Mis-tended
"So we'll have to leave via Incheon airport - It's the only place that's not surrounded."
Apart from the fact that it's a public place - the unsaid words hung in the air, bitter and sneering.
"Or we could just join forces with them," Taehyung winced at the enthusiasm in his own words, hoping the others wouldn't notice. The resulting glares and critical glances said enough. Taehyung discreetly rolled his eyes, stopping at that to express his annoyance; it wouldn't do if he was too obvious.
Jungkook yawned, earning a slight softening in Tae's set visage. Jin had noticed too, and reluctanlty dismissed the meeting, " It's late guys," Taehyung was up and at the door as soon as Jin spoke. "Yoongi and I will stay and watch the cameras. If there's any sign of them advancing on us, we evacuate the manorㅡclear? " Everyone agreed, and Taehyung was compelled to at least nod his headㅡ but he didn't agree at all. He could quite happily turn around and shoot them all right there. But he knew it would be in vain; there were too many of them. Plus Hobi hadn't attended the meeting and when he eventually came, if the others were dead and Taehyung was the only one standing, Hobi would undoubtedly suspect him. Hobi was loyal, and strong and strangely led on by instinct. Hence why he'd not gone to the meeting ㅡ his instinct told him so.

Jung Hoseok had a feeling that there was something behind this door. He stood in the hallway, shirtless after having misplaced his luggage, ten doors down from the meeting. Yes, there was a meeting even though he and Taehyung had only just gotten back from Jungnang where they had been accommodated by allies after having carried out their project in Guri. It had consisted of graffitiing Donggureong Royal Tombs...which was risky, as it was a public place. But then again, they wanted their work to be seen.
The room he stood outside was his former room. He'd moved to the library opposite, because he hated the way you could hear everything from this room. So whatever was in there probably heard him. He retrieved the gun tucked between his belt and trousers. Then eased the door open, making sure to keep his back pressed against it.
Jae-Ni felt numb. The tears on her cheeks had stilled, staining them. And her heartbeat had slowed to a steady thrum, a constant sound in her ears. Her body lay still, as did her thoughts. No more raced through her mind as she'd run out of them, sifting through each one and analysing the details to death. One train of thought in particular had paralysed her with dread:
Her father. He was dead ㅡ and yet that still wasn't the thing playing on her conscience. Neither was the fact she had found the criminals responsible for the crime she was accused for. Nor the fact she'd almost been killed - murdered - twice.
No. All of this was insignificant when she thought of Namjoon. When she thought of him....pain and pleausure swelled in her chest...admiration and hate blinded her. Attraction tugged at her heartstrings. She knew she wanted him. But she couldn't have him. And wanting what you couldn't have led to misery and madness.
Jae-Ni choked back a sob, curling in on herself as it rose in her chest. The door creaked open. She lay back down again, hastily swiping at her tears. She waited expectantly for Yoongi or Jin to enter, but instead someone she had not seen before did. "Who are you?" Interest piqued her voice as the hot, shirtless stranger walked in
"I don't knowㅡI mean, are you..."
"I'm being held hostage here," the bitterness that should've tinged her voice faded as she let her eyes wander his body shamelessly. Was this her hot saviour?
"Ah! of course, Yoongi hyung did say..." obviously not her saviour - Jae-Ni thought with disappointment. "I'll head out," he left with an awkward nod.
But even when he was gone, that body was still a clear image in her mind. She gladly let herself imagine certain.....things....appreciative of the distraction from her heartache. Jae-Ni did what she needed to do, slipping her hands beneath the silk pyjamas, which had for some reason been in the chest of drawers. She had nothing to lose, and so Jae-Ni pleasured herself without chagrin.
"I wonder why Namjoon got so angry at her, he's usually such a rational person," Yoongi mused to himself, not bothered about Namjoon hearing since he was half asleep anyways.
"It makes sense...I think he likes her," Jungkook piped up. He had decided to stay with his hyungs after having had to bear the brunt of Tae's mood. Jin had gone to console Taehyung, or maybe tell him off.
"And what the hell do you know about liking someone," Yoongi said it more as a put down than an actual question. He was not expecting an answer from the now lost in thought Jungkook.
"I know..." Jungkook blushed lightly when Jimin's face appeared in his head.
"Who is it Jungkook? Who do you like?" He watched his dongsaeng's face with cool interest. But as soon as he asked, Jungkook feigned surprise, pointing at a computer screen to the left,"Look!"
Yoongi rolled his eyes at Jungkook's lame subject change, but pretended to believe him anyways. He glanced at the indicated screen, and was in for a shock.
There, displayed on the screen, was Jae-Ni. And she was....she was....
"Namjoon. You had better take a look at this!"
It must've been the years of training to only sleep lightly, but I was up instantly upon hearing my name. The fitful sleep fell away and I was back in the computer room again. I leapt to my feet, fearful of what Yoongi's urgent tone could mean. "What is it?!"
"Quick, over here," as he beckons to me, I catch a glimpse of humour on his face and Jungkook's too. Whatever could be so funny? I shake my head exasperated and annoyed that they woke me up for something that wasn't serious.
"This had better be good Yoongi," I warned lightly, walking over unhurriedly to join them at the computer. My eyes, heavy with sleep, fall upon the lurid screen and I try to make sense of the moving image that doesn't really register in my sleep mussed brain. But when it does, my eyes widen infinitely and I don't feel so sleepy anymore.
"The actual fuck...?" I'm too shocked to even sound surprise....which doesn't make sense. "What thㅡ how? Pardon? " Now I'm just saying a load of crap, but...It can't be...on the screenㅡI can't BELIEVE!
Deep breaths Namjoon, deep breaths.
There, displayed on the screen is something that may make me a very lucky man or very unfortunate...depending on how you see it. Because the convulsive movements of Jae-Ni's body, that can only be the result of pleasure, are having an effect on me...and I can feel the contracting of my muscles down there, and the already too tight leather pants, tightening sharply. I'm barely aware of the other two, who seem to be finding what the screen showed hilarious. I suppose I shouldn't have allowed Jungkook to see this, but my brain had lost charge of my body.
"Rewind it Yoongi."
He must've heard the strain in my voice, for he looked at my face critically. Then obviously recognising that strain as sexual desire, Yoongi dropped his gaze down and not without amusement said, "Oh~is someone feeling a bit nee—"
"Just rewind it," my tone got the message across because he did so without protest. I ordered him to stop when the recording showed the door opening and closing.
It was Hoseok...walking into the room shirtless. I realised with a jolt that must've been the reason she was self pleasuring. For some reason, the thought made the muscles in my jaw jump, caused my short nails to dig into my palms and squeezed my heart in a cruel fist. An involuntary growl ripped from my throat.
Yoongi and Jungkook eyed me warily, edging away. They must've noticed too – that I was turned on and angry.
With a roll of my shoulders and a crack of my knuckles,I strode out of the computer room and down the hall. Not even bothering to cover the buldge in my pants.
"I suppose if she's so desperate for release...I'll have to tend to her myself."
