Illusions is a game within a game. You will comment on the sign-up page something like "I'd like to join Illusions".

I would also like to say that this isn't a Warriors game or anything, just a general game. It is possible for your character to be a cat, but it will not relate to any fandoms.

You will then be asked a series of questions through PM. Do not discuss the questions or answers. Some may be different, and if answers are leaked, it may be lethal.

Now, what is Illusions really about?

Okay, so just imagine a video game. It's a fairly popular game, a few well-known YouTubers even spending a video or two to play it. Stormsher Inc. is a familiar name, them having made a few semi-successful games before. But none have been as successful as Illusions.

Illusions is a multiplayer game with multiple servers. A group of players joined a certain server.

Someone starts messing with the server.

It soon starts to escalate, but the players cannot escape. Their only chance is to put their characters through different challenges to gather clues.

Characters must be voted off each time a challenge is completed to be able to gather the clue.

However, when a character dies...so does the player. And if the player refuses to participate, they or someone close to them suffers. They also cannot inform others. If the Stormsher Inc. team is contacted, they will insist that everything is fine.

The only one who knows how many challenges there are, or even if anyone will survive, is the one holding them to the game.

Each character has a strength and a weakness. You will choose them in the series of questions that will be PM'd to you.

But, of course, this is only hypothetical. Stormsher Inc. would never lie or try to cover a situation up. They would also like to stress the importance of not believing Firefly.
