how would you describe a man no longer existing in the world? to have so many personalities, appearances, families that love you and friends that turn their back. often he doesn't know what to feel anymore. but surely a human must feel, don't they? so he watches, and he learns. to grin as the roses bloom and dewdrops fall upon wilted leaves, to frown as ice shrouds a soul taken too soon, to laugh at the idiocy of mankind, and acknowledge that he is one of them. too many flaws, they possess, too much for him to stand. and so he changes. a pinch of charism, a wink of wisdom, a drop of patience. humans are simple creatures; their algorithm should be as such. and yet he sees those that laugh in the presence of pain, that cry around arms of their beloved, that smile as the world falls around them. he sees, and he learns. perhaps he should modify his calculations, or perhaps he should merely remove these outliers altogether. after all, that's what happened to him, wasn't it?
