"One for you", he stated and she looked at him in surprise.

"I drank a shot for you, Hana, since you are the one I want to marry", he mouthed as he locked her forehead with his. She stayed in silence and don't know what to speak. Though the alcohol is having its effect on her, she can understand what he is speaking.

"Why did you drink when they asked who will marry a doctor? Will you marry that Baekhyun guy Hana? Can you live without me, Hana? Can you live without this dickhead, darling?", he asked her, tearing up and her condition is no better. Her eyes glistened at his words and she closed her eyes not wanting to show them to him.

"Why did you come to my life Jungkook? Why do you love me so much? Why don't you just move on Jungkook?", she asked him even though her heart ached to ask him such questions. He wiped the tears streaming down her cheek and kissed her eyes.

"I don't have an answer for that Hana. All I know is meeting you is the best thing that happened in my life. Falling for you, loving you, kissing you, making love to you, each and everything gave me the happiness which nothing else in this world could give. But I didn't know there would be a separation which could tear me like this, my heart like this", he put his palm on his heart and she let out the tears.

He hugged her and she cried on his chest. She let out her pain in his arms, the only place where she could find peace. He could witness anything but not the tears from her eyes. He hates to see them but still, he knew that she needs to cry out.

He certainly knows that she still loves him and the only thing left is for her to admit that. He is very much scared as there is not much time and her wedding date could get near. He must make her accept him and he wanted to make her dad accept them.

"Why is this so hard Jungkook?", she let out and he pulled her. He wiped her tears and looked into her eyes.

"It is Hana. Living without each other is always hard.", he mouthed and she fell on his chest, almost falling asleep. He positioned himself on the carpet having her body on top of his. He held her with his arms on her waist and smiled at her pale face.

"Why do I love you this much?", she mumbled and drifted to sleep. He looked at her face and closed his eyes happy that at least she is in his arms. Having his world in his arms is his most satisfactory feeling.

"What the...", Jungkook mumbled as the water fell on his face. Hana also woke with the sudden splash of water on her. They looked at Kyunghee and Taehyung waiting for them to wake up.

"Did you both decide to stay here? Huh? Uncle might wake up any time soon. What are you going to tell? That you guys went on a New Year party together?", Taehyung yelled at them, all in a go and Jungkook looked at the time on his phone.

"Shit", he mumbled since it's already 7. He informed Mrs. Do that he will be back home at 6. He mentally cursed himself for forgetting to keep an alarm.

"Now, hurry up and change. Jungkook, you wear Jin hyung's clothes and give Ara's clothes to Hana. Okay? Now make it fast you two", Taehyung ordered them and they walked inside the house. Jungkook took Jin's clothes and gave one of Ara's outfits to her. They didn't speak anything and were just in a hurry to get back.

Jungkook looked at his phone, only to find 17 missed calls from his eomoni. He knew he will be dead meat when he goes to their house. Taehyung and Kyunghee were already waiting for them in a different car and Jungkook pulled out his car. Hana got in and they drove off to the Do's house.

Mrs. Do was waiting in the living room and shot a glare at the four people. She gestured them to go to their respective rooms. Without speaking a word, they did as she asked them to. They sighed in relief since Mr. Do wasn't awake.

They crashed on their beds and took a nap for some time since they had very little sleep last night. After five hours, Jungkook finally woke and freshened. He wore his casual T-shirt and came out since it's a holiday.

"Oh Jungkook, meet him. He is Baekhyun, my son in law", Mr. Do introduced Baekhyun to Jungkook and Jungkook smiled. Hana was there already and she avoided looking at Jungkook. Scared? Nervous? Awkward? She didn't know what to describe the feeling at the moment.

"Oh! Hi Mr. Jungkook", Baekhyun shook his hand as if he had met him for the first time. Mr. Do smiled at that and excused himself that he would call Mrs. Do.

"Hana told me not to tell about Kyunghee's incident that day", Baekhyun spoke and Jungkook nodded.

"Well! I didn't have a chance to talk to you then Mr. Jungkook. And I am glad that I met you again. It's nice meeting Hana's friend", Baekhyun mouthed and Jungkook smiled.

"It's nice meeting you Mr. Baekhyun, the fiancé of a very important person of my life", Jungkook mumbled and Hana looked at him with an indecipherable expression. She was scared for a moment if he would spill everything to Baekhyun.

"Pardon?", Baekhyun mouthed and Hana cleared her throat.

"He means that he is glad to meet the fiancé of his friend. Right Jungkook?", she spoke and both of them nodded, one with understanding and one with a sly smile.

"Omo, Baekhyun child, you are here. It's been long that I have seen you. How are you and I heard that you will be working in SNU as Junior Surgeon", Mrs. Hana asked and Baekhyun smiled at her.

"Yes, Eomoni. I will be taking the post of Junior Surgeon in a week. You can now call me Dr. Baekhyun from then", he winked at Mrs. Do and she ruffled his hair.

"He came to take Hana on a date since it's New Year and both of them are free", Mr. Do informed her, and Mrs. Do cooed but stopped as she saw Jungkook feeling uneasy.

"I will excuse myself now", Jungkook stated and walked from there. Hana excused herself that she will change and come back. She walked to her room and took a deep breath. Her heart jackhammered with her dad, Jungkook, and Baekhyun under a single roof.

"You will not go", she jumped out of shock hearing his voice. She wondered why she didn't notice his presence.

"What?", she asked him even though she knows what he is clearly implying. She turned away but he held her wrist and turned her to face him. His eyes were showing anger as well as hurt.

"Don't go to that date Hana", he spoke in a monotonous voice which made her shiver a bit, nevertheless she pulled out of his hold and went to pick the dress from her closet. He took a breath and closed the closet with great force, making her gasp at his sudden action.

"You will not be going to a date with him Hana", he spoke more like ordered and she pushed him.

"We are not in any kind of relationship Jungkook except for a boss and an employee. And you can't order me about what I do in my personal life. So, please leave from this room", she yelled at him and he nodded.

"Fine, I am nothing to you then. I will leave this room and let me tell you, I am not responsible for the consequences if you go to that date", he warned her and walked out of the room. She held her heart and a lone tear escaped from her eye. Quickly changing herself into a proper dress, she headed out and Baekhyun smiled at her.

"You look pretty", he patted her head and took her to his car.

"I am sorry for this sudden date. Appa forced me to", he scratched his neck and she nodded.

"It's okay. I have already troubled you many times by canceling the dates", she mouthed and he let out a chuckle.

"Fine, where shall we go anyway?", he asked her.

"Wherever you wish to", she told him and he nodded.

"I don't want to make you uncomfortable Hana. Tell me where you will feel relaxed. I will take you there", he spoke in a calm tone and she smiled.

"First of all, I am hungry. Shall we eat something?", she asked and he chuckled.

"Like always, did you forget to eat your breakfast?", he asked her and she nodded in embarrassment. He took her to a nearby restaurant and ordered lunch. Hana was lost in what Jungkook will do. She knows he can go to any extent to do something he wishes for.

"Where are you lost Hana?", he asked her and she shook her head in negation.

"You seemed so lost today and I am worried if something is bothering you. It's okay if you don't want to tell me about the problem but at least don't think too much about it", he mouthed and she smiled. Baekhyun is really a great friend.

"It's nothing Baekhyun. I was just thinking about work and our marriage in the next month", she told him and he pressed his lips into a thin line.

"Do you want to postpone it, Hana? I mean I could ask Appa you know?", he told her and she shook her head. She was the reason why Baekhyun had postponed the marriage and she didn't want to trouble them anymore.

"I am fine Baekhyun", she spoke with a fake smile.

"You are a very good liar Hana. Both of us know you could never accept me more than a friend yet, you don't want to back off from the marriage", he spoke making her at a loss of words.

"It's not like that Baekhyun. I will try to give a chance to our marriage. I will put my 100 percent for the relation. It's just that I will be needing time", she blurted and he nodded ruffling her hair.

"As you say, I will not trouble you anymore with this topic. Just be true to yourself Hana even if you aren't to me", he stated and their orders came. There isn't a need for her to be truthful to herself. She knew where her heart and for which person it will beat.

They had their lunch and then went to a movie. It was her choice for an action movie and Baekhyun agreed to it. She felt light from the daily tension around her. She just watched the movie without thinking about anything else.

And then Baekhyun treated her, her favorite street food and she happily ate. Though she is not interested in marriage, Baekhyun had never made her feel uneasy and always gave her space. Baekhyun wanted to go to the karaoke booth so much and Hana agreed to it. The Medical field is really tiring and the only times they can relax are on holidays like these.

Not to deny, Baekhyun is a really great singer and his favorite group is NCT. He jams to their songs so much and couldn't control himself when their songs are playing. And that is the thing happening in the karaoke booth right now.

"Baekhyun, you will lose your throat if you sing like that. It's been an hour and you are still singing", Hana grabbed the mic and he frowned like a baby. Finally, after a lot of argument, Baekhyun finally agreed to leave the karaoke station.

"So, what now?", she asked and he smiled. He pulled her to the old Samsung Tower and the fireworks already started.

"A New Year", Baekhyun sighed and Hana nodded. New Year, New Challenges but still the same person holds her heart. They both looked at the fireworks and made individual promises to themselves.

They then had a sumptuous dinner and Baekhyun dropped her home. Kyunghee greeted Baekhyun and he talked to her for some time. He was surprised to see Taehyung in the same house but didn't ask any question though. He bid bye to them and went back to his house.

Taking a heavy sigh, she walked into her room and THUD. She was slammed against the wall caged between Jungkook's arms. He looked mad, really mad.

"Jungkook! What are you doing?", she whispered and he smirked.

"Where did that Hana who yelled at me in the morning run away? Why did her voice turn into a whisper?", he asked her, his hands traveling down to her waist. She tried to come out of his grip but his hold was strong and moreover he is angry. She is scared if he might speak something which would hurt her heart.

"Huh? Didn't I tell you, Hana? Not to go with him. But you didn't listen", he spoke in a dangerous tone and she gulped down her throat. His grip on his waist tightened and she gasped at his touch. He smirked at that and leaned closer to her face.

Her heart throbbed at his proximity and shivers ran through her body when his lips brushed her earlobe.

"No other man could have this effect on you like me Hana", his husky voice created trembles in her body. She tried to wiggle out of his hold only to be pressed against the wall more. He leaned and bit her earlobe making her squirm at his small yet provocative action. He smirked at that and traversed his mouth to her neck. She yelped as he bit her soft spot and moaned out his name.

"Jungkook", she tried to push him but he didn't allow. She is scared if she would give in to him. His touch could make her knees week and drive crazy for him.

"Darling, why do you make me feel like this?", saying this, he planted kisses on her collarbone and she squirmed as he did that. He smirked seeing her reactions and continued tracing his fingers in circles over her waist.

"Will you let him do this darling?", he asked her and she felt her heart skipping a beat. She knew what he is speaking. She could never let any other man touch her as Jungkook does. Leaning in, he pulled her for a kiss.

She didn't let him in first but his harsh movement made her give in to him. She kissed him back and tears rolled down her cheek but he continued kissing devouring her whole mouth, at a slower pace. She was afraid if her heart would jump out of its place. It was a feeling which she is so used to yet finds it so novel. Jungkook is being dominant and she doesn't have an option, except to give in. As he deepened the pace inside her, she clutched his shirt and dug her nails into him.

"Will you let him do this to you darling?", he asked as he pulled out of the kiss and she just took heavy breaths. She is scared of his intimidating behavior. He smirked at her silence and rubbed his palm sensually on her mid-thigh.

"Jungkook", she moaned as she felt his movements nearing her inner thigh.

"Tell me, Hana, would you let him do this to you?", he asked leaning close to her ears and she had to submit now. She shook her head in negation and he finally let her loose with a smug smile on his face.

"No guy could replace me Hana", he stated and lifted her in his arms. It took a moment for her to understand what he was doing. Jungkook was in the mood and she is more nervous now. Placing her on her bed, he hovered over her.

She widened her eyes as he was above her. He implanted a soft kiss on her neck and plopped beside her.

"As much as I want you, I would never do that unless you wish to", his words surprised her but she didn't dare to utter a word. The last few minutes were too much for her to process. The way it hit her mind so bad that she could never imagine Baekhyun or any other guy doing that to her. She knew she is badly stuck in the tangles of life.

"Sleep like a good girl Hana", saying this he pulled her close to him and she just closed her eyes.

"You are mine darling"
