Enchanted Forest - June 1970

Snow Smiled as she received yet another gift. Her belly was swollen to the point she was no longer able to deny or hide the expecting of her first child. Charming smiled as well, even though the threats of the evil queen still thickened the air around them, they both felt happy to be able to welcome a new life into the world.

The day was slowly coming to an end and guests were finally leaving as Snow fought to keep her eyes open. Charming chuckled as he stood up from his throne, extending his hand for Snow to take. Snow gladly accepted and was thankful for the help to get up from her sitting position. Charming placed a gentle hand on her belly, feeling slight movement under them made him smile. ''Not long now'' He whispered to his wife, who smiled up at him in utter delight. ''Not long'' She whispered back.

A small blue light entered the throne room, both the royals turned and smiled once they spotted the Blue fairy. ''Blue!'' Snow called out as the fairy was one of the guests she had missed greatly. ''Sorry for being late, but my present is quite private'' Blue spoke softly as she turned to full size.

Snow smiled excitedly, walking up to her friend. ''Your presence is more than enough'' Snow answered, making the fairy smile back at her. ''Snow White'' Blue said as she placed a gentle hand on the queen's face. ''My present to you is a look into the future of your child'' Snow's face lit up at the words and she reached behind her to take her husband's hand.

''That is a beautiful gift'' Snow whispered as she accepted the fairy's hand on her belly. Blue smiled softly as she closed her eyes, humming at the probable images flying past in her mind. Her face morphed into a worried one before it paled and the fairy pulled her hands back in a quick motion.

''Blue?'' Charming asked worriedly as he stepped next to his wife. ''I-'' The fairy stopped her sentence as she placed a hand over her mouth in a hush motion. ''Is there something wrong?'' Snow asked her friend, who just sent her a worried glance. ''I can't-'' Snow cut her off ''Tell us'' She ordered.

''This child will be born a beautiful girl. Happy throughout her baby years. But she is to be born with a heart belonging to the darkness.'' Snow squeezed her husband's hand as her breathing shallowed. ''Nothing can be done to prevent it, she is meant for it. She belongs with it'' Charming shook his head.

''No, we can help her we can-'' Blue shook her head. ''It will consume her and her heart will give at the age of 17 '' Snow felt tears fill her eyes. ''We can help her'' Snow stated. ''We will make sure she stays on the path of light. She will grow up to be good'' Blue send her friend a look of pity. ''And if anyone can help her. It will be you guys'' She whispered.

''Good luck, Snow'' The fairy whispered with a smile of pity. She returned to her smaller size, before leaving her two friends behind. Snow turned to her husband with a worried look on her face. ''What will we do?'' She asked softly, but her husband sent her an assuring smile. ''Futures can change, Snow'' He spoke the words so convincing that Snow found herself nodding. ''When she is born, we will educate her on how to be good, we will guide her'' Snow softly nodded. ''We can tell the staff, they can help us. If everyone in her life guides her towards good, there is no way she can become dark'' Snow added and charming nodded, leaning over and softly placing his head against that of Snow.

''It will be okay'' He whispered softly

Neverland - Present

Adi slowly turned around in her bed, her arm falling over the waist of the person next to her. She felt the person trace her arm, making Adi stir softly. She opened her eyes and found Pan tracing every birthmark on her arm while he was lost looking at some papers. Adi turned on her side and looked out of the window. It was light, which meant she had had an extra long night of sleep, which normally did not happen.

''How long did I sleep for?'' She asked softly. ''Full night, thought I'd give you all the hours you could get'' Adi nodded, as it was smart thinking. Adi never managed to sleep long, which resulted in her being a pain to deal with from time to time

''thank you.'' Pan finally turned his gaze from the papers to Adi. ''No, thank you'' He reached behind her head and pulled her towards him, placing his lips against hers in a harsh manner. Adi pulled away, Pan's hand still behind her head. ''Feeling better?'' Adi asked, referring to the night before as Pan had angrily trashed the camp in a short flare of impatience.

The help they had on the mainland had taken a day extra to deliver their package, it was moments like that that Adi was Pan's voice of reason as well as a distraction. She was good at that, distracting people either with her beauty or words of wit. Though Pan was the only one allowed to distract himself with her body.

''Much, they are coming today'' Pan said as he released the hold he had on Adi's head and crawled out of bed. ''Really?'' Adi seemed surprised as she had not once believed their help to keep their words. Pan seemed to hesitate for a short moment as he turned to look at her. She looked beautiful, her hair slightly tangled and her body covered with nothing but the thin blanket they had shared. ''What?'' She asked softly, god How was Pan supposed to tell her?

''I changed the plan'' He said softly, watching as Adi's smile dropped and her eyes darkened. ''What did you change?'' She questioned, steadying her voice as she sucked in her cheeks. ''I will be collecting the package'' Adi dropped her head to the side at his words, Pan had lit a fire and it was slowly consuming her eyes and features.

''I am afraid that the boy might see you as too familiar, it might ruin things.'' Adi widened her eyes at the words. ''Ruin things? seriously!'' She got up too, grabbing the first piece of clothing she could get her hands on, which happened to be Pan's vest. Pan sighed as he watched her cover herself, his vest falling halfway her thighs.

''How will it ruin things?'' she questioned, Pan knew it was a trap and yet, he answered. ''Adi, you have a lot of anger regarding that family, I can't have you lashing out'' Adi crossed her arms and her brows furrowed at the words. ''Don't take it too personally, Adi'' Adi turned towards the door, wondering who had dared mix himself in this conversation.

''Felix I don't think now i-'' Pan could not even finish his sentence as Adi reached for the first thing she could get her hands on and chucked it at Felix's head. "Adi!'' Pan called out loudly, watching as Felix ducked, sending her a taunting smile. ''Butt out'' She said angrily, watching as The boy left before turning back to Pan, She looked even angrier now.

"You told him before you told me?" Adi asked in disbelief. After everything the pair had been through she would have believed to be the first one to know any changes made in a plan. "He's my second in command, Adi" Pan said softly. "I thought I was" Pan sighed as he shook his head "No you're-" he stopped mid-sentence, not exactly knowing what she was.

"Your plaything," Adi said softly, Pan looked up in a quick motion, his eyes falling on hers. "you know damn well you are way more than that!" He said loudly. Offended by how low Adi would put herself on his list.

"If I were more, you would not sideline me like this'' Adi said as she crossed her arms. Pan shook his head at her words. ''I didn't tell you 'cause I knew this would happen. I knew it would turn into an argument'' Pan said as he pointed at her, Adi shook her head in disbelief. ''It would not have if you had told me the moment you decided to change the plan'' She said angrily. Pan dropped his arm in defeat as he held his breath, but she did not budge. ''Adi come on. I don't want to fight after the night we just shared. I hate it'' His voice had turned softer now.

''Screw you Pan'' She said as she tried to walk out of the room. ''Adi, Adi wait'' Pan took hold of her waist, pulling her closer to him. ''What now?'' She spat out as she ignored his hands on her body, which was hard as a small flutter in her tummy accentuated the soft touches against her waist.

''Two things'' Pan whispered softly, his breath fanning her cheek. ''One, I understand your disappointment. Do you want to hurt someone? Hurt my father, welcome him for me'' Adi's ears perked at the words, and she slowly turned to look at him.

She knew how much seeing his father again meant to Pan, and yet he was willing to give her the experience if it meant she was happy. Her gaze softened at the thought.

''Two, you are not walking out of this room only wearing that'' Adi sighed softly, turning to look at Pan as she forced a gentle smile on her lips. "You don't like how it looks?" She asked in a soft whisper, Pan's hands tightened, gripping the skin of her waist in a harsh matter. Adi did not flinch at the pinching feeling. "What do you think?" Pan whispered defeated, Adi would always win from him. There would not be a moment he would not bend to her will. And she knew it. She loved to use it too.

Adi bared her teeth in a short smile before stepping out of his arms and up to the clothes that lay scattered around the room. It was quiet as the pair got dressed, she turned to stare at Pan as he stood with his back her way. She allowed her eyes to travel over his body before slowly shaking her head and looking away.

''I need the doll.'' Adi finally said, breaking the silence as she pulled her shirt over her head. ''What for?'' Pan asked as he took his vest from Adi's outstretched hand. Pan would never admit it, but he preferred the doll to stay within eyesight as he did actually care for the last thing his father had given him.

''Well I'm not gonna try to physically hurt your father, he'd have my head before I even lay a finger on him. So emotional pain it is'' Adi said it so casually as if the pair weren't toying with the lives of actual human beings. Then again their world stopped at the edges of Neverland, anything beyond that appeared as a dollhouse. Playable and completely vulnerable to their control.

Pan seemed hesitant, before walking over to his desk, waving his hand over the top drawer, opening it. A few boxes sat inside the drawer. He reached for one, opened it and took out the small, handmade doll. Adi walked up to him and softly took it from his hands. ''I need you to bring Scar with you'' Adi frowned at the suggestion.

''I can handle your father'' She stated as she tucked the doll inside her corset. ''You can handle him better with Scar.'' Pan moved so he was standing behind her, taking hold of the small drawstring at the back of the corset. Adi pulled her hair up as he pulled at it, watching as the piece of clothing tightened around Adi's body. Her curves became more noticeable and Pan could feel heat course through his body at the looks of her.

Adi frowned at the sudden change of heart before it dawned on her. ''And besides you, Scar is best at handling me'' She turned and dropped her head to the side in disbelief. ''Don't look at me like that'' Pan warned softly. He watched as she dropped her hair back down, her blonde locks falling down her shoulders and to her chest.

''Ever since our accident you've been unpredictable, your emotions are a mess Adi'' Adi sighed out before softly nodding. Pan was right, their accident had different effects on both of them. As Adi's emotions became unbearable at times and would come out in all kinds of overreactive ways, Pan's emotions had become dull, almost unnoticeable.

Besides that Adi suffered from nightmares, the lack of sleep sometimes driving her to a point of insanity as Pan could feel his powers become weaker, his body with it.

''Fine, if that eases your mind'' She whispered softly. Pan just nodded. Adi smiled smugly as she stared at the boy. ''What?'' Pan asked and Adi shook her head. ''Nothing'' She whispered as she watched Pan take a step closer. She stepped back.

''Speak, Adi'' Pan said as he reached over and took hold of her arm, tugging at it to get her to come closer. ''He'll know it's you'' she whispered as she took hold of his vest and pulled it. ''Who?'' Pan asked. ''The boy'' Adi said as she smiled up at him. ''He knows his fairytales so he'll know it's you if you dress like yourself''

Pan seemed to dwell on the words as he slowly nodded. Adi was right, as always. ''Very well.'' He admitted as he stepped back, using his magic to change into an outfit comparable to one of the lost boys. ''Better?'' Pan asked, Adi walked closer once more and took hold of the cloak, adjusting it slightly as she nodded. ''Yeah,'' She whispered, leaning closer her lips almost touching those of Pan.

''They'll be here soon'' Adi breathed onto his lips. Pan tried to connect their lips as he nodded, but Adi stepped back. ''So I'm gonna grab breakfast before they do'' She stated as she turned her back. Pan licked his lips and stepped forward. He took hold of the waistband of her pants, pulling at it to make her stumble back into his arms.

''You can be my breakfast'' He mumbled lowly into her neck, biting down softly. Adi took in a sharp breath of air, hissing softly at the feeling. A small tug at the skin made her drop her head back onto Pan's shoulder.

Adi snapped back to reality once his teeth released her skin. She pushed off of Pan and turned to look at him.

''You've had enough, don't you think?'' She asked out of breath. Pan smirked at the girl as he shook his head. ''Of you? Never, Adi'' Adi released a breath and raised her chest, dropping her head to the side. ''We agreed, only when we need to blow off steam'' She stated, annoyed at how it had been Pan who decided on the rule. Which was fine, but now he was trying to break it.

Pan shrugged as he inched closer, Adi took small steps back, but this only seemed to be like a game to Pan as he kept walking until she was standing with her back against the door.

Adi let out a soft whine as she had no other choice but to stop moving. Pan leaned down, placing one hand above her head, against the door. Leaning over her and hearing a small gasp left her lips

''Come on, Adi'' He purred lowly as he dipped into the crook of her neck, tracing his nose along her ear as Adi took in a sharp breath before she stopped breathing altogether. ''I'll be quick'' Pan promised as he leaned back and studied her face, Adi's eyes shot down to his lips as she licked her own, before slowly biting down on it.

Pan smiled as he knew that biting her lip meant she was considering his offer and close to accepting it.

Pan leaned closer, watching as Adi stopped fighting, a small smirk painting itself on his lips as he almost pressed himself against her. ''Pan!'' A loud shout came from just outside the door. The doorknob turned and the door opened a few inches, making Adi stumble into Pan, who wrapped his arm around her waist to stop her from falling. He groaned out before using his hand to push the door closed again.

A loud thud sounded through the door as the boy walked straight against it. ''Ow!'' He said softly a small hiss leaving his lips.

Pan pushed Adi gently against the door again, completely ignoring the groans of the boy just outside of it. He had more important things to do.

''Tonight then?'' He murmured, Adi sucked in her cheeks, not seeming amused by his question. ''Promise me tonight, or I'll keep you here all morning'' Adi cocked an eyebrow as she let out a small scoff and turned away from him. He had to be bluffing.

Pan sucked in his cheeks as he stepped forward and used the arm around her waist to lift her up. Adi turned back to look at him and let out a small sound of surprise as she wrapped her legs around his torso, her arms falling on his shoulders to make sure she could not fall. Not that Pan would ever even think about dropping her.

''Tell me you'll be here tonight before I take you against this goddamn door'' Pan looked agitated and Adi could not help but slowly nod, her eyes shifting between his.

''Words, Adi'' Pan said lowly, still staring into her eyes, his hands moving from around her waist to her thighs, squeezing harshly. Adi gasped as she pressed her chest closer to Pan, moving away from his hands. His teeth bared into a grin.

''Fine, I'll be here tonight'' She whispered softly, her eyes widening slightly with a nod as if to seal the promise. Pan nodded as he lowered her again and stepped back.

Adi turned and opened the door, finding Fangs rubbing his forehead. His brown eyes opened in slight surprise when he found Adi, his dark hair falling into his view as he studied the girl's reddening face. A smile appeared on his lips as he moved out of the way, leaning against the wall to let Adi pass. ''You know-'' Adi walked past him, already knowing where the sentence would be going. ''If you want more lost boys you can just go and find them in other realms.-'' Adi did not respond. ''-You don't need to go and make them!'' Adi lifted her arm behind her and stuck up her middle finger, hearing Fangs burst out in loud laughter and slide down the wall he was leaning against, holding his stomach from laughing at his own joke.

Adi walked out of Pan and her shared tree house, over the small bridge to the shared dining house. Their camp was well hidden, high in the treetops. Each lost boy had their own room, each room shared a roof with another room and every small house was connected by bridges, making it easy to get from one to another. There was one tree house they all shared, it was where they ate and just hung out.

Adi loved their home.

''Adi!' Ace, one of the lost boys said happily. Adi smiled at him as she walked over to the table he was sitting at, She sat down next to him. ''Did you sleep through the whole night?'' He asked, pleasantly surprised as she was usually the first at the breakfast table. Adi nodded, making Ace smile. ''Good for you'' He said as he reached for an empty bowl and filled it with porridge. Adi took the bowl from his hand and started eating.

''Sounded like you and Pan had fun last night'' Tweek said as he eyed the girl with a smug smile on his lips. His round face dropped to the side as his broad shoulder shrugged, his black hair falling down the side of his face because of the movement, framing it perfectly.

Adi turned to him with a blank expression, Sting wrapped an arm around Tweek as he nodded. ''What did it sound like again?'' He questioned his housemate, his slightly darkened skin standing out against the pale skin of Tweek, his curls bouncing at the laughter Sting was holding back.

The two boys had the house closest to the one Pan and Adi shared. Unfortunately.

Adi shook her head, quickly swallowing her breakfast, before opening her mouth to yell. ''No! Twe-'' A loud moan escaped Tweek's lips as he threw his head back, his eyes rolling to the back of his head for added effect. He slammed his hand on the table. All the boys sitting at the table became quiet at the sound as they all turned towards the end of the table.

''Pan! Fuck!'' A loud hum followed the sentence as Tweek slammed his hand on the table once more. Next to him, Sting threw his head back and let out the laughter he had been trying so hard to suppress. The other boys now seemed to catch up to what was happening and various chuckles erupted from the table.

Adi bit her tongue as she watched the boys in slight amusement. It was no secret that she and Pan slept together from time to time and luckily the boys were all old enough to understand. However, they were not old enough to be mature about it.

''Yes! So good!'' Tweek moaned as he stopped abruptly and raised his head again. His eyebrows shot upwards at the sight of Adi fighting back a smile, he turned to Sting, who was wiping away tears from laughter. ''Sounded something like that'' Tweek said, sending not only Sting back into a laughing fit, but the other boys as well. Adi shook her head as she frowned.

''I'm sorry when was the last time you experienced a night like that?'' Tweek's smile fell as he raised a finger at the girl. ''Now don't start being mean. This would simply be too much for a girl to handle'' He said as he pointed at himself.

Adi pursed her lips and nodded. "Totally," she said sarcastically.

Tweek grabbed his spoon and scooped up some more porridge, before filling his mouth again. Adi just smiled as she shook her head. ''I hate all of you'' All the boys became quiet for a second, staring at the girl, before once again bursting into laughter. She loved each and every one of them and they knew it.

''Nice try Adi!'' Doom laughed softly as he shook his head and stood up, his head almost touching the ceiling. He picked up his bowl to clean it. ''In that case, you all suck!'' Adi exclaimed as she stood up as well, walking over to the small bucket to clean her dishes. ''Trust me Adi, we're not the ones doing the sucking!'' Nibs called out, Adi turned and gasped in surprise. ''Nibs!'' she exclaimed, watching as the sharp features of the boy twisted into a tooth-bearing smile. His brown hair fell in front of his eyes when he dropped his head to continue his breakfast.

"God, what was in this porridge?" Adi mumbled as she felt Doom chuckle next to her. It was usual for the boys to be like that, it's probably why they felt like brothers to her. Adi turned to smile at Doom. "You just always manage to dig the hole you're in deeper. It's fucking hilarious" Doom explained as he stepped back and leaned against the kitchen aisle.

"God I need to stop that" she mumbled as she wiped her hands on her pants. Doom leaned over and took hold of her arm, raising it slowly as he stared at the bruise that wrapped around her wrist.

"He did a number on you" Doom mumbled. A second hand appeared around her wrist and took the arm from Doom's hand. By how silently the person had approached, Adi could already tell it was Ghost. "I'm fine" she whispered as she turned towards the other boy. Ghost sent her a look of slight disbelief as he shook his head.

"I am" Adi tried to assure. The two boys shared a look before they both turned back to Adi still not believing her words.

Out of all the boys, there were three who had made it their job to protect Adi. Besides Doom and Ghost, Scar was always ready to defend her. No matter the situation.

No one knew why they felt this need to protect Adi, all they knew was that those three loved her as a sister and they would go up against Pan if Adi was ever in danger by his doing.

"I understand the whole 'blowing off steam' bit, but he can at least refrain himself from leaving marks like that" Ghost exclaimed as he allowed Adi to pull her hand back. "It looks worse than it is," she said with a smile. "I did not even notice when it happened"

And it was true. She had not felt anything when she was busy, the bruise did not hurt. It was just proof of Pan's touch. That was it.

A low whistle came from below the tree Adi turned at the sound as did the other boys. It was Pan's whistle. All the boys dropped what they were doing and rushed down the tree. Some used the branches or small ladders. Others just jumped down, rolling over to soften their fall. Adi sighed as she walked to the edge of the tree house as well.

She looked down and stepped off the platform, her feet landing with a loud thud as she raised her head at the group of boys. "Alright. Listen up! I want two groups!" Pan yelled out watching as the group split into 2 groups within seconds. Pan's eyes travelled over the faces of the boys as Adi stepped next to him.

"Scar, you're with Adi" Pan stated as he watched the boy nod and walk up to the spot behind Adi. His elbows landed on her shoulders as he placed his chin on her head, leaning on her as she smiled softly.

"Felix's group will be awaiting the boy's family. Who will definitely come looking for him" The boys all nodded. "My group will help me pick up the package. Slightly will be in charge" That group nodded as well.

"He is not leaving us out is he?" Scar asked in a slight panic. Afraid of missing out on all the fun. Pan rolled his eyes as he turned towards the boy. "Quit your moaning" Pan ordered as Scar raised his chin from Adi's head and turned to his leader with disbelief written on his features.

"I'm the one moaning? From what I've heard Adi is doing enough of that for all of u-" Adi took hold of the boy's arm and turned, cutting his sentence short. She placed her foot behind those of Scar and pushed him back making him stumble over and fall with a loud thud.

The boy groaned as Adi sent him an innocent smile. The lost boys choked out soft laughter as Scar pushed himself into a sitting position. "I'll get you for that one," Scar said as he pointed at the blonde, who was laughing as well. "You say that every time and every time I prove you wrong".

Pan shook his head with a slight smile. It was true. Only Doom was probably able to take on Adi and win, which did not come as a surprise as he was the strongest one when it came to combat, even Pan could not defeat the boy without using magic.

"Let's go and collect our package," Pan said with a smug smile, watching as Adi nodded a beam of excitement flashing through her eyes making him linger on them just a little bit longer. ''We come back here as soon as our assignments are done'' Pan stated as he watched Adi walk up to the small wooden box they kept their weapons in. He followed after her.

''Be careful'' A voice spoke from behind Adi, she just smiled as she nodded. ''That's why Scar is coming'' She stated as she twisted her sword in her hands. The boy turned her around.

''Even with Scar'' Pan murmured softly, inching closer to her. ''I will'' Adi promised as she patted his chest in a comforting manner, Pan sighed as he straightened his back. He turned as he allowed his eyes to follow after her, watching her place a hand on Scar's shoulder, who in return immediately stopped his conversation with Slightly and turned his full attention to her.

She said something to him to which he nodded, before following her somewhere away from the other groups. Pan sighed as he followed her every move. Their relationship had been different ever since their accident.

They had something beautiful growing once, but when their accident happened the growth stopped. things got so complicated that the pair had decided to be close friends who blew off steam every once in a while. Which in their case, was a lot.

Doom appeared next to Pan, Ghost stepping closer on his other side, both their eyes locked on the girl. ''She's fine'' Pan exclaimed in a harsh voice, turning to Doom as he glared at the boy. ''Have you seen her wrist?'' Doom asked as he glared back. Pan frowned at the words as he turned to Adi again, indeed finding a bruise on her arm.

Pan looked down and shook his head. ''She's still okay'' He mumbled, his voice becoming softer as he knew what the bruise looked like, but he truly had not intended to hurt her in any way. ''Yeah, well next time make sure there are no bruises'' Doom ordered and Pan turned to him with a darkened gaze. ''Watch your tone, Doom'' Pan hissed as he stared the boy down, not physically as Doom was probably the tallest out of all the boys, but just like every time the situation involved Adi, he did not budge.

Ghost stepped between the two boys. ''We all just want her to be okay.'' He stated and it was true. Everyone just wanted Adi to be okay. It's why they had asked their help on the mainland to bring them the boy. All of this is to help Adi and Pan get back to normal.

''Just, mind yourself and your anger'' Ghost mumbled as he watched Pan tear his eyes away from Doom. Their leader sighed and nodded. ''I'll try'' He mumbled. A shiver ran down Pan's spine as he twitched slightly. Doom and Ghost's head both raised at the familiar movement.

''They're here?'' The two asked, Pan felt a grin grow on his face as he nodded.

Enchanted Forest - 1974

Little princess Adrienne walked through the corridors of her parent's castle. Following after a small little firefly, its light reflecting in her eyes as she awed at the little insect. It looked so pretty and Adrienne wanted to catch it to show her mom as her mom loved beautiful things.

The little bug landed on one of the doors, specifically the bedroom door of her parents. Adrienne used her hands to scoop up the little animal, holding it closely as he felt it fly around in between her hands before it settled.

A small sound came from the room next to her, making her frown as she grabbed the bug in one hand and used the other to open the door. In the room, she found one of the maids with one of her mother's necklaces in her hand. ''Hey!'' Adrienne said as the maid gasped out and turned towards the child.

The little four-year-old glared at the woman as she had already figured out what she was doing. ''Don't touch my mother's stuff!'' She yelled out as she walked up to the maid with an attitude, holding out her hand so the maid could hand it back. Which she did. ''You cannot tell your mother. I need this job!'' the maid cried out desperately. Adrienne hesitated as she stared at the maid, her heart sinking at how desperate she looked.

''What's going on?'' Snow said from behind the little princess. The maid quickly looked at the queen, before looking back at the princess and gasping in slight realisation. ''Your majesty! I caught the little princess trying to take your necklace!'' The maid exclaimed as she walked over to Snow.

Snow gasped softly. ''She said she was going to put the blame on me, tell you I was going to take it!'' Adrienne gasped as she shook her head. ''No Mommy! She was trying to take it!'' Snow dropped her head to the side in disbelief. ''Adrienne, you can't do that! That is wrong!'' Snow yelled out.

Adrienne felt tears rise in her eyes as she shook her head, the maid behind her mom smirking slightly as she knew she was getting away with it. ''Hand it over!'' Snow said sternly as she watched her daughter put the necklace in her hand. Her eyes fell on the closed fist of Adrienne.

''What is that?'' She asked as she took hold of her daughter's fist, with everything going on Adrienne had totally forgotten about the little bug. Adrienne gasped as she opened her fist.

The little bug had lost its light as it lay dead in the palm of the princess' hands. ''Adrienne!'' Snow scolded as she made the girl drop the bug. ''You killed it?'' Adrienne felt tears rise in her eyes as she shook her head. ''Not on purpose!'' She cried out as her mother shook her head.

''Go to your room'' She said. ''But, Mom-'' ''Room, Adrienne! And don't come out until me or your father comes to get you'' The little princess felt her mouth close as she turned. Behind her, her mother apologized to the maid. Whispering about how her daughter should have known better.

Neverland - Present

Adi allowed her gaze to follow the man below her, the tree she was hiding in covered her and Scar as they followed the figure from the jungle. He had settled in a clearing, looking around waiting for something, anything to happen. Scar climbed to the branch below Adi, looking up at her as a small playful gleam appeared on her face.

She looked down at Scar, her teeth bearing as he stared up at her as well, trying to figure out what was going on in her head. Something changed in Adi's gaze as she took a deep breath and straightened her shoulders. She turned towards the dark one and intensely stared at the back of his head, it was almost a glare.

The dark one felt a shiver run up his spine as he turned towards the jungle around him. ''Come on out and say hello, deary'' He mumbled out, but he knew it was loud enough for whoever was there to hear.

A figure dropped from one of the trees and stood up straight, Rumple seemed surprised at the sight of a girl. He studied her face as she seemed familiar, but he could not place her. Adi allowed her eyes to travel over the man in front of her as a small scoff escaped her lips. ''Hello, Dark one'' She mumbled out, She was trying to provoke him, but he stayed calm.

''Pan and I, welcome you to Neverland. He is very excited to see you again'' Adi stated as she dropped her head to the side, Rumple took a deep breath as he clenched his jaw. ''Sure he is'' He mumbled out as Adi chuckled.

''You are welcome to stay for as long as you want!'' Adi said excitedly as she pointed to the jungle around them, the smile on her lips dropped as her gaze darkened ''but if you're here for the boy-'' Adi tsked as the thought. ''-That makes you our enemy'' ''Then nothing has changed'' Rumple said as his lip pulled up at the sentence and he took a step closer to the girl, his hands raised to take hold of her. A knife flew from the tree right in front of his feet, making him freeze and look up at Adi, who still stood perfectly calm.

''Scar only misses once'' Adi warned as she looked down at the small knife. Rumple scoffed at the girl as he shook his head. ''Let me be very clear. This is our island. Go up against us here, and you will not survive.'' The dark one just chuckled out, he was probably a few feet taller than her and the sight of her was not really intimidating to him.

''The question is not 'will I survive' because you and I both know I won't'' Adi dropped her head to the side as her lip pulled up in a small smirk. ''The real question is-'' The dark reached over and took hold of Adi's collar, the girl held up her hand to stop Scar from throwing another knife. ''-How many of you I take with you''

Rumple looked at her hand, before looking back up at her. Adi shook her head. ''What you did to Pan is unforgivable'' She whispered out lowly. ''If he doesn't kill you for it, I will'' She promised as she felt Rumple push her away from him. She looked so angry for Pan as if she herself had been traumatised by parental figures.

Thats when it clicked for Rumple, as his eyes widened in surprise. ''My, my-'' He breathed out as Adi raised her eyebrows in question. ''Little princess Adrienne'' her jaw clenched in anger as she took a step forward, but Rumple held up his hand to stop her movements. ''You're a long way from home'' He stated as Adi shook her head. ''Neverland is my home''

Rumple took a few steps back as he nodded. ''Tell Pan I am not leaving without the boy'' Adi smiled softly, her anger fading within seconds. She was happy that the boy would not be theirs without a fight. Adi loved a good fight.

''Pan wanted me to give you this'' Adi mumbled, gaining the attention of the dark one again. She pulled the small doll from her corset and threw it on the ground. Rumble dropped his head and gasped, slowly kneeling down as his face became guilt-ridden. ''No'' He mumbled as he picked up the doll, Adi smiled down at the sight. The dark one was on his knees because of a doll.

''It's funny-'' Adi spoke calmly as she kneeled down as well and looked at the man ''-Things we haven't thought about in years, still have the ability to make us cry'' She whispered lowly as a twisted grin played on her lips. Adi placed her hands on her knees and pushed herself up again.

''I'll leave you to think about it, but I am sure I will see you around.'' She spoke, her eyes taking in the sight of the Dark one crumbled together into nothing. This might be easier than expected.

The girl turned and walked into the jungle, leaving Rumple alone with the doll. ''Pan will be angry at you for leaving the doll'' Scar spoke as he dropped from the trees above Adi. The girl scoffed as she shook her head. ''I'll get it back for him, he won't be angry'' Adi sounded so confident, though she knew it would turn into an argument with Pan. She also knew she would manage to calm him down again within seconds.

The two walked into the camp, all the other boys back already and playing around the small campsite. Adi looked at Scar who seemed hesitant about her words, he was worried it would cause more bruises to appear on her body.

''Mom!'' A loud, unfamiliar voice called through the camp, everyone became silent as a boy ran up to Adi and wrapped his arms around her waist. Adi froze as she looked down. Her lips pulled up in an uncomfortable and awkward manner as she hummed out softly.

''I think you might be mistaken'' She spoke finally, and the sound of her voice was enough reason for the boy to back away again, his eyes wide as he looked up at the girl. Now that he stood closer he realized she was right. Her hair looked the same as Emma's, but her features were sharper and her gaze meaner.

''I am so sorry you just- You look a lot like my mom.'' Adi felt a sting in her heart as anger rose in her body. She clenched her jaw. ''Do I now?'' She asked lowly, barely moving her mouth as she tried to hold herself back from lashing out. The mere thought of looking this much like her younger sister, the one who had replaced Adi, made her blood boil.

She was angry, furious even and the more she looked at the boy the angrier she got. She painted a forced, fake, smile on her face as she took a small step forward, never breaking eye contact with the boy.

''Want me to demonstrate all the ways I am definitely not like your mother?''
