Lexi's POV

Today is some sort of ceremony. Lilly and I are 'officially' joining the pack, or something. I thought we were already a part of the pack but anyway who knows. I was getting ready with the song 'Vagabond' by Misterwives in the background. The story of my life.
"There you go, there you stay" I sung quietly to myself while I brushed my hair.
"Keeping low, never wanna play" Lilly sung coming out of the shower.
"Wandering far, dis-a-ppear-ing" we sung together.
"Who knew my mate had so many talents?" Camden was at the door.
"Don't you guys know how to knock?" Lilly quickly grabbed her dress and ran into the bathroom. I chuckled at her, still brushing my hair.
"That song is depressing" Caden said turning it off.
"You basically just described my life" I told him grabbing the curler.
"Let's change that shall we?" He came up behind me.
"Yeah right I've heard that among other things" I said creating loose curls.
"This time you won't be leaving" he said hugging me from behind.
"What about you?" I turned off the curler.
"I'm not going anywhere" he kissed my neck.
"Promise"
"Promise"
"Let's go" Lilly grabbed us and dragged Caden out.
"We're going" I giggled at her reaction.

"We are here today to join Alexandria Charlotte Harris and Lillian Rachael Harris to the pack." Caden's father announced.
"Alpha Ashton do you really think that's a good idea?" Joseph, a pack member asked.
"Yes"
"They are both banshees I heard they can bring bad luck to their pack that's why they're usually by themselves." He debated.
"Are you back chatting?" Alpha Ashton asked him.
"Sorry Alpha I'm just expressing my concern about this" he apologised.
"I know young one but they are siblings to a pack member and one is the mate of your future alpha." He explained to his fellow pack members. He began the ritual.
"Now you can contact us with telepathy through the wolves." He explained to us.
"Ok thank you Alpha Ashton." We thanked him and everyone went on with their normal routine.
"Hey" Caden jogged over to me.
"Hi"
"You have five days worth of training to do" he told me.
"And five days worth of school work to catch up on." I told him.
"Come on you finished that stuff three weeks ago" he grabbed my hand and ran outside.
"Ok now time to control Riley" he told me.
"How will you teach me that?"
"I did some research" he smiled.
"All she does is tell me to scream when she isn't being gangster on me." I told him. I went blank I felt my body moving but I couldn't do anything, I could feel Riley in control. Both Faith and I tried to fight Riley for control but nothing was happening.
"Lexi, where are you going?" I was running somewhere. Next thing I know I have control and there's a body in front of me lying on the forest floor blood and guts everywhere.
"What's happening?" I asked Caden who just ran in the small clearing.
"I don't know but one minute your talking next minute your eyes turning pure white and you're running away." He said hugging me. Lilly came in running with Tyson and Alpha Ashton behind her.

"He has the same scent as the guy who attacked you" Caden said speaking to me.
"It feels like I know someone apart of this death, but this is the first time I've done this" I told them I touched the body. I watched his last few minutes in this world.
"I'm sorry for doing this but no one is allowed to hurt my sister and get away with it." Connor punched the guy. He kept kicking and punching him until he would no longer get up again. He did this for me, he hardly knew me yet he killed the person who nearly killed me. I came back to the present in my body.
"I know who killed this guy." I told them. Everyone looked at Lilly who just shrugged.
"I'm not the same species as her."
"Please explain" Alpha Ashton asked.
"You know how there are many different wolves well there are three types of banshees. The ordinary banshee who screams when someone dies, then there is a Forewari Banshee who can find the deceased bodies and they hold more power than ordinary banshees, then the Queens of Banshees are called the Neaverwari who hold the most power of like I said before are the Queens of the Banshee world. I'm a Forewari and Lexi is a Neaverwari" she explained.
"Who taught you all this?" Tyson asked.
"Elder Banshees along the way"
"I know who killed this guy and I know the motive as well" I said quietly
"Who was it?"
" someone we know, he killed this guy because this guy tried to kill me" I said softly wishing the situation was different."
"Tyson that is not cool" everyone told him off.
"It wasn't me" he defended himself.
"It was... Connor" I told them.
"WHAT?!" Everyone screamed.
