Imagine: Starring You and Scarlet Johansson

  You and Scarlett Johansson are roommates and best friends in college about to graduate with your master's degrees, yours being in Nursing and hers being in Psychology. The two of you honestly never thought that you'd make it to this point, but guess what, the both of you beat the odds. "Scarlett, I'm so proud of us." She flashes her signature smirk at you. "I totally knew we were going to make it to this point. I'm proud of us too though."

    The two of you go to your assigned seats, which happen to be pretty close to one another. That's great because you'll probably get bored and want to whisper to her sooner rather than later. It feels like forever before your names are called but when they are, the both of you do a silly little dance before shaking hands with a bunch of random people, getting that piece of paper you payed nearly two hundred thousand dollars to obtain. It was worth it though because you already have a job lined up for the fall. You wanted to take the summer off as a reward for all of your hard work.

     Scarlett on the other hand is going to right to work next week. You applaud her for her motivation to want to go right to work. As much as you wanted to do that yourself, you can't for many reasons besides wanting a break. The two of you whisper to each other through several boring and phony speeches before everyone throws their caps in the air in that super cheesy way, making it official that you're college graduates. 

     After the ceremony, the two of you go out together with family to celebrate the special day at a buffet that has everything known demand. You eat several plates full of food, sampling a bit of everything. The two of you eat so much you feel as though you're going to burst. The food is absolutely delicious. The two of you then open up a few gifts that your families got for you, which was kind of them to even do to begin with. You got some gift cards, money, and a new laptop. Scarlett got a new phone, some gift cards, and makeup. 

     "Scarlett, we're still going to make time for each other despite our new jobs right?" Her smile turns into a thin line before she pulls you in for a hug, something she doesn't do often because she's not the most touchy feely person in the world. "Absolutely Y/N. I don't like many people, but I think the world of you. We're going to be best friends for the rest of our lives and beyond. Nothing and no one is going to change that okay?" You nod and hug her back gently before releasing her from the embrace. 

       You two then hit up the dessert bar for some ice cream and cake before you officially stop eating. Your families end up wanting dessert themselves. After it's all said and done, your families split the bill but don't allow Scarlett or you to pay anything towards it since it's your special day. The two of you linger for a few minutes outside of the buffet before going your separate ways for now. You make a promise to see each other a couple days before Scarlett starts her new job and you most likely go on vacation. You truly cherish your friendship with her, thanking the universe daily for bringing her into your life.
