| FRIDAY |
"Rory...Rory? Love. Love?...Rory." Aurora popped one eye open to see the darkness still a promenade feature in the guest room. And she groaned, peering over to the alarm clock just before her in complete damnation. "Rory..."
"Raba, darling. I promise you that Ronan will not be up for another three hours." She whispered loud enough so he would stop the nudging to her ribs.
"You're too skinny Aurora." She hummed, and it caused him to coddle her further. "I mean it love, I feel your bones."
"Hmm."
"Not that you aren't beautiful, I'm just worried." She nodded in a tired haze and it caused him to huff.
"Raba, it's barely six in the morning. Please, I beg you. Eight." He groaned and whined, and she laughed into her pillow. "Eight wake up or eight Ronan comes?" She blinked for a few moments as she propped her elbow up and looked properly to him.
"Eight wake up, Nine Ronan. Yes? Brilliant, sleepsleep." For a thirty-year-old woman, she still resembled herself very much in that moment. And perhaps it was wrong, but he laughed rather loudly, causing her to peek her attention once again.
"Yes?"
"Sleep sleep? You're not drunk are you?" It was her turn to snort this time and disagree.
"Nah, but I cannot go off of four hours of sleep like I used to. Having Lori and creating Wolfsbane was the last bit of energy I had." He found himself rather infatuated with this laid back version of Rory, he knew she was shielding her heart from moving along too quickly, but here she would accept his kisses.
And smile like she used to.
"Nooo Raba sleeeeeeep. You have the rest of the summer with the children, enjoy the idea of a calm morning. Because I swear to you that someone is going to crawl into bed in the middle of the night."
"And who might that be?"
"Depends, if Cara has been away or I have been she'll sneak in. Romulus will always join the first night. Ronan only comes when he's had a nightmare and Lori, well she's gone to Romulus a few times instead of me. But almost always Imara has one of the wolves." He always held this appearance on him when he listened to his wife about the children.
Five children.
Five.
"What if they hate me...For not being there?"
"Then you fix that image they have of you, it'll take them getting used to another parent." The words had escaped him before he could probably think of it.
"Your father said Romulus hates me." What Aurora had done next already solidified the truth as she rose and faced down to him.
"T-That's—" She tried to deny it, but realistically it caused so much pain to swell up into her heart that the man could only coax her so much without feel the change in mood.
"It's true then...He hadn't said it out of anger?"
"I never wanted them to hate you, believe me...The first few weeks were stressful, and it's no excuse but perhaps I said a few things whilst under a potion and it changed Rommy opinion. But he was barely five, he hadn't asked anything about you. I'm unsure as to how he had figured everything out, he even tried to stop Ronan and his other siblings to stop talking of you." Perhaps he was giving his son too much credit in taking care of Aurora and the rest, how much persuasion did the lad have over the rest?
"He hates me."
"He knows that you were in prison, I don't know how he knows or how he found out, but I can assure you I didn't tell any of them." Romulus knows.
It felt strange, he had agreed to the mission to find the Dark Lord. Gone to the lengths to go about it, fought whoever stood in his way, suffered through a punishment. And yet through all of it, Rabastan felt more guilt in his son knowing.
"I attempted to tell them that you were working, and maybe it was Romulus that really set boundaries. I'm not sure, but they'll get used to it."
"I did see how firm you were with him. Has it ever gotten bad?" She shook her head.
"No they're well behaved, and I've never heard anything from Phoebe and Elizabeth. I know for sure they would tell me otherwise...But I know what it's like not trusting a parent, and we'll fix it. I promise."
"This isn't a potion solution Rory, my eldest son hates me...My heir." He started to get up, but his wife acted quickly and straddled him, she realized her mistake the second his hands had firmly grasped her waist.
Causing her to squeal and him to smirk in victory.
He knew that Aidan and her had broken up the following year, and that meant her intimacy with a wizard had been...A little lacking. So as his hands traveled a bit further down, he earned himself another squeal, but a scowl to back this one up.
"Rabastan." She tests the water, and he hums up with a questionable expression, yet when she shook her head a sudden pout began to form.
"Pouting doesn't earn that, progress does. And while you are getting better, this is going to be proper."
"Then would you mind getting courted by your former husband?" Her hands took his off her hips and held them in the center between the two.
"Rabastan Alastar Lestrange, you are my husband. I only silenced my soul from yours, the high priestess claimed it will return in due time...And I had it removed just before I left, so maybe another week or two?" He felt relieved to hear her say what she did, but that is when she removed herself from his—
"I need some tea and bacon...And some buttered toast." She hummed at the idea of breakfest, he knew that it was her favorite meal of the day beside holiday dinner.
"Then we'll have breakfast...Daisy." He called upon the elves and either shared their breakfast order, and Aurora added fruit as it was one of the many things he had missed.
While they were waiting for the meal, she claimed that she was going to take a quick shower to wake up. Causing him to do the same, though he returned to the guest bedroom a bit earlier than she would've liked.
"...I need a few minutes." Rabastan hadn't heard a single bloody think as he caught the smallest thing behind her ear.
"What's that?" It worried her that it was a spider, the house had been sitting still for a long while that she was sure there were a few that the elves missed. He came closer and tapped the three tiniest stars, usually her hair would hide something like this.
But he caught it instantly.
"Oh...Well you aren't the only one with new ink Rabastan." His eyes flared with excitement as he wanted to know, he wanted to find each and every single one.
"No Rabastan, focus on the children first."
"But I did say I was planning on courting."
"Er—Courting's a bit outdated Rabastan."
His entire world had been turned upside down in one sentence yet again.
"What?"
"Y-yeah well Britain is rightly behind the rest of the world..." Aurora had pushed her husband to the dinning room, and distracted him from the idea of anything outdated.
It was one thing his following Quidditch teams had a whole different roster, but no courting? "Rabastan you can still court me...It's not the end of the world, honestly. I'd—"
"Then what's it like then? You haven't set up any contracts for the children?"
"Of course not, I was against that even when my mother questioned it the day we introduced her to the twins. I want them to marry for love. We were lucky to be soulmates, and McNair and Evie have certainly fallen in love, but I wouldn't have the stomach for someone to bid or barter on the children ." She tried to persuade him to continue eating, and it took to telling him that she couldn't leave without him finishing his meal.
Causing him to scarf down his meal.
The excitement imminently sprung to life, as the color had returned without a doubt and she smiled. Ronan had been over at the Malfoy's for almost a week and a half now, the eagerness was radiating off of him as he helped her into her traveling cloak.
Eyeing once again the odd leather belt on her waist that held her wand and whatever the hell else it could.
"Just remember he's nine alright? Almost ten...He isn't the most childish but I'm sure you'll connect with him." The sadness consumed him instantly. He was going off to Salem and then Hogwarts in a few year's time.
Hell the daughter he's never met was going to attend Salem in a few years as well.
When Aurora left for the first few moments, Rabastan felt...At ease, but after the first five minutes ticked by, he was starting to feel the pitiful reminder of what it was like in being alone.
Part of him knew that she was coming back and he should be patient. But it was so difficult to calm his nerves as he continued to pace back and forth.
At the Malfoy manor, Aurora explained in the company of Narcissa and Lucius as it would be easier to retell the story and keep up appearances.
Ronan was confused of course, but his mother was easy on the truth. There was no reason not the believe his mother out of everyone, and so he held her hand and continued to the manor.
He swallowed and withheld his moving step. "Romulus is going to be angry mum." She nodded, the boy was up there with Regulus on how livid they were with Rabastan.
There were times the eldest twin would sneak into his mother's bed and curl up beside her, and she would say things at the idea of missing their father. And from then on, he had promised to never promote a conversation regarding their father.
Besides the one time...
Imara had decent memories of Rabastan, as did anyone holding her as she always seemed to be a bundle of laughs with the given of being metaphoric let the rest of her siblings.
"Romulus will be angry, then so be it. But it's your choice how you act with him...He's been gone a long while for important business, and to protect us when we all went into hiding." He nodded once again at the false story, continuing hand in hand through the manor that he remembered from the first day of their arrival.
The door creaked open, which halted Rabastan's pacing to peek into the foyer. His wife was helping their son get out of the traveling cloak he was wearing.
"Rabastan?" She called out, knowing full well he wouldn't travel too far from the front door. And Aurora had been fully right in assuming that, as he instantly responded to the sound of her voice and came further into view.
Ronan turned and instantly locked eyes to him, and sweet Merlin was it like looking back in time...Directly into the mirror.
"R-Ronan." He managed to get out, and Aurora smiled reassuringly and in an attempt to give a bit of courage—But for once the attention wasn't on her, and she was glad for that.
"I know you were quite young when we were separated but I—" The boy instantly went running towards his father. Which caused the man to knee down and embrace his son's reaction to the fullest extent.
"You're staying? You're not leaving?" He nodded, promising to never leave again. Aurora choked on her swallow tightly as she remained standing so that her son and husband could have this moment. But she was struggling to keep quiet as a gentle sniffle released from her.
And the second Rabastan had heard and opened his eyes once again, he caught how tearful she already appeared.
Rory found her footing and came behind Ronan, snuggling her head against Rabastan's shoulder as he had lifted his son up with him.
"Mum was right, I do look like you!" At that moment she experienced the same thrill of meeting one of her children for the first time. She smiled softly to herself, attempting to wipe a tear from her face as quickly as she could before either could see it.
"Rory come now, it's alright..." He whispered, pulling her in closer to give her a gentle kiss on the cheek. "Mum?" The young lad had looked off to his mother in a sense of worry, and it earned him a boop on the nose before he could say anything more.
"Why don't we all go sit at the gazebo? It's nice weather out."
"Can Nymeria come too?" Aurora let out a nod before whistling for the mutt, who came darting out from wherever she was prior.
Rabastan wasn't ready to let go of his son, and although it was improper, he hadn't gotten the sense of personal space in quiet away, he remained holding Ronan high in the air.
"Papa can you put me down, I wanna say hi to Nymeria." He spoke rather nicely, and it caused Rabastan to chuckle as he set the boy down. Though he crouched to say hi to Nymeria as well.
"How was the Malfoy's?"
"Good, but I don't think I like Mr.Malfoy all that much. Auntie Cissy is really nice. though" Rabastan scoffed at the idea, and Ronan caught his mother swatting at his father.
"Can I have a snack?"
"Did they not feed you breakfast?" Rabastan question, and it earned him another glare. But Ronan smiled up to his two parents, his real father.
"They did, but the portions are really small here. Just a lil snack?"
"Of course love, how about an egg sandwich?" Rabastan allowed Rory to handle this as he didn't know his children's favorite foods, though it sounded like the lad wasn't a picky eater.
Especially if he handled all those days at the Malfoy Manor.
"I'll meet you two outside in a few minutes." She smiled, and before long Rabastan was left with his son—An odd silence wracked between them as soon as she left. "Can we go outside?" Rabastan's eyes popped wide open as he led both his son and Nymeria outside.
"Mum said we can build a treehouse, I think Cara would really enjoy it. Same with Imara and Lori." He cheered, and it caused Rabastan to turn down. "I didn't hear of your mother's plans with that just yet, would your brother not enjoy it?" Ronan's mouth twitched. He didn't want his first meeting shit-talking his brother. So he shrugged.
"I'm sure he'd like it too, just not as much. Imara could never find herself bored with anything. Cara and Lori are much calmer." Ronan heard his father laugh, and it caused him to join in on it.
"I heard you've got your wand?" Ronan sparked up with joy. "Yeah, Cara and I finally got a chance to use them at Salem's orientation. Thirteen and a half, Dragon Heartstring. Bloody wicked. Cara got Phoenix Feather like Romulus and Imara." Rabastan had taken out his own wand to compare it, they had the same size and wand though it was the wood that was Aurora's special willow.
"That's from my side son, Lestrange's are filled with skilled duelers."
"Mum said you were in the dueling club, I think I'd like to try it." It was refreshing to say the least, the last time he had seen Ronan, the lad was just barely managing his chubby legs.
Perhaps that is why Rabastan hadn't wanted to let him go, he wanted to hold onto the idea of him being a toddler.
"Mum said you played Beater for your house, is it true that you beat Ravenclaw's—"
"Merlin Ronan, feeding your father's ego already?" She laughed, three plates in hand as she was followed by an elf with a few pitchers and better yet, Nymeria wanting a scrap.
"Oi, snack time for you is later." Aurora deemed as she continued to balance the food before the lot of them. "There's bacon on there too love." Ronan thanked him mum and poured the entire table a cup of tea before adding his own set of condiments to his brew.
"Mum...The Malfoy's didn't say any prayers at the table."
"Ah, well Britain is a little out of touch on the spiritual side Ronan. That's alright, you can say them now." Rabastan had watched his son connect his elbows and clasped his hands to interlock in the sight of a prayer.
Aurora nudged her husband to follow the action as she fell into sync with it as well.
"We set a place at our table for the gods,
And ask them to join here today.
My home is always open to you,
And my heart is open as well.
Lord and Lady, watch over,
And bless us as we eat.
Bless this food, this bounty of earth,
We thank your, so mote it be."
"So mote it be."
Rabastan had felt extremely out of place as his wife and son prayed before him, but it was indeed a sweet gesture and he couldn't help how blissful she became.
So why hadn't she prayed when they ate together?
"I've heard a rumor about a treehouse...?" He started, taking a small bite of the sandwich and humming in delight before wiping the side of his mouth with a napkin.
It hadn't taken him too long to fall back into the method of table manors, and it caused Aurora to roll her eyes.
"There's a playset on the farm, and especially if Lori's by herself with us here then I want her to have something to do when everyone is at school." She defended, and Rabastan threw his hands up in a white flag motion.
"This is really good, and you were right...The milk is different." Rabastan held in his comment, but Rory laughed once again.
"I think we need to fix up the kitchen too, the kids enjoy baking."
"Baking? Like cakes?" Rabastan was close to appalled as he sat there with his mouth open.
"I rather make brownies, but Cara likes cookies and all types of cakes. We make Sundays with them."
"You let them cook?" Aurora looked to Rabastan with a raised brow and nodded as though he was acting deranged.
"Elves have rights in America Rabastan, and I didn't want a cook. I wanted to cook for the kids." "You cooked?" Ronan nodded.
"Mum cooked these eggs, see? She makes mine runny." Aurora smiled at how Ronan could determine such a factor, but the lad was right.
Aurora had cooked the meal, with a bit of magic sure. But otherwise she made the eggs and gathered the other ingredients altogether.
"I didn't know your mother was cooking..."
"Of course she cooks, she makes a brilliant fish sauce. Auntie Phoebe really likes Italian." Aurora blushed at the compliment, and it caused him to receive a pitching cheek as he groaned and fiddled away.
"It sounds like I should try it one day then?" He didn't want her cooking, though the idea of eating anything she cooked sounded delicious. Especially if she made this in mere moments.
"I'll make it when everyone comes...Finish your sandwich." Either wizard flinched and listened to the woman, and Aurora had to hide her reaction to this behind her tea.
Good gods was it hilarious to see both husband and son both listening to her like this.
Aurora wasn't disappointed in the progress, it was Rabastan's nerves that were getting in the way. He was nervous, very nervous.
"Ronan, after we're finishing eating perhaps you can play chess with your father." Ronan's eyes sparked up with excitement again, and Rabastan let out a thankful sigh as he agreed with the idea.
"Fancy chess Roe?" Roe. Rory could've cried in that very moment, Ronan was one of the children that actually liked his nickname.
"Yeah, but Cara doesn't want to play with me anymore cause she keeps losing."
"Ronan."
"It's true though, and then when I let her win I never heard the end of it." This childish banter might've been old for Aurora, but Rabastan was sucking up every word.
"Perhaps I'll give it a go then." The father teased, winking to his son before looking for approval from Aurora.
"Have you beaten mum?" Either of his parents remained silent, the last few times they had played was out of complete boredom considering she was with child.
But it was clear that they were sharing a very distant memory of a bet that involved chess, and Aurora won.
"Not in a long while. Your mother's quite good at it."
"Romulus is the only one that could beat her, and Imara got a tie." Good Lord would he need to step it up to be at the same level as them.
"While you two are playing I'll sketch some designs for the treehouse...Daisy, Poppy? Could you clear this and fetch a chess set and my sketch pad" The two elves did just that and in record timing, causing Ronan to feel rather uncomfortable at the idea of being catered to again, though he was relieved to see the chess being set.
"White or Black?"
"Well your mother usually plays Black, you can pick the color son." The boy smiled taking his mother's color as a bit of a good luck for this game.
Although neither wizard caught Aurora look up, she would give her opinion once in a while in the gentle form of a hum or kindly sip her tea with a gesture.
"Yes yes Rory, we realize that you've calculated all the dozen ways that either he or I can win."
"Nine ways. Unless you don't choose wisely. Rabastan." Ronan watched in pure amusement as his mother erased for a moment before returning.
"How many does papa have?"
"Less than nine, though that isn't a reason to go sloppy now is it?" Ronan shook his head and tried to analyze the board like his mum had.
Though he couldn't quite figure out his father's strategy, it was odd. Creative yes, but very odd and then—Checkmate.
Aurora knew how Rabastan would play, and although the father had ignored an obvious play the first time. The second time couldn't be passed or ignored. Rabastan had smiled at his son, but the lad was all too shocked at being beat.
In fear of not letting the lad win had Rabastan looked to Aurora for support, even going so far as to nudging her under the table which gained her attention.
"FINALLY!" The lad cheered, his voice reaching the highest volume it possibly could. Taking his father back in pure shock. "W-what?" Rabastan asked, bewildered as ever.
"That was bloody brilliant!"
"Ronan."
"Mum did you see that? Can we play again?" Rabastan had thought that perhaps he should've let his son win the first game, but then Aurora winked towards him. Soothing that idea away.
"Ronan is not going to learn from an unfair game, are you?"
"No...I've tried to show Cara but she rather play with potions." Rabastan couldn't help but laugh, and it was a gut-filled laugh. One that he hasn't had for a long while.
"How do you think your mother was?"
"Rabastan," Aurora warned, but Ronan pleaded to hear what his father had to say, especially for his mum.
"I can assure you that it takes bribes to get them away from a cauldron. Picture your mother just ten times worse, that's what she was like in Hogwarts and—" He received a flick to the ear.
"Hey!"
"Hey nothing! I'm right here!"
"Good! Because I had to make a bet with you to stop bloody reading after NEWTS!" Ronan had to admit, this was very childish banter. But it was refreshing, to his mum this playful.
"You got mum to stop reading? How?"
"Your mother was burnt out after NEWTS, and so I simply suggested that she take a break from reading, which meant I dared her. Only issue on my end is that she didn't read my parcels." Rory smirked into her sip of tea as she shrugged her shoulders.
"Tragic. Wouldn't you say?" Rabastan had made a face-off towards his wife as he reset the board and allowed his son the first move.
"Mum can we have a telescope in the treehouse?"
"That'd go with the ceiling window wouldn't it?" Ronan grinned, especially when his mother showcased to the entire table.
"Suppose our tree is being used?"
"I was going to duplicate the tree, and it'll be closed to the house...But no sneaking up there at night without asking first." Her voice had turned into an authoritative mother and it caused Ronan's back to straighten at the call.
"Of course mum." Rabastan thought long and hard at the idea of going up there with all the children. To having his daughters curled up around him, his son's pointing up to the stars that distant relatives are named after.
The calm late morning had turned into a rather brilliant evening, especially come dinner time as Aurora had started to see the brightness in Rabastan's eyes return.
And Ronan was completely infatuated with the need to learn everything about his father.
It was the first night that Ronan would have to sleep his own room as he simply shared one with Draco the past few days, and then snuck in with his mum prior.
"Can I see Draco again soon?" The young lad was excited to start making connections, especially when Draco had shared all his friends.
"I'm sure we can have a little get together in a bit, but your father's just come back Roe...Let's give him a little rest before he has to entertain." Ronan thought for a few moments and then agreed.
"I think Cara would feel left out...Besides, then we can have the treehouse in time."
"What's this all about?" Rabastan said strolling into the room as he wanted to say a final goodnight as well.
And Ronan smiled blissfully for the hundredth time that night as he watched his father encase his arm around his mum, who was sitting on the bedside.
"Ronan seems to be planning a party."
"Yeah! A welcome back party." Rabastan smirked, he was indeed a sociable child. But he would soon learn that not all of them were like this.
"We'll think of it when everyone settles, get some sleep darling."
"Goodnight mum, goodnight papa." Aurora leaned down to his forehead as she wanted to block the slight rose color in Rabastan's cheek.
"Goodnight son...Should Nymeria stay?" Ronan nodded and gestured for the wolf to jump up. "Alright, we'll be in the other room if you need anything."
Aurora had softly allowed the door to click before turning back to Rabastan. "What?"
"I love you." Ronan smiled into his pillow and scratched the mutt's ear, having heard his father's declaration.
She had leaned up to kiss his cheek in a sense of liking to hear such a thing. "Let's get some sleep." She led him to the bedroom they've been sharing for the entire week, yet he found the strength to swirl her back into his hold.
Causing her to giggle.
"You big flirt, sleeeep. I have to get the treehouse finished before the kids come or I'll never hear the end of it."
"When will they come?" Aurora thought for a moment as it wasn't rightly finalized.
"I'll leave in two days with Ronan so he can pack what he needs to, and then I'll leave the next morning. Perhaps McNair or Avery could stay here with you so—"
"I don't need a babysitter Aurora." He muttered, feeling offended that she would suggest it.
"Rabastan I simply don't want you alone for the night, Nymeria doesn't count and I want to know that you'll eat." He realized soon after her face turned desperate, that she had little trust in him.
Especially in this regard.
"Fine. But you come as soon as you can."
"America is six hours behind, but I'll try my best wrangling all the kiddos out earlier." He took the moment to look at the clock, it says ten now which meant it was four in the afternoon where his other children were staying.
They'd be wide awake, not even having dinner yet.
He watched Rory retreat to the bathroom for a few moments, having changed and brushed her hair—Doing the simple things witches normally do at night. And he was simply down to his underthings, lacking a shirt.
It was a dark realization that he wasn't in the same shape, his ribs had been protruding the first time he had looked in the mirror. But now the progress had Rory smile as she poked her symbol on his skin.
"You're missing the moon."
"Would it be any bit poetic if I said you were my moon?" She perked her lips as she joined him in the bed, though settled in a sitting position in front of him and crossed her arms.
"Cassiopeia is a star-based name and Aurora involves lights. Try again." He groaned, returning the kiss from the hallway as he kissed her cheek.
She had been right, entertaining a child was indeed demanding. "Queen kitten—In two regards." Her nose hitched up in a rather childish way, it didn't surprise him as the children surely influenced her as well.
"Cheeky bastard." He wrapped his arms around her, dragging her down into his hold and wouldn't let go no matter how much she giggled and begged.
Instead she found self conforming to his hold, humming as the day played by in her mind.
"He looks...he looks so much like me, it's surreal. Like I've walked straight up to a mirror when I was nine."
"You'll see my father and Regulus in Romulus, and Lori perhaps is the most combined of the both of us...Imara and Cara are my minis." He grinned. "Beautiful girls then."
"Hm, I bet that'll be fun when they go to Hogwarts." A new horror had joined in the conversation, and Aurora had started to drift into a rather peaceful sleep while Rabastan thought of the horrors of the male crowd at Hogwarts.
The comments about Rory back when they were in third year were enough to send him through a list of curses. "They aren't allowed to marry until they're twenty-five."
"Hypocrite." She mumbled, and he began to bumble about the dangers of men, as if Rory hadn't experienced it.
"Rabastan. Pause." She turned her head up from the pillow to stop his obsessive rant. "Imara is almost eleven, Cara is just barely nine. And sweet lil Lorelei is almost seven." She allowed him to digest the ages and that it wouldn't happen for another few years.
"But they'll be families trying to weed their way into the Lestrange family...Rory you know how—"
"Although I didn't secure marriage contracts for them, both Imara and Cara have the same sort of ring I had when I was their age."
Bless the bloody gods for Aurora's purity!
He couldn't kiss the woman enough, to teaching his girls to not put up with the dumb blokes of their ages. "You're brilliant, damned brilliant love. Have I ever said that enough?"
"Should I be offended that you didn't ask about your son's learning the same sense on valuing a witch?... Or should we pray that a bloke shouldn't ask our daughters to shag in a clocktower?" It caused her to tilt her head, waiting for him to say a dated comment.
But then she smirked before he would start beating sweat.
"They are complete gentlemen, Romulus does like dancing with his sister. He's rather well at it, perhaps he's gotten the Black charm from my side."
"Absolutely not, the Lestrange's managed the same art." She perked her lips and shook her head in denial.
"Debatable. Shall I mention my brother and his conquests?"
"Your brother and his conquests were one thing, Aurora...But my brother was just the same, I just had my eyes on the prize." She didn't rightly like the term prize, but she understand what he had meant.
He remained pure on the account of waiting for Aurora.
"Rabastan it would've been awfully odd if we managed in Hogwarts."
"I do have a bit of hope between the two of us."
"And if I was with child at the alter?" He shrugged at the idea.
"Then Isabella wouldn't have been the only one. But it was indeed a beautiful night, seeing your little surprise under the gown." She chuckled again and shook her head.
"I missed this. I thought I was going to forget how you sounded like Raba..." Her tired appearance had suddenly sparked, and so he kissed her cheek and locked her back into his hold whispering sweet nothings as he would never allow her to forgot how he sounded like.

Author's Note:
About two hours ago my college decided that they would conitnue these online classes for the rest of the semster. I hope you are all safe and are taking the necessary precautions that your town/city/state/country have issued.
Since I'm on spring break I don't know what exactly my school's schedule is going to be or look like, hopefully they are lenient with this sudden change. And I'm very happy that my school made accommodations to students who rely on-campus housing or are international students.
But I hope I can try to take away from the real world stress when you come and read here or read anything on wattpad.
Stay safe! And I'll see you Wednesday!
