Y/N POV

I looked at his claws.

"There's no way I can do that!" I exclaimed. It's barely been 24 hours!

"Yes you can, y/n. Just... just focus on something. Try not to think about this too much. Let it happen." Scott said, before motioning his eyes to Stiles.

I took a deep breath and did what he said. I focused on Stiles. I could hear his breathing, his heartbeat. Soothing me like a melodic drum.

I threw my hand down, flexing my fingers. But nothing.

"It's ok. You got this." Stiles smiled. "You just gotta-"

He trailed off as he moved behind me and held my forearm. Shivers ran down my back as he pulled my arm next to me.

Scott smirked at me. I rolled my eyes at his immature self and let Stiles help. I took a deep breath and threw my hand down once more, Stiles still softly holding on.

Claws appeared from my fingertips. My lips curled into a smile and I let out a squeal. I turned around and pulled Stiles for a hug. He let out a small laugh as he wrapped his arms around me, engulfing me in probably the best hug ever.

"Well I'll just excuse myself..," Scott said, slipping out of the room. I laughed nervously as I separated myself, reluctantly.

"So, um..." Stiles started. "I kinda heard what you said to Scott. Not that I was eavesdropping, or anything! You were just kinda, uh... shouting."

My eyes widened. "Oh. I, uh-"

He interrupted. "And, I want you to know, I could never do that. Get rid of you? Just because of this little bump in the road doesn't mean I'm leaving you. Scott's a werewolf, I could do one more." He smirked, shrugging his shoulders. I smiled.

"So, you don't think I'm a monster?" I asked.

"I could never." He smiled.

"That's good. Cause I need you to be there on my first full moon." I said.

He eyes went wide. "Ar- are you sure? I mean, I'm sure Scott knows a lot more than me..."

"Do- do you not want to help me?" I said, a frown etching on my face. He shook his head.

"Oh! Trust me, I do! It's just-" he said, becoming frustrated. He was obviously not saying something.

"Oh. Ok. I get it. It's- it's fine." I said, shaking my head. I sat down on a chair, quickly wiping any tears that had tried to escape.

"No. Nononono. Don't think it's cause I don't care. Cause I do. Ok? A lot. And, you know what...." He trailed off, walking closer to me. He pulled me up from the chair and put his lips on mine.

I hummed in surprise but met with his rhythm. His lips were just as soft as I'd thought of. Perfectly massaging with mine.

We eventually broke away for air and I looked up in confusion. He spoke out in heavy breaths.

"I can't watch the girl I love suffer through a full moon. Especially the first one."

"L-love?" I choked out. He smiled. I felt a load of butterflies rummage through my stomach.

"Well," I started. "I kind of need my anchor there." I smirked up at him.

"Really? You already found it?" He said excitedly, his smile getting wider by the second.

"Stiles, it's always been you." I confessed, blushing so hard.

He blushed too. "Good. Cause it's always been you."

And we kissed.
