Rabastan returned that night, not as late as she expected but she smiled never the less when his cologne filled the room when he knocked.

"Well someone missed me."

"Of course, the bed was cold without you." He plopped down beside his wife and wrapped his arms quickly around her, and at this point she didn't care about her lost page in the book. Later she would, but for right now he back and perfectly alright.

"You didn't say that you'd be gone for that long."

"I didn't know either, did they behave?" Her laughter was silent as she agreed.

"Yup, and I think Avery is out ring shopping as we speak."

"Fucking finally, sweet Salzer you don't know how annoying he's been." Booping his nose with a small tap did she interject.

"I believe you were just as annoying, and Harper is going to react just the same." He pinned her further into his chest and whispered damning things into her ear that suggest what they could do for the rest of the night.

"But what about the puppy." He groaned into the air, having wanted to be in the moment and here she was bringing up a previous conversation.

And then the realization hit.

"Oh no...Nonono, you are not compromising."

"I dunno Raba, sex for a puppy sounds reasonable." He gawked and denied it.

"Is that the Ravenclaw way?"

"No but it's certainly Slytherin of me, how about we talk about it more after you take me to bed." Rabastan wasted no time at all to bring his wife to bed, his mates knew to leave shortly after his arrival...And this was mainly why.

Mr.Lestrange didn't care what his wife was wearing, she had her signature scent of lavender and a sweeter twist of flowers intertwined. The man needed a distraction, he lavished in her comfort and the ability for her to make him forget.

Merlin was she satisfied, and Rabastan had been indeed calmed down from the high of his Death Eater aura. He returned to his home persona as he snuggled further into his wife's hold. Aurora twirled his curly locks around her finger and hummed along to the song she was thinking about.

"I believe a mutt will be the best practice before we have children." Being so attached to her did he feel the vibration of her giggles, causing him to squeeze his hold on her further. "Now that's an idea, but then we'd have to get a puppy."

"That defeats the purpose of a guard dog." He was getting better at throwing up a disagreement, but he nodded.

"We'll get a puppy." She squealed, instantly wrapping her legs back around him, taking in his cheeks with her hands once more to direct herself to his lips.

"With that reaction, I should've come home with one." These bouts of happiness were the best of her moods, and if he could carry it out further then what was the harm?

Unfortunately for him it didn't last that long, October 31st had she woke up from a nightmare and decided that it would be best to just stay awake for the rest of the night even after three short hours of sleep.

That morning she missed class even after Zane's teasing, it failed entirely. But Rabastan couldn't bring his wife out of this rut, she looked rightly tired and nothing seemed to get her attention. She just laid in her chair away from his hold and stared at the ceiling.

He offered to read, a walk outside, everything to anything. But she didn't budge, instead she finally managed to hit exhaustion after staying up for the full 31st of October.

She was in agony.

Her body ached as though she had been re-burned, her eyes itched and she had to hold onto the pillow beside her in order to stop herself from touching them. When Rabastan left the room for a moment or two she would sob out in pain, never...never would she allow herself to do it in front of him.

She couldn't put even more guilt onto herself for making him anxious and in a panic at not knowing what to do.

When November finally arrived it felt like a breath of fresh air, after the sudden nightmare she couldn't rightly place what was the cause of it all. However, she was currently sleeping in, and it was truly a good night's rest as it was close to one in the afternoon.

"Raba are the curtains open?" She called out, but his lack of a response gave Aurora the hint that she was alone in bed. Her arm reached out towards his spot and it was indeed cold.

And with that, she stole his pillow and allowed a long inhale as his scent relaxed her far too easily.

However, the annoying light wasn't coming from the sunlight. Instead it was from Rabastan's side, meaning that was in the direction his closet and the bathroom.

Peeking her eyes open for a moment did she start seeing the blazing flicker, she began to rub her eyes as the blurriness and sleep gave an irritating sting.

However when she did pop them open she stilled.

Her eyes were everywhere at once as she soaked up the likes of her bedroom. Her mouth gaped but nothing could possibly power over the frog in her throat.

She simply couldn't manage to close her eyes after weeks of being secluded in darkness. As the tears overflow, she quickly wiped it away and scrambled to her feet and instantly threw back the curtain.

Although her eyes took a moment to adjust she let out a relieved and incoherent cry. Her hand motioned forward to the window, and it was everything that she craved at the moment.

She didn't know if Rabastan was home or not, but her mind was flying a million miles a second and a million more thoughts came and flew out of her ear. She ran down the stairs and looked through her home, and even though she thought it was dark and gloomy, that didn't stop her.

She flicked her wand, and in an instant the tall curtains that reached from floor to ceiling were parted, and the light began to bring color to the room.

An enthusiastic cheer flew out of her throat as she continued throughout the house, yet stopped when she caught the door open. She missed her gazebo very much, and seeing it now brought another emotional wave to crash her down.

The breeze felt chilly with her given nightgown on, but the witch didn't care.

She felt, she could see.
And she would finally start living again.

Even though she could see now, her to lack of detail as the elves thought she'd gone mad. It became a concern so much so that they requested that their master settle her down.

"Where is she then?"

"In the garden master, Mistress in the garden, mistress laughing and crying...Mistress okay?" He couldn't even dignify a response as he didn't know at all for himself either.

She was off near the center, how she managed to get there he hadn't had a clue. But it sent panic through his system never the less, Otto had mentioned in his last Owl that it was finally all the potions and eye drops making her depressed if not extra anxious in reaction to all the chemicals.

Hurrying off the porch did he manage to get out into the field that his wife was sitting in between. Was she praying?

He caught her a few times, and he also smiled a the notion. She would pray for a better world, for her loved ones to be happy and healthy. Yet here she was suffering through it all.

"Rory?... Love lets get you inside, it's freezing out." He spoke, pulling over the cloak to place on her shoulders and get her blood pumping again.

When he managed to gain her attention her eyes locked with his, she had done that a few times before but this was dead center, even when he moved an inch to get a better look.

"Ro—"

"My handsome husband..." She cried, a hand automatically moved to his cheek, causing his balance was lost at her comment.

Her eyes, though the same, held recognition, it held attention to detail and like pure Ravenclaw fashion did she soak him in.

"Your hairs longer." She hadn't rightly known how it'd look, though she adored playing with it in bed...Right now it looked perfect, the curls working in his favor.

"You—you can see." He choked, and a smile brightened his entire day—Year. After almost two months  and here they were, he hadn't told her the doctors were worried that it wasn't just temporary anymore.

But a week later from that appointment here she was, seeing with her altered eyes.

"I can see." Her agreement solidified everything, his arms wrapping around her. Though he was somewhat left out as she's been awake for how long and hadn't come to tell him, but seeing her now she was indeed captivated by everything with a color and an interest.

Her eyes trailed over the likes of his face as she couldn't get enough. The stress was an obvious addition, the dark circles under his eyes told her enough, and this wouldn't be something she could find out on her own either.

The two stayed in this position for quite some time, Rabastan couldn't honestly believe that all the heartache would be over...But he gave his wife the last few moments in the field before mentioning the likes of visiting the healers.

It was indeed a miracle, and that instantly prompted her mother to throw a party. And there was no bloody way she could refuse her mother as it was already in motion that Friday, and since it would be at their manor it meant Aurora's hostess skills will be put on the top of it as well.

Merlin she was not prepared.

Rabastan told her he would aid in anything she would need, but he watched his wife rush through the actions. Making up for so much in such a small amount of time, Zane had come over to bring her to class within that week and was as emotional as the rest of the Lestrange family.

So with attempting to catch up, stopping from both Sirius and Remus wanting to sneak into her manor...

It was a lot of work to get back to her normal lifestyle, but she was ready for a challenge.

The only issue was that Rabastan did not want her in front of a cauldron for a while more.

And after everything she agreed, but once the classroom picked it up again she couldn't do anything about it. Though it prompted a halt in her private labs being created.

Rabastan had to admit though, that after a few days of his wife's vision returning...This year was starting to look a lot brighter, and the Dark Lord was immensely happy that Aurora was back in service, or soon as he didn't rightly have any tasks for her to complete as of yet.

The party went off without a hit, she greeted so many faces and didn't have to rely on their smells to remember who they were. Nor did she have to stay by someone's side, she had free range. Though she did catch her husband hovering and taking obvious glances in her direction.

Perhaps it was just a second nature that he'd never let go of, Narcissa thought it was downright adorable, but it caused her cousin to roll her eyes.
Though Regulus wasn't here, she sent cookies as a way for him to be involved. Since she wasn't allowed to brew, she started to cook.

Thought her husband didn't know that just yet.

She had met up with the young Ms.Selwyn once again, the sweet bundle of joy that was being closely monitored by her mother even across the hall.

The young girl, as she was delighted to find out, was named Lydia. Though she couldn't feel partly worried about how their world will treat the young girl for being a bastard, it was indeed a blessing as she was already considered a bright child.

Aurora offered the library if the young girl was becoming bored with the party, even willing to walk her down if she didn't want to go on her own.

It sparked joy to see a young child wanting the same desires as Aurora herself had as a child. And now she had the library of her dreams without limitation.

She settled the young girl with a few recommendations as her mother knew where she was at the moment, but when leaving the Library she was met with her father in law.

"Escaping to the library during your own gathering, your mother's going to go mad."

"Not at all, Ms.Selwyn looked bored, so I brought her here." Now Mr.Lestrange was a stoic man, but pain flashed and replaced his teasing expression to a frown.

It wasn't all that hard to see that something was wrong, and she narrowed her eyes in reason to know. "Everything alright?" She whispered, she did owe him a lot.

She was gifted this house, the chateau, a perfect husband...All because of this man.

So whatever was bothering him could surely stay between them.

"Mr.Lestrange?"

"We share the last name and you still feel it necessary to call me by it?" She smiled as she recognized the inherited eyes that Rabastan received from his father.

Resembling a storm raging forward.

"Is everything alright father?" It was endearing sure, but anger and torment sparked...Something that Aurora had surely understood.

"I...I should get back." She hurried forward without another word to her father in law, had she overstepped? Merlin that was embarassing.

Was calling him father when he asked angering him?

He's called her daughter so many times that it made little to no sense now what was causing him to get angry.

"Mrs.Lestrange?" It was still a title she was attempting to get used to, but she smiled to the overprotective mother and offered a smile. "Lydia is in the library, I can show you if—"

"No, it's alright. Thank you." The mother had instantly took the chance to make her escape, though she couldn't understand why.

Then her in-law returned to her side.

"I apologies Cassi, you must know I see you as a daughter. I have for a while now." She smiled brightly and he returned it, but it was soon interrupted by her husband who wanted another dance with his wife.

Though Aurora's eyes were lost in her husbands, a sickening feeling started to creep up in her stomach as she thought long and hard.

"A bastard child, nobody has claimed her yet...But she is a Selwyn by marriage. Even if Mrs.Selywn's husband has been dead."

The explanation from their wedding was repeating over and over again, and when Lydia and her mother finally departed and said goodbye...The answer came clear.

Lydia Selwyn was her husband's half sister.

*

Exhausted excused her the first night, and the anxiety of Rabastan being called in the middle of the night caused distraction from this sudden reveal.

Senior Lestrange had followed her down the hall knowing that he was falling his daughter, but what caused him to commit adultery?

Lydia was six at the most. Aurora assumed all her life that Rabastan parents, like her own, loved one another.

But then she started to open her eyes just a bit more to realize that they tolerated one another more than anything... Would she and Rabastan end up just tolerating each other?

This happened seven years ago at the most, as she attempted to do the math. However what the bloody fuck did that do to aid her in her learning the truth.

Mrs.Selwyn did indeed run away when Aurora's father-in-law returned to her side...

"Fuck...Fuck." As if earning her sight was anything, now she had her sight back and here she was trying to solve a mystery.

And the damnable question of whether she has unclaimed half-siblings as well. Lydia is still a pureblood, even if she has different blood than just Selwyn.

It pained Aurora further, and she did the only thing she could.
She owled Narcissa.

Who responded with a visit instead of another owl. "Cassi this is a dangerous—"

"I didn't mean to find out anything! He was acting all suspicious and protective over Lydia!" Cissy sighed at her cousin as this was a new area of their world that the young woman needed to get used to.

Granted they didn't have to agree to their husbands doing this act, their fathers came from a different time and with very submissive women.

"Linda and Radolphus had always had a...thing." Aurora's eyes couldn't contain the confirmation. "What?!"

"Yes, and I'm not surprised that Rabastan hasn't told you...Cassi, darling...Not all men go off to other women." Aurora shook her head, that wasn't what she was afraid of.

What she didn't like was that Lydia doesn't have a father. That and Rabastan had either knowing or unknowingly called his half-sister a bastard.

Narcissa calmed her down, enough so that they could have a proper tea session. It was nice to get to drawing again, and starting with a little lingerie for her cousin would surely be a good start.

Apparently she was trying this new potion that just came out to try and get pregnant, though Rory had little hope in that regard.

When Cissy did leave though, Rabastan came in with a smirk. "Are you busy love?"

"Not at all, especially not for that grin." He chuckled, though he did full intent to play this through, he picked up the box he had on the floor and come over to her desk.

This caused her to rise in utter confusion. "Raba we still have to go through our wedding gifts, we don't need—"

Nn...nnn...nn

Her brows came together as she looked between the box and her husband.

"Open it." She followed through with the action, only to squeal at the small puppy wagging his tail and a sloppy tongue out waiting to be let free.

Hands instantly picked up the little baby and pulled him closer to her chest.

"He's perfect!" Rabastan chuckled, this little fellow was going to be huge. Though currently it was perfect as Aurora needed a distraction on top of comfort.

Rabastan Lestrange had earned himself a grand kiss as his wife held the little fellow in her arms. It was a perfect contrast, a male when there's already a female cat around the manner. Though he would be perfect when fully grown, and whatever benefits Carrow had said.

But the loyalty of these creatures is what made them so valuable, they would be perfect when children would start making their way into the family.

And that mere thought always landed a smirk on the man's face.

"Since I've lost you for the rest of the day, I need to run out and make sure Avery hasn't lost his shit." Surprising that caught her interest.

"HE HASN'T PROPOSED YET?!" She screamed, and her husband rolled his eyes. "Course not, his last lie was the ring isn't done yet."

"Oh bullshite, it took five hours to make yours." She spoke, causing him to scoff, though he caught a glimpse of the ring on his finger just then.

"And I couldn't properly thank you for it at the time could I?"

"Hm, but how anticlimactic would it have been in a clock tower?" He didn't waste a second before coming up behind her, locking his hands against her waist as he hummed against her ear.

"Go and give Avery some comfort, I'm going to play with this little fellow and respond to Reg's owl."

"How's he doing?" She sighed, her poor brother was doing alright but he was bored. Without his normal group, he was meant to spread out with connections.

"He's excited for Christmas...I promised to pick him up at the train station if you wanted to join me?" He agreed if there weren't any obligations that day, and that was as close to a yes that she could get.

So while Avery had been visited, it came to the point that Avery came into her study without knocking in a panic.

"CAN YOU MAKE A RING IN FIVE HOURS?!" She leaned her head back as she snuggled closer to the puppy and shook her head.

"You sir are on your own." She deemed, as it hadn't even been twenty minutes since Rabastan departed. And with being the master of the manor he apperented directly in, causing a glare in his direction from his wife as she did not like it when he did that.

"Yes yes I know, but that mutt has given me a few strikes... And—" The unnamed wolf had instantly given up his comfort and began to send his attention to his second owner. A nonthreatening growl erupted from the baby boy and Aurora chuckled.

"Half an hour, Half an hour and you're already against me?!" He argued down the new member of the family while Avery continued to pace with Aurora's full-fledged amusement following him with each step.

"I haven't given him a name just yet but—"

"Can we focus on me for just two minutes! I made plans with Amelia tonight for dinner and-" Aurora groaned as she summoned her cloak from the counter.

"Let's go." She mumbled, pulling her hair into a fishtail as the two wizards stood in confusion.

"We'll I don't know what the fuck you want, what gem, what design. So we're going to a jeweler and if you find one there brilliant. And if you don't we can buy something so I DON'T HAVE TO BLOODY START FROM SCRATCH NOW GET MOVING!" Rabastan was already at attention as he stood in full eye contact with the mutt.

"Word to the wise no-name, don't get on her bad side or else--"

"RABASTAN!" He flinched and followed after the two as they were heading off into the direction of the floo network.

"She's a witch on a mission huh?" Avery joked, and it instantly threw her in the direction of his comment.

"Merlin Rory you know I love you." Her mutated eyes didn't falter with how angry she is. Instead she took a handful of powder and threw out the location.

And the wizards were quickly behind as they marched beside her.

"Have you asked her father yet?"

"N—" She stopped instantly as she shook her head. "You fucking—"

"No time, her—"

"Her father is going to beat your arse, when I get all the supplies you march yourself straight to that house." He swallowed thickly at the order as they continued off towards her specific jeweler.

The elder knew Aurora quiet well and greeted her with a smile, granted he offered dozens of gems for Avery to look at, though nothing really screamed at him.

Thus made Aurora dip into her creativity as she requested a few normal bands and an array of crystals of different size and vanity.

She had left with about a thousand galleons worth of jewelry, and instantly did she step home without a word to her group.

"If I miss out on a good night...I am holding you completely and utterly responsible." Rabastan swore as he gripped his mate's forearm and apprehended them both and walking directly into the manner.

"Master! Master! Mistress come in and mistress angry!" An obvious display of aggravation was clear on Avery's friend as he groaned.

"I promise I'll make this right, and you'll still get a good night out of it. Just you wait, proposing tonight will have think of the wedding right?" It was decent logic but Rabastan fell in step to where Aurora had paused in building her labs, sure it had the necessities...but seeing the burning vials and such were damning.

He forgot about this aspect.

"Rory wait..." She turned back with goggles already on her eyes, they were costume and she promised to use them whenever she was in class.

"I'm perfectly safe Raba, it's just melting metals. I'm not experimenting with anything I don't know already." He still stood uncomfortable and Avery finally caught the gist of the situation.

Granted when she finally did start working she threw together what she was going to do and it was indeed perfect.

Though they kept her company, Rabastan on standby if anything happens while also helping his mate get the jist of the situation.

"Rory how much you want to wager that Amelia is going to freak?" Rabastan tempted, and it caught her attention as she had a mask over her face at the current moment. So she took a slip of paper and wrote down what would happen.

If she freezes I'm getting a night with the puppy, if she starts screaming I'll suck your cock.

Rabastan couldn't handle what the slip said, and Avery had swiped it and read it over.

"Cassiopeia you witch."

"As I create this sacred object that symbolizes your love and your future...You want to tease me for sucking my husband's cock?" She was entirely fed up, and Rabastan couldn't retrain the pure satisfaction on his face.

"I feel like I'm the real winner here." Avery sighed at his mate's comment, making the move to look over and see how she was doing.

"You're making four?"

"Well...It's best if you create the same ring now than later, and knowing you it'll wait until the last second. And since I couldn't get drunk at my own hun-party—" Rabastan stood his ground.

"Absolutely not."

"You enjoy your exotic dancers and I'll enjoy the hen party." She smiled cheerfully and Rabastsan was getting aggravated.

"Seems like he should get his side of the bet cause of the no-name little pup upstairs."

"You're right, trust yourself to finish all this?" He instantly shook his head, though Rabastan did want what she was offering. Merlin was it an addiction to think about her lips around his—

"Alright, they're cooling...Now go and ask your future father in law." Kicking Avery out meant a few things, especially with the grin she was giving him.

The two were open to all their rooms in the manor, her body was pinned with her thighs over his waist. Though the way she was grinding suggested more than just a taste of his cock.

However she was testing him.
Merlin was she testing him.

She continued to grind and not stop at his protests to continue to his breaking point, it caused him to lose his sense of mind as he tackled her down to the couch and held her hands above her head.

Finally. It caused him to turn to a breaking point. There was no room for argue as he was entirely rough and demand, her thighs buckling to meet up with his thrusts. She loved every minute of it, her dress torn and the only part of her that was intact on her topside was her necklace.

No part of them were of the pureblood royalty, they were rowdy teenagers that had hormones and cravings.

And even now, as a sweaty mess...Did Rabastan drap himself with Aurora's shredded up dress and her nude body. "He could come back any—"

"Quick curse would do him good." She chuckled, though she still needed time to recuperate.

"You still want a night with the dog?" She shook her head, taking the rest of her hair out of the tie she chuckled at the idea. But the puppy managed down the steps and looked off in the direction of the two.

"Nothing to see here!" Rabastan yelled, and Aurora swatted him.

"If our children ever catch us...We're having an issue." She indeed put that out in the open as a rule. So Rabastan took that as a note to get all the areas in the manner before it was time.

"He's beautiful..."

"Hmm, good breed. Good family dogs." She smiled brightly at her husband and kissed his cheek.

"I was talking with Otto, we have to teach a class in a local school." Rabastan rubbed his own face at hearing this, this wasn't that new of a topic considering he's married to a Ravenclaw.
To return to normal talking after what they just managed to accomplish.

"Hogwarts it is then?" She shook her head. "He recommended if I can get an offer at Salem." He rose his brow, already another send off to the states.

He pouted in response to hearing that. "My wife...Away for—"

"A week?"

"...For seven...full days?" He was attempting to seduce her further.

"Raba...You've worn me out, I need a minute." A damnable chuckle sparked in his throat as he bent down so suddenly and lick the likes of her most sensitive part of her body...And all too easily was to get her crying out in the same tune.

"You bastard." He leaned down further with a mocking stance, knowing full well she felt betrayed by her body in the sense of this pleasure.

"The rings should be done." Rabastan shook his head, it was such an odd thing to think about. The rings were the furthest thing from his mind, Aurora was already his wife.

And for...July, August, September—Merlin it's closing on six months...Shit.

"How about...Coming January we head back to the Chateau?" Her eyes sparked with immense joy, although they had only spent a short time at their summer home...It deserved more than just one season.

"Before...or after my Salem trip?"

"After, definitely after...I want my little bird clear of any potion related materials when we're at—" The interruption of Avery's return had her sigh, but in the effort of being supportive she quickly threw on Rabastan's discarded shirt.

Though Rabastan wasn't worried on showing his goods, he was indeed protective of anyone seeing his wife.

That was for his eyes only. No one else.

"Mate. Five minutes."

"Shags take quicker than that mate." He joked, and Aurora giggled behind Rabastan's hold as she shook her head.

"Depends how long we've been away from each other..." she whispered, but a quick kiss to his cheek followed shortly after her apperation upstairs and to her room.

A whistle followed and the unnamed wolf rushed up the stairs with his tongue hanging loose at his side to get to his mama.

"Really? Really?

"Hey, making those rings got her in the mood. You were right." Rabastan barely covered himself as he rose back on up and fixed his entire posture and position of his goods.

"And?"

"And bloody nothing, she has an exam tomorrow." The wizard rolled his eyes, if Aurora wasn't done studying then she would most likely spend the night doing just that. Though Avery did drop a sack of gold down, in both payment for the supplies as well as Aurora's time.

"Mate, no need."

"My first real purchase, let me have this moment." Well it was indeed a generous mood, though Rabastan had recycled an old idea and revamped it entirely...That was the one Aurora was wearing as her engagement ring.

"I apologies Mrs.Lestrange if I interrupted something with my sudden...Arrival."

"When do you need the rings?" Panic grew into Avery's chest, suppose the man didn't understand what five hours meant.

Plus the cooling time.

"It's 100 degrees you idiot! Do you want to put that on her finger?!" He fell back in downright agony, while Rabastan sat on his wife's counter incomplete humor.

"What you deserve for waiting for the last minute."

"Yes at least I have the willpower to say no when Amelia bats her eyelashes." Aurora turned in their direction.

Rabastan attempted to control his emotions, but it was true...His wife was still his weakness, Merlin if his boggart said anything about him then this conversation was pointless.

"I hear Amelia has some ideas...I've already started on her honeymoon attire—But I can scrap them if-" The begging had started instantly, these two men were downright aggravating.

"Merlin Rory I'll scrub your entire lab down by hand."

"Sounds like a detention to be honest." She snorted at her husband's mumble of a joke as he looked at her inventory. Though there wasn't enough or anything really to start her personal projects, she rightly needed a few more weeks until then to start.

"No I don't want you in my labs anymore than you already are, they're more for 'mil anyhow." A remembering smile rallied on Rabastan's face as he took a few moments to recall what she was wearing under her wedding gown.

Or even just within the hour.

His little witch had an immense taste.

Finally Aurora had taken the tongs and dipped the ring down into the cooling water and allowed the steam to rise. Before long she placed it on the pedestal and hummed in victory.

"Lovely...Now I'll be holding on to your wedding bands because goddess forbid if I have to create new ones the night before. Now off, dismissed, Auf Wiedersehen!" The German kicked in as he quickly gave her a hug and a kiss on the cheek before rushing and preparing for a dinner.

While Rabastan come over to the side. "Why did you make five rings?" Aurora instantly took the other one as she placed it onto his finger.

"Happy four months?" He lost himself in a chuckle.

"Let's save gifts for our sixth months and then every year." She perked her lips and put her new ring onto her finger. The peddle like design reached higher than a normal ring would and she squealed.

"I bet wolfie wants to go outside, would you like to join?" He hummed and she left her lab in a room full of giggles, Aurora was doing better on managing her stress. She didn't look anything more than angry as Avery had been the one to cause all the dramatic arguments.
