Imagine: Starring You and Aubrey Plaza

 You and Aubrey Plaza are going to be in a food commercial together. You've looked up to her for years and are the biggest fan of Parks and Rec ever. You're dying to say hi to her before you two begin filming today... but there's one small problem... she's not a fan of interacting with people. It's kind of ironic considering she's a well known actress and a huge part of her job is having to interact with people. I mean after all, she gets paid big bucks to do it. You're mainly insecure because this is only your second acting gig. You recently had a small role in an indie film and landing this commercial with Aubrey Plaza is a huge deal for you. 

   You take a deep breath and begin walking over to where Aubrey is sitting, watching her read over her lines for a moment before making a soft noise, soft enough not to bring on a lot of attention but loud enough to get HER attention. She raises an eyebrow, smirks at you, and sets down her script on the table. "May I help you? I wasn't planning on interacting with you before we actually started filming." A blush creeps onto your face and you begin fidgeting, one of your many nervous habits. "I-I'm sorry, I'm just a really big fan of yours and wanted to say hi. I can see that you're busy so I'll leave you be."

    You turn around to go back into the corner to read over your lines. As you do, Aubrey reaches out and grabs a hold of your arm gently. "I'm sorry, that was rude of me. Please sit." You look at her hesitantly but sit down next to her with your script in hand. You clutch to your chest for a moment before placing yours down onto the table as well. Aubrey looks at you sincerely. "What's your name?" You smile shyly and say your name. She smiles back at you. "That's a nice name. Look Y/N, I'm sorry for being rude just a few moments ago. I'm not the best at interacting with people and I always dread having to meet new people."

     You put a hand on her shoulder. "It's okay, neither am I. I'm anxiety ridden. This is only my second acting gig ever so I'm a nervous newbie wanting to make a good impression on everyone I meet, especially those I look up to you, like you." She gasps. "You look up to me? No one's ever said to me before." You look at her in shock. "Really? I'd imagine you'd get that all the time given how amazing you are." She then wraps an arm around you. "Thank you Y/N, that means a lot to me. Do you want to practice our lines together?" You smile and nod eagerly, causing her to laugh at your excitement. "You're cute Y/N." You blush and have a blast reading over your lines with Aubrey. 

An hour later...

  It's time for the two of you to begin filming for the day. You do several takes of all of your lines. The two of you end up clicking more with each passing minute, causing half of the takes to come out rather goofy. Eventually, the two of you become serious and get down to business, really letting your talent shine through. When filming wraps, the two of you are allowed to watch the finalized version of the commercial, which is going to air on national TV next week on various channels. Both of you are impressed by what you see and give each other the dorkiest high fives ever. 

   Everyone then clears out of the room and gives you and Aubrey some time alone to talk. You give her another hug. "I had a fun time filming with you today and it was an honor to meet you Aubrey. Before I go, can I get a couple of pictures with you?" She grins at you. "Only if you get a couple of pictures with me." You grin back at her. "Deal." The two of you pose for a few quality selfies. "Y/N can you put your number in my phone and vice versa?" You nod and hand her your phone and she hands you hers so you can put your number in it. A couple minutes later and both of you have each other's numbers in your phones. 

   The two of you share one last hug and part ways. As you ride back to your apartment in the taxi you managed to hail, you have the biggest smile on your face the whole ride home. You and Aubrey Plaza are now friends. You filmed a commercial with her and had the best day ever. Cheers to your newfound friendship!
