Its a lot easier to be angry on someone than it is to tell them you are hurt.

He entered inside the house to see her coming towards him again with a big first aid kit. She had tears in her eyes but she was looking down as to avoid him from looking at her eyes. Holding his hands, she made him sit on the couch as she started dressing his wounded hands with a worried look on her face. His heart thudded against his chest loudly at her care. He knew, it was not exclusively for him. But what warmed up his heart was that even after being so hurt by his words, she still cared for the wounds he have.
"By the way, thankyou so much for telling me what you actually feel about me.'' She said with a smile and tears in her eyes. He forwarded his hands to wipe off the tear drop fell on her cheek to which she immediately got up and wiped it. Her simple action hurted him but his words hurted her more than he can think of.
"Trust me Sumi, it was in anger. I don't know why. It just happened." He tried explaining but all he got was ignorance in return as she turned to leave from there.
"Dammit." He angrily gritted his teeth and left towards him room in a fast pace.

A week passed in a blur but for Aaryan, every second of the week was difficult to pass. Sumiya used to ignore his presence like he never existed. If he made his appearance in the same room as her, she will make an excuse and leave. She had stopped having her food on dining table too. She didn't even spare him a glance or gave him a chance to explain. Her ignorance was eating him up from inside while from the other side, the pressure of his marriage was increasing. Never in his life he had emotionally hurted someone.
Dressed in a white Kurta and Payjama, he was rushing downstairs as it was the day of Arham's Nikaah with Insha, the love of his life when suddenly a soft figure collided with him. His hands immediately made their way towards her waist to save her from falling. The flower garlands she was taking for decorating flied off from her hand and fell on them entangling them together.
She looked at him as she pushed his hands away from her waist and tried to pull herself away from him only to bang on his hard chest again due to entangling of flowers.
She was looking like a fresh bud to him. A butterfly, preety to look at but hardest to catch. A ray of sunshine in the cloudy day. He was looking at her making her feel giddy. She tried to free themselves from the flower but was unable to making her sign helplessly.
Aaryan took hold of the flower string as he freed her from the flowers. In a second, she ran away holding the skirt of her dress while he looked at her, making a plan of how to manofy her.
His eyes fell on his mother and Zaida, who were smirking at him. Well, tomorrow is the day for them. Shaking his head,he left from there.

"I need to talk to you Sumiya." He stated, looking at her giving her no chance to escape as everyone of their family was present there.
"Bhaijaan. I am tired. Can it be done afterwards?" She said, avoiding his eyes while the tired self of everyone looked at the duo.
Zaida, Sumiya's mother glared at her daughter.
"He is saying something Sumiya. Listen to him." Having no other way to escape, she finally got up following him.
"Sumi." He said trying to sound as sweet as possible but with him being sweet was next to impossible.
"Hmm. I am listening." She said in a bored tone making Aaryan's temper rise but he better knew to control it rather than hurting her more.
"I know what I said that day hurted you Sumi but it was like my mind was not in control. You know I don't have control on my anger at all. And you were disrupting so all my anger bursted on you. I had been trying to say So..Oo...Rr..." He started saying sorry but how can he speak a work with which he was so unfamiliar. Sumiya was looking at him who was gaping like a fish which came out of water while trying to spell out the apology.
"Chhor dein Bhaijaan. Aapse nahi hoga." She said, as she bit the inside of her cheeks. She was no more angry with him but just a little bit hurt at him words. Even of she had a crush once on Zain, whats wrong in it. Its not like she had done something wrong under her stupid feelings. And she is over her crush years back. Being a teenager back then, she used to have crushes which was common. Heck, once even he was her crush. Its just she felt hurt from him words.
(Leave it. You can't do it.)
"I am trying. I apologise for my actions and trust me, I am not gonna manofy you now. Its enough. You had made me run behind you allot and now its enough." He said with a frown not understanding how wrong his words sounded to someone else.
"Okay. I forgive you but Bhaijaan, never say these kind of words. It hurts to imagine you think so low of me." She said as her voice turned heavy at last.
"I can never think like this for my carefree butterfly. I already said it was due to my anger that everything such happened." He said as he ruffled her hairs to which she flashed him her 32 perfect teeth.
''Ab daant andar karo. Bohot hogaya colgate ka parchar.''he said knocking on her head to which she giggled leaving the room.
(Put your teeth inside. Enough of Colgate Advertisement.)
"Sumi." He called her out to which she turned towards him, raising her eyebrows as he threw a pack of Kitkat towards her which she caught happily.
"Thankyou so much Bhaijaan. You are the best.'' She happily sang going outside while he again signed listening that Bhaijaan word from her.
"Ammi, talk to her soon. I can't with this torture of Bhaijaan anymore." He said to himself and signed going to sleep.

She entered inside her room, smiling happily as she munched on the chocolate in her hand when a giggle escaped her mouth seeing his reaction when she called him bhaijaan.
"It is fun." She said to herself as she took out a loose T-shirt and pants for herself and changed into them going into a deep slumber after a tired day.
