The CID team is a family in itself. They’re a team inside, and outside the bureau, they’re one big family. They don’t live in one house, but they have multiple houses to call home. They don’t get enough time to travel around and spend time together, but they take time to meet at one place to enjoy life as it comes to them.

Rajat is overwhelmed by the love-filled gestures of everyone in the bureau. He thanks his stars that he has found such a loving family in the faces of his colleagues. Everyone respects each other and spreads love. Even the juniors have the liberty to say anything to their seniors or tell them if they’re wrong.

He’s fascinated when he hears Abhijeet and Vineet praising a young girl who’s not among them at the moment. The ACP asks him to visit Delhi along with Abhijeet to receive the lady officer. He’s amused to see how proud the officers are while talking about her.

“Sir, I’ll book the tickets right away. She might need help.” Abhijeet smiles.

“Sir, Can I also go? I want to meet Purvi. I missed her!” Vineet asks innocently.

“Vineet, who will see the bureau? No, you’re not going anywhere.” ACP asks, donning a serious face.

“Huh! Sir! Please, obviously, more than two people can go, right? Please Sir!” He says it cutely, causing others to laugh.

“She will come back here only, Vineet. I know she’s your best friend, but for now, it’s better that Rajat and Abhijeet visit Delhi. Daya and I have to visit Pune. So, you will take care of the cases here in the bureau along with Sachin.” ACP says.

Vineet makes a face. Everyone in the bureau knows about his friendship with Purvi. The lady is Purvi Khanna, who’s being praised at the moment. She takes Daya and Abhijeet as her elder brothers; Freddy is more like her friend; and Vineet and forensic expert Dr. Tarika are her best friends.

“I have to wait for two more days.” Vineet makes a face.

“Ab bol beta! You were teasing me, right? If I can’t go on holiday, I won’t let you go either.” Freddy whispers in his ears.

“Haan! Aap toh maze hi lo. Aapke chakkar mein meri chutti bhi gayi. Na jaane kaisi hogi Pari!?” He makes a face.

“Relax, Vineet; she’ll be here the day after tomorrow. Do not worry.” Abhijeet pats Vineet’s shoulder. 

“Han Sir, I have no other option other than to wait.” He makes a face.

“Vineet, why are you so low? Purvi will be back in the bureau, right?” Rajat asks, seeing Vineet sad at the moment.

“ Yeah! You know, you’re saying the exact words that she’ll say. And she is very serious about work. ” Vineet says this while looking at Rajat.

“She doesn’t take a breath until she finishes her work. So, that’s the good thing.” Abhijeet again praises her.

Rajat is fascinated by all the praise that is showered on Purvi. He’s eager to meet her now, so he agrees to visit Delhi along with Abhijeet. The tickets are booked. The day passes in a blur, and the officers finish the paperwork. ACP gives the authority of the bureau to Sachin.

Rajat and Abhijeet have to leave at night, while ACP and Daya will leave in the morning. Soonish, everyone disperses for home.

Delhi, Hotel Radisson

In a beautiful yet elegant suite at the hotel, a young girl is fast asleep on the bed. There’s a smile on her face. Her phone, which is sitting on the side table, is ringing continuously, but she’s unable to hear it. It seems like she's been sleeping after working the whole night. 

Meanwhile, the bell rings, and it breaks her trance. She’s Purvi Khanna, the CID officer. She hops out of bed and opens the door sleepily. The person on the other side of the door pulls her into an embrace, taking her by surprise. Sleep vanishes from Purvi’s eyes as she sees the person. She pulls the person into a bone-crushing hug.

“I missed you!” Purvi says while parting the hug.

“I missed you too, Di.” The young girl says she is almost the same age as Purvi.

“How come you’re here? I didn’t even tell you.” Purvi says.

“I had to meet you, Di. And I’m coming to Mumbai with you.” The young girl says.

Purvi looks at her in disbelief. She’s Ruhana, Purvi’s sister, younger by one year. She’s a CID officer as well. serving in CID Delhi for two years. Their job separated the two sisters, but now it’s the same job bringing them together.

“Don’t stare at me like that. I’m telling the truth. I’ve been transferred to Mumbai.” Ruhana says, looking at her sister.

“Really? I can’t believe it.” Purvi says this smilingly.

“You should believe it because it’s the truth. Within two years, I got the transfer. "  Ruhana says cheekily.

“That’s great, Ruhana. I’m glad. We have a function tomorrow. Maybe my superiors would join us.” Purvi says softly:

“Wow! That’s great. I would love to meet them.” Ruhana says.

“It’s going to be a lot of fun, Di. We’ll stay together.” She adds, looking at Purvi.

Purvi is happy to learn that her sister is going to join her at her workplace. Finally, after a long period of six years, they’ll be staying together like they used to do before. She’s happy for her sister, and meanwhile, her trance breaks as Ruhana pulls her into a hug again.

She comes back into reality, and the two sisters dress up to head out and have some fun.
