In slow motion, as Tyler had broken through the wall, he felt a force that pulled him back as though time was reversed. The man who had given him the headbutt caught him in the neck with his right hand and smashed him through the ground and into an endless abyss. It made a hole on the floor, of which he and Tyler where in.
     " Tyler!", exclaimed Lara as she started running towards the hole. However, something made her trip and fall. She looked back to see a wood-like serpent wrapping itself round her. It successfully did it's mission and then bit her neck, to which she screamed in pain. The serpent then left her, turned into a staff and floated while it's master came and took the staff.
     " What are you... Going to... Do with him...?", said Lara as she looked like someone about to faint. She was trying to stand up but failed halfway.
     " Teach him some manners dear. Meanwhile, Ovadal awaits our return", he replied with a smile.
     " No... Not going... Back... To finish... To fin...", she tried to speak but lost her voice as she fainted.
     He smiled, bent over her and pet her face with the back of his right fingers. He kissed her forehead and then said," Sleep very well dear".

     Tyler at first had a brawl with the other man as he shot blue blasts at him of which the man dodged swiftly and returned his as well. Tyler then flew towards the man and tried to punch him, but as he tried to do so, the man puffed into fine blue dust particles that blinded him for a bit. Then four strong blue chains diagonally shot out from nowhere and trapped him by seizing both arms and legs and suspending them diagonally. He struggled to break free but proved that it was vain effort.
     He heard great sounds of clouds rumbling and emitting thunder as they clapped around Tyler. Thick dark blue clouds formed around him and went about in circles, all of them showing different faces, most of which were famillar to him. The clouds became motionless when Lara's face was displayed. Her face walked with a body towards Tyler in mid-air. Though only a mist of vapour, her beauty was still duplicated in this gaseous form. She reached him, smiled, and touched the left side of Tyler's face.
     " She's beautiful, isn't she?", asked an almighty voice." A perfect work of creation from her creator. She is therefore, not worthy of you Mr. Woods", it added as Lara was pulled back by an invisible force and engulfed into a large hand.
     Tyler at first wanted to yell, but the words refused to come out. He then shook his head and yelled," Who are you? Show yourself!".
     " Silence!", hissed the voice in a very high pitch, so loud that Tyler groaned and thought his brain was going to explode," No one talks to the Alchemists in that manner!".
     He blinked and saw a gigantic gaseous face of the man he had battled with formed before him. It then said," You have no idea what kind of power that lies in the fingertips of the Alchemists. I'll have to admit. You're the first that have stand our presence and is still living this far".
     " Who are you?", questioned Tyler.
     " We are the determinants of life and death. The remnants of dedicated scientists who sook for the way to gain immortality. The last of our kind, three in number, with one as the leader and most powerful among us", replied the gaseous face.
     " That still doesn't answer my question".
     The face divided into three gaseous men. He recognised the one with the staff on the left as the one who disguised as the janitor. The other on the right was the one he was talking to, while the one in the middle had glowing eyes that looked as if they were going to shoot lasers.
     " My name is Kaniel West. The other man with the staff is Alfrel Raves while the last one, our lord and master, is Ovadal", replied the gaseous man on the right.
     The gaseous master walked towards Tyler and transformed into the real Ovadal. He tilted Tyler's face sideways while he moved his head sideways as well.
     " Mr. Woods", stated Ovadal," I know everything about you, your brother and deceased parents".
     " How did you...?".
     " I've read the deepest recesses of your mind without you knowing", replied Ovadal.
     " That's... Impossible", muttered a confused Tyler.
     " Until you stop believing in that word, then you'll know that power is unmeasurable".
     Ovadal looked at Tyler's body and manipulated his molecules. Tyler felt his chest, stomach, waist and part of his upper legs disassociate into suspended molecules that revealled his internal organs.
     " Oh my God!", exclaimed Tyler as he witnessed a show of Ovadal's powers.
     " I can feel something Mr. Woods. Something that doesn't belong to you", commented Ovadal as he touched Tyler's heart. His fingers glowed while he closed his eyes. Then he quickly withdrew his hand as Tyler's body came back together.
     " He has the Blue Gift", concluded the calm Ovadal as he became gaseous once more," Get Lara out of here and take away the Blue Gift from him".
     The gaseous trio remerged into the gaseous face and gave way for the real Kaniel to burst through the gaseous face and dipped his hand into Tyler's chest while the region round the hand glowed blue.
     " Ahhh! What are you doing!", exclaimed Tyler.
     " Taking the fountain of life away from you", he concluded and began drawing out a bluish image of Tyler which represented his powers.
