A relationship can be a difficult, exciting and unsuspecting adventure for any teenager learning the wonders of love. This rings true for seventeen-year-old Gracie when she meets the mysterious Aiken.

He is far unlike the other boys in her town though. He's secretive, alluring, devastatingly handsome and a two-hundred-year-old vampire.

Sadly, butterflies in her stomach isn't the only new event popping up since Aiken's arrival. Bodies of local teens are being found frequently, the crime scenes are gruesome, and no one knows why except for Gracie.

To make matters more complicated another boy from Gracie's past continues to have their eyes set on her.

Life quickly evolves from homework and high school love, to awakening inner powers and fleeing dangerous creatures. Nothing will ever be the same again.

In my story there is some Ancient Egypt mythology with a twist to it which you'll soon understand in the the prologue. This is how my vampires are created. But everything is purely fiction. :)
