Ann is the school bully, everyone fears her or wants to be her, Ann acts like the basic popular girl in every teen movie and is extremely manipulative.

Background Story:

Ann was born into a complicated family, her father was married but not to her mother, her mother was a teacher for Ann's half-brother Lewis, her parents engaged in an affair and four months before she was born, Lewis' mother and her father divorced, her parents got married a month later. Lewis hated Ann from the moment she was born, he was only eleven but he understood what she took from him and he despised her for that.

When Ann was four years old, Lewis tried to hurt her, he was fifteen and he had pushed her out of their treehouse, she fell and broke her arm, that was one of the worse things her brother did to her. He moved out three years later, when she was seven.

Ann has a crush on Sadie, she has ever since they first met, she was fourteen, Sadie was thirteen, they were friends, best friends, then three years ago they started high school. Ann got popular and mean and a year later George Peters killed Sadie's father and sister, Sadie couldn't deal with Ann anymore and she unfriended her.

Even though Sadie and Ann are no longer friends, Ann still has a crush on Sadie and due to knowing that fact that Joshy also has a crush on Sadie, she bullies him way more then she does anyone else.

Her father is the mayor of Stirling City, his name is Edward Katz and he isn't exactly the nicest man. Mayor Katz is strongly disliked by the supers as he refuses to help, he says that George Peters was a problem started by supers and that it's up to them to deal with it.

Ann has an abusive older half-brother named Lewis and a sister named Emme, Emme is also her half-sibling though she is only two years older then Ann and they always got along.
