Wattpad has so many wonderful authors and we just got lucky! Here are a few questions we asked one such wonderful writer,who wrote some of the best Fanfictions ever such as 'Can Call Me Artist', 'Three of hearts' , 'Still Bangtan', ' The Pack' etc and a few one shots too.

Here's @Northmanwidow answering a few of our selected questions.

1.When did you first start writing?

N:I'm an 'older army' so I started writing when I was about seven or eight as a form of escapism. 

2:What inspired you to start writing?

N:I had two older brothers who were just vile to me and writing allowed me to make up my own worlds and live out my my own little fantasies (mainly owning a dragon or magic ring)

3:Who are your constant sources of support?

N:I'm pretty much a loner, despite having kids. I've met some pretty cool people on line who I know I can turn to if things get a little too much for me. But, I've learnt to hold myself up. 

4:What inspired you to write each of your stories?Like what inspired 'Still Bangtan',Can Call me artist,three of hears,the pack etc.

N:Still Bangtan came form watching an interview with a real old seventies rock band. It kind of got me thinking about what the boys would do and how they would manage a comeback.. with a few twists and turns along the way.Can call me artist was inspired by a young girl's story of self harm and metal illness. My older brother had suffered with schizophrenia, so I was able to use a little of the understanding I had of mental illness to push the story along.Three of Hearts was just something I had rattling about in my head for a while and just wrote it down to get it out.The pack was inspired by Native Americans, their way of life and their legends. I've always been a fan of the Wolf AU and wanted to do my own version.

5:What is your favorite among your stories?

N:My personal favourite of my own stories is The Pack. It was my very first FanFic and I just love it. It's my baby!

N:My favourite author is Terry Pratchett. I've been a massive fan of his for so long. I have all the Discworld series and must have read them a million times. On Wattpad, I'm a huge fan of AndreL007Wolf . All their books have a unique writing style you don't normally find on this kind of forum. I also loved the Wolf AU books by softieparadise.

7:What is your favorite book of all times?

N:My favourite book of all time if The Fifth Elephant by Terry Pratchett.

8:Do you think that writing skills are something that a person is born with or something that can be developed? 

N:Writing skills develop over time. Think of it as a muscle; the more you train it, the stronger it gets. If you look at popular authors like J. K Rowling, her style and skill was very different in the first few books. The way she writes today is strong and much more confident.

9:What would you like to say to all the aspiring authors?

N:Just write! Get it all out on paper or on a screen. Work on it until you feel ready to put it in the public domain.. and when you do.. be proud of it and yourself!

10:How do you think one can write a good story or what makes a story good?Is there a special style or format?

N:A great story comes from passion. If the writer is passionate about their work, the reader picks up on that. It's easy to spot when a writer loses interest in what they're doing. examples include the last two hundred pages of Breaking Dawn by Stephanie Meyer and, sadly, the last few chapters of The Deathly Hallows by JK Rowling.

My favourite song is by WASP it's called 'The Great Misconceptions of Me' from the Crimson Idol album. It's a song about desperation and the outcome of so much pain.
