Recently Scientists from different scientific domains have discovered that many secrets of the universe have already been mentioned in the Holy Quran. These secrets cannot be easily discovered without science that is the only means left for the human beings to know through the universe the mighty of God Allah (swt) who has informed His messenger Muhammad (saaw) about the ancient nations from the time of the creation of this universe through the everlasting miracle the Holy Quran. During the era of the nation of Pharaoh, there was a well-known minister who was called ‘Hamann’. This word ‘Hamann’, as Pr Maurice said, is not mentioned in any religious scripture except in the Holy Quran.

The name of ‘Hamann’ sparked the curiosity of the Muslim, French scientist in anatomy Maurice Bucaille. He has found that the name ‘Hamann’ is mentioned in the Holy Quran as a minister of Pharaoh during the era of the Prophet Moses while it is not mentioned in both the Bible and the Torah. Therefore, he decided to search for the mystery of this name. He went to a known Egyptologist (an expert in the history of ancient Egypt) and asked him to translate the word ‘Hamann’ in hieroglyphs. Then, the expert advised him to look for the word in ‘The Dictionary of Personal Names of the New Kingdom by Ranke’ where Pr Maurice found the meaning of the word ‘Hamann’ which was a real astonishment for him as it means: “Chief of the workers in stone-quarries”.

After finding the meaning of the word ‘Hamann’, Maurice Bucaille went back to the Egyptologist telling him that he has found in an old written manuscript (the Holy Quran) the same definition of ‘Hamann’ which is in the dictionary. Once the expert heard that, he replied astonishingly that ‘Hamann’ could not be mentioned in any other reference than the ancient stones of ancient Egypt and by Hieroglyph Line. Then, he asked for the Holy Quran, and he read the verse 38 from the Chapter 29 where Allah (swt) has informed his Prophet Muhammad (saaw) about what Pharaoh said speaking to his minister ‘Hamann’: “Pharaoh said: ‘O chiefs, I know not that you have a god other than me. So kindle for me (a fire), O Hamann, to bake (bricks out of) clay, and set up for me a Sarh (a lofty tower) in order that I may look at (or look for) the God of Moses, and verily I think that he (Moses) is one of the liars.’.” (28-38). Afterwards, Pr Maurice has seen a note written by Ranke in his dictionary as a reference to a book written and published in the 19 century by another Egyptologist called Walter Wreszinski who first discovered the word ‘Hamann’ which was written on a stela at the Hof-Museum of Vienna, the capital of Austria.

The scientist Maurice Bucaille’s discovery regarding the meaning of the workd ‘Hamann’ was clear evidence that the word ‘Hamann’ is never mentioned in any Holy Book except the Holy Quran which is the word of Allah (swt) who sent His messenger Muhammad (saaw) to the whole humanity to inform him about the past nations since the creation of this Universe.
