(March 18th) Katie's POV

"Ok, the flight is booked. We leave in two days at dawn" I tell the others as I join them in the living room.

"I can't wait for Easter" Aimee says excitedly.

"I can't wait for the Jazz Fest" Mikey adds.

"I can't wait for the French quarter fest" I tell them.

"It's going to be a blast" Mikey states.

"Lets party!" Aimee cheers.

"You two go ahead, I have to go to the store" I tell them. They nods their heads. I grab my beaded bag. Then leave the house and go to town. When I pass the sheriff's house I notice another car in the drive way and frown.

I take a deep breath and smell a vampire. I curse and go to leave. When Bella's truck appear and I notice her with a wolf. I jump into a tree out of view. Bella goes to get out of the car, but the wolf stops her.

"There's a bloodsucker out there" the wolf tells her.

"How do you know?" Bella asks him.

"I can smell the stink. I'm getting you out of here" he tells her.

"Wait, it's not Victoria" Bella tells him. "That's Carlisle's car" she states pointing to the unknown car across the street. She gets out of the car and the wolf follows her trying to stop her.

"Don't you get it? If a Cullen is back here, this is their territory. The Treaty says we can only defend our own lands. I can't protect you here" he tells her.

"I don't need you too" she tells him.

"You're about to cross a line" he tells her.

"Then don't draw one" she tells him and enters the house. He left looking angry. I have to get back to the house. If the Cullens are back, then my coven is in danger. But I have to know how many there are. I focus my hearing so that I can hear wants going on inside the house. After sending Mikey text telling him and Aimee to pack our things.

"I have never met anyone more prone to life-threatening idiocy" an unknown girl says. She must be one of the Cullens, but which one? " Bella, what is that God awful wet dog smell?" she asks. I smirk, she'd smelt the wolf. Speaking of wolf, I notice he hasn't left and had gone into the house.

"Um... That's probably me. I've... It's Jacob" Bella tells her sheepishly.

"Jacob who?" the girl asks.

"Jacob's kind of a werewolf" Bella states.

"Ugh! Bella! Werewolves are not good company to keep!" the girl tells her.

"Speak for yourself" the wolf says.

"I thought you couldn't protect me here" Bella says.

"I guess, I don't care" he tells her.

"Well, I'm not gonna hurt her" the girl snaps.

"No, you're just a harmless Cullen. I'm talking about the other bloodsucker who tried to kill Bella because of you" he tells her.

"Victoria?" she says sounding confused.

"Yeah, Victoria's been around" Bella tells her.

"I didn't see her. I didn't see you get pulled out of the water, either" the vampire tells her. So she can see the future, have to be careful of her. "I can't see past you and your pack of mutts" she sneers.

"Don't get me upset" the wolf tells her.

"Hey, stop. Stop" Bella says. "Can you give us a minute?" she asks. "Wait, you're not leaving, you're coming back, right?" she asks.

"As soon as you put the dog out" the girl states. I watch her come outside and see her texting someone. Must be her coven.

"How many Cullens are here and how long are they staying?" the wolf asks Bella.

"Just Alice. And she'll stay as long as she wants." Bella tells him.

"Are the rest coming back?" he asks.

"Not that I'm aware of. Anything else?" she asks him. Even if the others aren't coming back, best my coven and I move on.

"That's it" the wolf states.

"Better go report to Sam" she tells him. Sam must be the alpha.

"I've done it again. I keep breaking my promise not to hurt you" he says. The phone starts to ring inside the house. Distracting the vampire and the people inside. I take that as my chance and race back to the house.

"What's going on Katie?" Mikey asks as I enter the house.

"Why did we have to pack?" Aimee whines.

"One of the Cullens is back, we have to go before she finds us crushing in her house" I tell them.

"Where to?" Mikey asks.

"Port Angeles, we'll get a motel and stay there until our flight" I tell them. They nod their heads in agreement. "Is everything packed" I ask them. They nod their heads. "Double check, we leave in ten" I tell them. I go to the room I'd been using and make sure they'd pack all my things. Which they had, I make sure everything is in the same place it was when we arrived. I shoulder my bag and grab my suit case. I join the others at the front door.

"I'm going to miss this place" Aimee says looking around sadly.

"We'll come back one day" Mikey tells her.

"Maybe, but next stop Port Angeles. Then New Orleans" I tell them and they cheer. We hear a car horn. "Taxi's here, lets go" I tell them. Mikey makes us look like teenagers. We leave the house and get into the car. It drives us to Port Angeles bed and breakfast. Mikey pays him and I pay for the room.
