Here's Mel's interview with Mrs. Gyu Lilith,who apparently inspired Mel to do lots in life.

Mel: Hi,I'm from Illumination magazine,I'm Melissa Thompson and thankyou for doing this.

Lilith : Hello,Melissa. I'm happy I got a chance to be interviewd by this lovely magazine.

Mel : The pleasure is ours. How are you doing ma'am? I hope I'm not keeping you from doing something Important.

Lilith : I feel very good today,Thank you. And no you aren't.

Mel : So,Elysian Entertainment is something we've been curious about right from the beginning. Your fans are waiting and almost every single media agency are curious to see what you have up your sleeve this time. What inspired you to start this company Mrs.Gyu?

Lilith : I was very inspired by others who have done the same and also a friend of mine, Choi LeeWoo.

Mel : Were your family supportive of this? And Mr.Gyu? Was he supportive?

Lilith : Yes. My family was very supportive,especially my mother. And my husband...*smiles* was very supportive too. He supported me financially as well.

Mel : Well...It's a great message to all of our men out there. Our congratulations to him. (Mel was really impressed we could say as she gave our men at Illumination a lecture about this.)

Lilith : Thankyou,Thankyou. *Chuckles*

Mel :It is usually unusual *Slight chuckle at the word play* for young women to come up with something this big and as a mother how do you manage your family life and a big company like this?

Lilith : I agree. I mostly lean on my right hand Emmeline so I balance it out.

Mel : (With thoughts of making Charlie as her right hand)  Tell me about you duo. How'd you cross paths?

Lilith : Well,that's not a long story *smiles*. I unexpectedly bumped into her at a parking lot.

Mel : And clicked right away?                                                                                                                       *chuckles* (Thinks of the time she met Charlie for the first time in the washroom at our office)       You're one of the top women who motivate people all around the world.

Mel : How many trainees do you have currently?

Lilith : We have approximately 30+ trainees.

Mel : And they are from all around the world? Could you tell us about the audition process?How many phases should they go to before they make it?How do you pick them?

Lilith : Yes,they are. The audition process is very simple. We place ads on the newspaper,T.V and of course the internet. There are around three phases,audition, 2-4 years of training and then debut.We pick according to the knowledge of languages,especially Korean and Japanese,Age,location and of course talents!

Mel : Does everyone who have passed the auditions make it to debut stage?

Lililth : Of course! We want everyone to have a shot.

Mel : Sound promising.                                                                                                                                                        Can we expect a debut soon? We've all been waiting for quite some time.

Lilith : No,unfortunately,we're waiting on atleast 50+ trainees and once we have them,the debuts will start.

Mel : We'll be waiting patiently.

Lilith : Thankyou. I'm very glad that you're interested.

Mel : Are the bands and soloists decided? 

Lilith : We will let the trainees themselves decide on the groups they want to be in. It's the same for soloists. They will pick their own concepts and also write their own songs!

Mel : Sounds good! We're expecting another BTS then!

Lilith : *chuckles* I'm afraid that's not possible. We as a company lean towards being unique and creating a name for both our trainees and ourselves. But expect groups that will have similar success.

Mel : (Clearly impressed) Lastly you do realize that so many ladies look up to you in admiration and the men look at you in respect and well *smile* because you're very good looking too. Pardon me,but it's true. What would you like to tell all of us who look up to you, one of the most famous and respectable women of the decade?

Lilith : Thankyou.I'm aware of the fact that many women and girls look up to me. And to the men...I'm sorry but *flashes her wedding ring*

(And Mel here wouldn't stop imitating her favorite actress and busineeswoman by flashing us a polo on her ring finger.)

Lilith : I personally look up to many woman myself including ChungHa,CL and Park Han Byul.

Mel : They'll definitely be flattered.And to the men...Welp! She's taken.

Lilith: *smilies*

Mel : (Embarrassed about missing the vital question) Pardon me. Another last question. Is there any more projects coming up under Elysian?

Lilith : Of course! We are scheduling some fun projects for our trainees that will be entertaining to our supporters too.

Mel : Great!Thanks again Ms.Gyu.I'm glad to have been the person to interview you.Good luck on all your future projects.

Lilith : Thank you! My pleasure, I loved this interview.
