"A MARIO CONVENTION? IN SEOUL? TOMORROW?" You shouted in your room, never expecting for such a wonderful convention to happen.

You were supposed to research as an assignment given to you by your professor and you saw the news. You were a HUGE fan of Super Mario, not to mention you have over hundreds of merchandise hanged, posted, kept, displayed on your room. You bought a ticket for the convention and was excited to wake up tomorrow. Too excited that you forgot the reason why you opened your laptop. The due date is on the day after tomorrow so you thought you'll just finish it tomorrow.

[Tomorrow]

Simple Mario T-shirt, a cute Mario bag, and pants were your only choice of clothes. You don't want to be an attention seeker and kept things simple.

As you entered the building, someone bumped into you from the back.

"A-ah. S-sorry." He apologized and bowed. He is wearing Mario's hat, not to mention his bag was also Mario itself. He was wearing a Super Mario shirt matched with normal jeans. He was also good-looking to be honest.

"S-sorry, too. I was in the way." You apologized back. You aren't familiar with the building, so you don't know exactly where to start.

"Are you okay? Are you new here?" The man asked.

"Y-yes. It is my first time in a convention." You answered shyly.

"I'm actually new to this place too. Want to go together?" He smiled.

'Together? With a handsome man? A handsome super mario fan that I never expected I'll bump into? Why not? Of course! Who wouldn't?' Your thoughts shouted.

"Sure." You smiled back at him.

You explored the convention seeing so many cosplayers, from Mario, to Luigi, to Princess Peach, EVERYTHING related to Mario is here! There were so many merchandise as well, a cute Mario Copter- a toy mario that could fly to be exact. There was also this BIG life-size Mario plushie you really wanted to buy. Too bad, you need to budget your money for yourself.

"What a waste. If I knew there was a Mario Convention, I should've saved enough money to at least buy one merchandise. Sure, I do have so many in my room, but seeing these so many collectibles, I sure do want to spend all my money..." You sighed. He messed your hair and said, "I'll be helping you with that, wait here." You wondered what was it he is going to do. You focused your attention instead on the Mario stall just beside you selling a cute Mario stuffed toy. It was small, yet it has ears and a tail of a dog.

"This looks so cute. How much is this?" You asked the person in charge. It wasn't that much and it was probably the cheapest merchandise besides keychains. You bought two for you and that man whom you were with.

Weird, you've been with him for at least an hour or a half yet you don't know his name.

He got back with a big smile on his face and you gave him the stuffed toy you just bought for him.

"I'm sorry. It's small. But it's cute right? Half Dog and Half Mario. A gift for you as a thanks for being with me here." You said looking away, not wanting to see his face due to embarrassment.

He gladly accepted it with a smile. "Thank you! I never thought they have a merchandise like this. I really love Mario as much as I love dogs. I hope Jjangu is doing well at home." You were confused of this 'Jjangu' person. His girlfriend, maybe. A guy this handsome should at least have a girlfriend, right? But Jjangu as a name for a girl. Isn't that too weird?

"Who's Jjangu?" You asked confusingly.

"Ah. He's my dog." He chuckled and you laughed.

'A dog mistaken as a girl. Good going, {y/n}.' Your thoughts teased.

"My name is Seokjin, by the way." He offered his hand for a handshake. You grabbed his hand shook it gently.

"My name is {y/n}. Nice to meet you, Seokjin-ah." You smiled.

"Ah. My gift for you, by the way." A Big Life Sized Mario Stuffed Toy then came in between you. It was that big life size Mario stuffed toy that you really wanted to buy.

"Thanks for coming here with me as well. This big Mario is all yours." He chuckled while you, embarrassed and red.

"I-I can't accept this!"

"Sorry. I don't take no as an answer. Go on, take it. I'm contented with what I have right now." You were still shy but you knew he wasn't joking.

"T-thank you." You hugged the Mario stuffed toy as if you will never let it go. It was soft. It was cuddly.

"I bought you a gift so small and you got me a gift so big. It's ironic." You both chuckled.

"But really, thank you." You bowed to him as a thanks. He pulled you up and hugged you instead.

"S-seokjin!" You were shocked of what he just did but in the end, you hugged him back.

You can feel people's eyes watching over the both of you but now, you could care less.

'Aish. I'm falling in-love, haven't I?'
