I started walking over to the group with Sam trailing behind me. Dax must have smelled me because he turned around when I was half way there. He smiled making me stop. What is he doing to me. I went to start up again when I came facedd with a checkered flannel.

"Hey there crazy lady", I looked up to see Danny.

" Hi there Danny, what's up?"

"Nothing how about you, beautiful?" He said nonchalantly. I totally froze. I didn't know what to do. No one has called me beautiful before. Is he messing with me or does he mean it.

I blushed and just shrugged. He looked to my side where Sam was. I looked over at her. She looked totally mesmerized by Danny. Her mouth was hanging open. I was expecting drool to come out of her mouth.

"Hello again, Sam. It's nice to see you again." He said smirking. She just sat there in awe.

"Oww! Dax your hurting me!" Screamed the girl that Dax was holding.

I recognized her. It was that beta from the Tandil pack. I smirked at the fact that she was hurting but my joy quickly turned to anger. What the hell was Dax doing with her!?

Dax didn't even look at her. His gaze was in me and Danny.

Make him jealous, then he'll come crawling to your feet. Nala purred.

I suddenly grabbed Danny's arm and headed towards the Academy. I took Danny by surprised but he suddenly relaxed and put his arm around me.

We walked past the group. I looked at Dax. His eyes were naturally a light green, but right now they were almost olive. That means he's mad. I smirked and waved. "Hey Dax, I'll see you in class." And we walked away.

I didn't turn back to see if he Dax was staring because I already knew the answer.

The day kinda went fast. Me and the other alphas and beta had class together so I had people to talk to. But Dax wouldn't look me in the eye.
What have I done? He's my best friend. He's my beta there shouldn't be any tension between us. Something is going on between us and I need to figure it out because it's eating me.

When it was time for lunch I walked in to the cafeteria, to see everyone separated by packs. Danny was with his pack, that Tandil snot was with her pack, which I saw included Sam.

Ugh why'd she have to be in her pack? I really liked her and thought we could be friends.

I settled at an empty table. And took out my lunch. I had a chicken caesar wrap, with two Gatorade bottles.
I devoured my lunch with in seconds. Then looked around and my pack was no where to be found. Then Devin and a few of the guys showed up sweating.

"Hey sorry we were late, we just had training and we got lost. Our instructor had to come find us." He panted.

I smiled because I was no longer alone, but something wasn't right. Dax was missing. I stood up to see if i could spot him. But I didn't. After 30 minutes he didn't show.

Frustrated I went to throw my lunch out, when suddenly I tripped over something making my body falling forward I hit the floor landing on my face.

My Gatorade SPILLED all over me! I looked to see what I tripped on and I saw the Beta of Tandil pack with an amused expression. "Like oh my god, watch where your going, you stepped all over my Gucci boots." She looked back at here pack and they were all trying to hold back their laughter. I was so angry, but I remembered what Dean Adrian said. So I calmed down and closed my eyes. When I opened them everyone was still laughing except Sam.

"Why would you do that Kimberly? You clearly did that in purpose." Sam yelled

'Kimberly ' stood up face to face with Sam. Sam took a step back but then regained her confidence.

Then Kimberly said, " Samantha, I'm not really fond of the new attitude you have developed this week, but I suggest you take lose it."

"Or what are you going to do?" I was kinda shocked by Sams response. She doesn't look the girl who is snappy. They went nise to nise growling at each other until a guy who looked exactly like Kimberly stepped between them.
"Okay that's enough. Sam stand down. This is your beta and tour going to respect her." Then he turned to Kimberly, "Sis that us enough, your a beta. So start acting like one."

Sam looked back from Kimberly to her brother. Then she helped me up. She grabbed towels from the table and started dabbing the Gatorade from my shirt.

Then Kimberly's brother, came to my side. "I'm sorry for my sister, we haven't had a new pack and alpha in a while." He said staring At Kimberly.

"Bo! Don't apologize for me. Especially when I'm not sorry!" She turned her heel and ran out of the lunch room.

That's a cool name. He smiled. "Bo Tandil, alpha of the Tandil pack. I would introduce you to my beta, but I can see you've already met." He chuckled

I let out a sigh and nodded.
I turned to go to the bathroom. I saw Sam was right behind me.

"I hate that bitch. She thinks because she's the Beta. She can control me. Not happening sister. I'm my own person. My own wolf."

I looked at her and pulled her into a hug. "You are my favorite. But Bo is right. You need to respect her because she is your beta."

She nodded. And looked through her purse to pull out a t shirt. "Here, I always bring extra clothes"

I smiled, and changed. Thank God I only have one more class. I do t know how long I can take of this school.

You have 200 days left. Nala said in my head.

I let out a little yell.

"You okay in there? It doesn't take much to change into a shirt" giggles Sam. I put the shirt in and kicked her in the butt. She pouted, then she linked arms with me. "I think this is the start of a great friend ship." She said. I smiled and we headed out.

I've never had a girl best friend. No I've never had a girl friend. I was always though they were drama, and besides I grew up guys anyway. But I feel what me and Sam have will be great.
