wife emerged, struggling with a saree. Advik was surprised since he knew she knew how to wear one.

"The material is too slippery. I can't put it on by myself," she said wearily, glancing at him. He smiled, a hint of amusement in his eyes.

"Why don't you wear another one then?" he suggested, shaking his head. She frowned but shook her head in disagreement.

"I like the design of this blouse. I want to wear it," she said stubbornly, showing her competitive and determined nature, something he had come to understand in the month they'd been together.

"Let me help you, then. Guide me," Advik offered. He knelt in front of her, taking the end of her saree. She smiled, admiring him throughout as he skillfully draped the saree.

"You look absolutely gorgeous," he spoke in awe of her beauty, cupping her cheeks. A rosy hue formed on her face as she blushed. He smiled, looking at her blushing face as he gently pecked her forehead, followed by her hairline. Then, he picked up the vermilion, applying it between her partitions. She smiled, her heart falling a little more for him with every passing minute.

"You took the gifts that Maa gave?" he asked, picking up his wallet and phone as she nodded in response.

"I had asked the worker to place it inside your car," she said, making him nod. He held her hand, pecking her fingers and giving her a small smile, which made her internally squeal as she entwined their fingers together.

"You didn't tell me how I look?" he asked as soon as they stepped out of their room, making her frown as she turned towards him.

"You don't look different. You look just as you always do. Boring," she teasingly said, making his eyes widen as he glared at her. He then let go of her hand and took long strides towards the stairs. She chuckled a little, following him, and stubbornly held his hand, entwining their fingers as they walked down together.

After informing his family, they both settled into the car.

"I look different today," he muttered to himself, glancing at his tousled hair and trimmed beard in the rearview mirror. He was dressed in a maroon shirt and beige pants. He then looked at her and glared before folding the sleeves of his shirt, making his muscular arms visible to her.

"I don't look boring, not at all, Mrs. Advik," he said in a clear voice, glancing at her. However, he stopped mid-sentence as his eyes fell on his wife, and he stared at her for a few seconds.

"Aren't we getting late now? What about your impression on your in-laws?" She spoke but stopped as soon as her eyes fell on him, who was continuously glancing at her exposed neck. "What happened?" She asked, self-consciously, making him smirk as he lowered his head, pinning her to the car seat.

"I may look boring, but my actions won't disappoint you, Mrs. Advik," he spoke, lowering his head a little more so that his lips stopped just above the three moles on her neck. He then looked at her, whose heart was beating loudly. Her hand unknowingly found its way to his chest, and she was surprised to feel the quickened beats. Her own heart rate and flushed face betrayed her as she felt his warm breath fanning over her neck.

"May I?" She didn't know what he was asking for, but she simply nodded, looking straight into his eyes with her red face.

Advik leaned in and gently pressed his lips to the three delicate moles on her neck, feeling her pulse racing beneath his lips. He could sense her shivers of anticipation, her hand tightening on his chest. He continued to place soft, lingering kisses along the curve of her neck, each one sending shivers down her spine.

She was mesmerized by the sensations, her breath catching as he skillfully moved, his lips leaving a trail of warmth and electrifying tingles on her skin. He looked up at her, his eyes holding a promise of unspoken desires and a deep connection.

"Advik," she whispered, her voice betraying a mix of nervousness and excitement. He pulled back, looking at her with a slight smile.

"Let's go. Don't want to keep them waiting," he said, pulling himself away, his heart beating loudly. He ignited the engine, stealing a glance at his wife, who seemed lost in a trance, her face flushed with a rosy hue, making him smile.

As he started driving, she glanced at him, her eyes reflecting a mix of emotions - a blend of surprise, desire, and a hint of mischief.

She was aware of the fact that he was physically attractive, and there was undeniable chemistry between them. However, for the first time, she found herself yearning for his closeness as she gazed at him. Her stomach still fluttered with butterflies, her face grew warm, and her mind went blissfully blank. Yet, she couldn't deny the intense desire to have him near. Without a second thought, she reached for his free hand, entwining her fingers with his, and placed their joined hands on her lap. She began to absentmindedly play with his fingers.

Advik glanced at her, clearly surprised, but a soft smile soon graced his lips. He gently pulled her hand closer to his lips and placed a tender kiss on each of her fingers.

"You are driving me crazy, Mrs. Advik," he murmured in a husky voice, his gaze locked onto hers.

Yashvi's heart skipped a beat at his words. The air inside the car grew thick with an intoxicating tension. She leaned back in her seat, a small, contented smile curving her lips, and lowered the window to let the cool night breeze tousle her hair.

Advik couldn't help but smile too, his heart swelling with a deep connection to her. In that quiet moment, with the soft hum of the car and the night enveloping them, they shared another moment binding them closer to each other.
