Robin's POV

I wake up to the blaring of my alarm clock "shut the fuck up!" I groan as I hit the snooze button, I groan as I get up and walk to the shower. I shower, dry off and blow dry my hair. I throw on a random outfit and put my combat boots on followed by my snapback which I put on backwards. I put my septum ring in and I grab my bag. I walk downstairs and I see jack

Pause!!!! Yeah, I'm Robin I'm blah, blah, blah.  Just to get to the point, Basically my parents kicked me out, I moved in with jack, been here for about 4 years and here we are today. Ok resume

"Morning Robin" he says "morning Jacky" I say "you wanna head to school?" He asks "yeah, I can't be late again cuz I'll get suspended again" I say and he chuckles as we head out the door. We walk for a couple minutes until "jack! Robin!" We hear the voice of Rian Dawson "ri-bear!" I call as he hugs me and I smile as I hug back "hey Rian" jack greets him as we pull away "so, what classes do you guys have today?" He asks "the same as you dumbass" I say and jack laughs "same" he adds. I take out a cigarette and light it, I inhale it and let it linger for a bit then I exhale the smoke "where's merric?" I ask "he's walking with Charlotte" rain says as he wiggles his eyebrows suggestively and I chuckle "leave them alone ri, they're cute together" I say with a smile as I take another drag of my cigarette "what about gaskarth?" I ask and jack sighs "with Liz" he says and a pang of sadness hits me dead in the chest "its whatever jack, I'm used to it" I say with a sigh, he wraps his arm around my shoulders, comforting me. I send him a greatful smile as I stamp out my cigarette "I dont get why he's even with her, I mean she cheats on him every weekend and leaves you to pick up the pieces. Its not fair" Rian says "its secondhand love" I say with a sad sigh. I re adjust my snapback as jack tightens his grip on my shoulder "its not fair though, your not and never will be a second choice" jack says "its fine jack. With bad habits: there's just no breaking free" I say with a sigh "well, you'll always be my first choice. Your practically my sister" he says "ditto" Rian adds and I smile "and you guys are basically by brothers" I say and they smile at me

We arrive at school and I see tay jardine "jardine!" I call and she turns to me, a grin spreads across her face as she sees me "robin!" She calls as she runs over, I catch her in a hug as we laugh "robin! Tay!" We hear cassadee pope say "hey Cass!" I say as she walks to us, she engolfs us in a hug when she gets to us and we hug back "what you got first?" Cass asks "I got double English" I say "ditto" tay says "same" Cass says "sweet" I say "so do we" I hear the voice of merric say "wassup Zachary?" I ask with a grin "hello to you too kid" he says with a smile which I happily return "I think we all do" the voice of gaskarth chimes in. I turn to him with a grin "hello to you too gaskarth" I say with a smirk "hello Robin" he says while hugging me, I smile and hug back until "Alex!" The bitchy voice of Liz cuts in and my smile fades "hello Liz" I say "hi, robin" she says my name as its disgusting to her and I sigh. I feel arms wrap around me and I look and see tay, Cass and jack. I lean into them as a sad sigh escapes my lips. The bell goes and me, tay and jack head of to homeroom "see you in lesson guys!" I call as we walk away

First period starts and we walk to English "jack we'll meet you there ok?" Tay says "ok, I'll go meet with merric" he says, he kisses my head and kisses tays cheek then starts walking to find merric. Tay turns to me with a sad smile "you ok? What Alex did was wrong" she says with a sympathetic look "its whatever tay, ive gotten used to being second best" I say with a sad smile "you shouldn't have to get used to it! Your his best friend robin, youve known them since pre school and its not fair" she says "tay, its fine I dont care anymore" I say with a sigh as I bring her into a hug, she wraps her arms around me as we stay in silence for a while "if you ever need to talk to me, please come to me, your my best friend and I love" she whispers "I promise I will and I love you to tay" I whisper back. We pull away and she smiles at me "you go on, I'll meet you there, cover for me?" I ask "of course, see you in there" she says and I nod.

I walk outside and I light a cigarette, I take a drag as I hear two familiar voices "alex! You complete fucking twat!" I hear Liz scream, I quickly run to where they were "Liz, chill it was a joke" he says "no! Fuck you Alex. I'm going t class" she huffs and walks away. Alex sits on the bench and I sit next to him turning off the regret "you ok?" I ask "not really" he sighs "what happened?" I ask "we were joking around and she took it really personally...I don't know why she does this to me" he says "she obviously doesn't know how awesome you are" I say as I take his hand in mine "your a good guy Alex, she just doesn't see that" I say "thanks robin" he says "no problem, we all have problems and need someone there" I say with a smile, he then guts up and pulls me into a hug, which surprises me; I wrap my arms around his waist with him being taller then me an all "I'll always be here for you robin, your my best friend and I love you" he says

'He's making a promise he won't keep' I think to myself "thanks lex" I say, the sweet moment was cut short "Alex! Come on. Lets get to class" Liz demands, he pulls away and walks to her without a second thought. Tears fill my eyes and I sit down on the bench again

"robin?"

I turn and see jack "jack" I whimper and he brings me into a hug "its not fair!" I cry "I'm always the one to pick up the pieces and then he let's Liz destroy it again!" I say as my voice brakes at the end, i rip out of jacks arms and i start to throw punches at the wall "stop" jack says as he pulls me into his arms as i cry "out of the 18 years that I've known you, I've never seen or heard you cry" he says "and I don't like it" he adds "he shouldn't do this to you" he says after a little while

"secondhand love" I say with a sad sigh "c'mon, let's get to class" he says and I nod

At lunch I spent my time in the music department with tay and Cass "so, you reading to sing threw it?" Cass asks and I nod. I start to sing without realizing the guys are at the door (the brackets are tay and Cass singing)
