Strange dreams...

This is nsfw (not safe for work). The reason I titled it "Strange dreams..." is to avoid me typing "sexual dreams."

If you do not know what sexual dreams are, I advise you to search up its definition. Unfortunately, I do not think I have the confidence to explain it myself.

Also, I believe I've found a way to make Marth the dominant one, so you'll be reading that here as well. If you prefer Ike to be the dominant one, then maybe this one shot isn't for you.

On top of that, this entire one shot will be from Ike's perspective. However, Ike's dreams will be in the third person.

Apologies for the long disclaimer/warning.

As always, happy reading!~

(Just to clarify)  Third Person POV

"Promise you won't tell anyone we did this? You know... I could get in a lot of trouble." Marth muttered, caressing Ike's silky hair.

Ike shook his head as he breathed out quietly. "No, of course not."

Marth smiled as he chuckled softly and gently kissed Ike, his hands pressed onto Ike's exposed chest.

The couple was sitting on Marth's bed, the door locked, and a small lamp to light up a patch of the room.

Sitting on Ike's lap, Marth's tunic was barely hanging onto his body, as it appeared to be slipped off his shoulders. Ike, however, had his shirt unbuttoned, revealing his bare chest.

As they parted from each other's lips, Marth smiled once more as he stared lovingly at Ike.

"This has to be the best night of my life..."

He bit his bottom lip purposefully as a faint moan was heard, in attempt to arouse Ike. Lucky for Marth, he had succeeded.

Ike's POV

My eyes shot open as I quickly got off my back and clutched my chest. I felt small beads of sweat forming on my forehead as I breathed heavily.

What was that? ...It must have been a dream.

My mind was racing back and forth as I tried to recollect my thoughts and body. I frantically looked around my room for any trace of Marth.

Thankfully, I didn't find any souvenir of him lying around. A wave of relief flowed over me as I let out a long sigh.

Getting off my bed immediately, I opened my closet door and rummaged around to see if I would find any of Marth's clothes somewhere. There was still nothing.

As much as I wanted to tell myself it was a dream, the fact that it felt so real makes it harder.

However, I brushed off the thought—since it was only one dream—and got dressed to eat breakfast.

When I headed to the dining hall, I heard my name being called out by a familiar voice.

"Ike!" They exclaimed.

I turned around and felt a pit in my stomach.

Marth's smiling and innocent face stood out as he happily skipped towards me.

"Good morning! Did you sleep well?" He asked me, tilting his head to one side.

I rubbed the back of my neck and nodded. "Uhm, yeah, I did. How about you?"

Marth nodded as he began walking towards the dining hall's doors. "I slept well. You know what? I had this crazy dream that I was on a wyvern."

He continued to talk to me as we took our seats next to each other. I somehow managed to tune out every word Marth was speaking until he asked me, "What about you?"

I turned my head to face him. "Huh..?!"

"What was your dream about?" Marth repeated, serving himself scrambled eggs and two pancakes.

I felt my heartbeat speed up as I tried to think of a lie on the spot. I didn't want to tell Marth about my dream of... us.

"I, uhh, dreamt about the Greil Mercenaries. Me and Mist were... plucking flowers." I responded, trying to sound legitimate.

Marth nodded and smiled as he took a bite from his maple-drizzled pancake. After swallowing, he replied with; "That sounds nice. Must've been a good dream."

I silently let out a sigh of relief to myself before serving my food. Once breakfast was over, I wanted a breath of fresh air to clear my head.

As much as I wanted to be alone, Marth politely offered to keep me company. I... couldn't refuse.

"You seem down today, Ike. Why don't I stay with you?" He asked me as we walked out of the dining hall.

I sighed. "That's fine. I just want to take a breather."

Making our way towards the garden, we found other fighters playing and/or practicing. I felt my legs go weak as I spotted a nearby tree.

I collapsed onto the grass underneath the shade of the tree as Marth sat down next to me. Attempting to close my eyes, I caught sight of him gazing out into the distance.

It was almost as if he wanted to leave the mansion—off to journey the infinite world. Of course, it's forbidden to leave the mansion without permission.

With my remaining energy, I managed to speak to Marth, asking, "You're spacing out. Something caught your eye?"

Marth chuckled as he faced me and laid down on his back as well. We were—at least—a foot apart from each other as we stared up at the tree's leaves.

"Do you ever wonder what's out there? ...Far beyond the mansion?" He mumbled, lying on his side to face me.

I followed the same motion, lying on my side as I fiddled with the grass. "Sometimes. Even though it's against the rules, I can't help but wonder what lies beyond our vicinity."

I noticed a small smile appear on Marth's face as he laid on his back once again and breathed out a sigh.

"This may sound strange, but... sometimes I feel like you're the only one who understands me.

I can say nearly anything to you, and it would all make sense." Marth confessed, crossing his legs.

I didn't know how to respond to that. Without thinking, I blurted out, "Well, that's what friends are for."

—Small time skip—

After finishing dinner, everyone began to head to their rooms to rest for the night.

As I entered my room, I felt my hand being held back by someone and turned around to see who it was.

"Sorry to startle you, but I have a little gift." Marth said to me, letting go of my wrist and holding out a box.

"What's this for?" I asked curiously, examining the box.

Marth smiled. "To show my gratitude. You listened to me when I was ranting on and on about my hopes and dreams.

In short... you understood me."

I glanced down at the box and scoffed as I felt myself smiling. "Thanks, Marth. I'll open this in my room. Good night."

Marth waved as he began to walk away and called out to me, "Sleep well!"

As I walked into my room, I closed my door and opened the box. Inside was a dark red headband that came with a small, white flower pin.

Taking off the headband I was currently wearing, I put on Marth's gift and pinned the flower to the side.

I chuckled lightly as I removed the headband from my head and placed it on my beside table before getting ready to sleep.

Pulling the blanket over me, I glanced at Marth's present one last time and closed my eyes.

Third Person POV

After a long period of training by himself, Ike began to walk back to his room to take a rest.

Being the clumsy person he is, Ike managed to get lost on his way and found himself standing before an empty hallway.

There were rooms and giant windows, but it didn't seem to have anyone there. Due to his curiosity, Ike walked through the hallway as he looked around.

All of a sudden, he felt someone wrap their arm around his neck and latch onto his left shoulder. In fear, Ike attempted to release from the stranger's grip by trying to pull their arm away.

Out of nowhere, he felt something bite onto his right ear and let out an unfamiliar sound.

"A-Ah—!"

The grasp around Ike's neck loosened as he heard a giggle coming from the person behind him.

To his surprise, Marth walked in front of Ike as he smirked and laughed once more, covering his mouth with his hand.

"My, my~ I didn't know you could make such a noise, Ike."

Ike squeezed his eyes closed as he rubbed his ear, trying to numb the pain. "Why... did you do that?"

"Oh, I was curious of what you sounded like. I must say, that was lovely to hear. Do you mind if I... listen to you again?" Marth questioned, slowly backing Ike into a wall.

"N...No. Stay back, Marth." Ike demanded, pointing his finger at him.

Marth pouted as he crossed his arms. "Hmph. Why are you so mean to me...? I thought you loved me."

A rush of guilt dripped onto Ike's shoulders as he saw how upset Marth had become.

He huffed and shook his head. "I'm sorry, Marth. I won't... move."

Marth grinned as he forcefully pushed Ike against the wall without hesitation and began to roughly bite Ike's ear once more.

Ike suppressed the urge to moan by clenching his teeth. He felt himself running short on breath unless he made some sort of noise.

"Marth, quit it." He managed to mutter.

The feeling of Marth's teeth digging into Ike's skin, paused. The hot breath from his chuckle caused Ike to flinch.

"I thought you loved this. Maybe you aren't used to me being the one in control here."

Marth moved his head away from Ike's ear and held his face close to Ike's—almost as if he were threatening to make out.

"How does it feel? Being so helpless and held against your will.. Letting the other person do whatever they desire.." Marth softly spoke, holding the side of Ike's face in his hands.

"They'd keep pleasing and arousing you, until finally, you give in."

Ike began to breathe heavily as Marth gently traced his finger down the center of Ike's neck, traveling towards his chest.

"Is that what you're trying to accomplish with me? If so, I'll tell you one thing. It won't work." Ike hissed, grabbing hold of Marth's wrist.

He quickly reversed the situation, having Marth's back to the wall, rendering him weak instead. However, Marth wasn't willing to give up so easily.

He grinned and questioned, "Oh? And what do you plan on doing to me, hm?~"

Marth leaned forward as he muttered in Ike's ear, "Didn't you enjoy being treated like a toy?"

The grip around Marth's wrist tightened, causing a small whimper to escape from his mouth. Quiet giggles followed soon after.

"Ohh, I love it when you get aggressive..."

Ike's POV

My eyes opened as I nearly gasped for "real" air. That dream was definitely... strange.

Is something wrong with me? This is the second dream about Marth and I... sexually interacting, you could say. I genuinely like Marth, but not this extreme.

Maybe tonight will be a different dream. I'll just pretend as if nothing happened today, like how I acted yesterday.

~~~~~~~~~~~
Little did I know, I was wrong. Horribly wrong.
Every night, my dreams got more sexual than the last. The pattern of me waking up and pretending everything was fine, slowly degraded.
Marth caught onto my unusual actions and showed more caring towards me than he ever had before.
—Flashback—
"You seem as if you have a fever." Marth pointed out. "Here, I will check."
He slowly lifted his hand towards the side of my neck, underneath my jawline and held it there for a few seconds.
I felt my face beginning to burn up as our heads were nearly touching. Marth's eyes slowly closed as he kept feeling for any sign of sickness.
He slowly removed his hand from my neck and pouted to himself. "Hm. You're not sick in the slightest."
I huffed quietly as strands of my hair flew up, then fluttered back down towards my forehead.
"Are you alright, Ike? For the past few days, you haven't been acting yourself."
Marth gently placed his hand on mine and smiled. "I'm always here if you need to talk, okay? Don't forget about it."
I chuckled as I held Marth's hand in mine. "I don't plan on doing so."
—End—
After eating breakfast, I realized I couldn't hide my secret anymore.
Once we all exited the dining hall, I pulled Marth by the arm, which caught him off guard.
"Ike?! What's going on?"
I remained silent until the two of us made it to the entrance of the mansion, right outside, by the doors.
A sigh escaped my mouth as I spoke. "I'm sorry for scaring you, but... I need to get something off my chest."
Marth's eyes slightly widened as he look intently at me, ready to hear what I had to say.
"I've been having... strange dreams. Now, they aren't just me flying or being reincarnated—none of that.
My past dreams have been about us. And every time I'd experience them, you and I would end up doing.. something I'd rather not say."
"Please, do clarify what your dreams are." Marth urged, taking a step closer to me.
"Ah, I.. I see." I mumbled, rubbing the back of my neck. "Well, somewhere during my dreams, we would... have a sexual interaction. But, you'd always gain control over me."
Marth fell silent after I spoke my last word. He glared at the ground, deep in thought for a few minutes. Afterwards, he looked back up at me and questioned,
"Be honest with me. Are you feeling that way, when you look at me?"
I gulped as I examined Marth from head to toe. To be fair, he's fairly attractive.
I fiddled with my collar and muttered, "No."
Marth cocked his head to one side and giggled. "Oh, really? That's a surprise."
I felt my heart drop.
The tone of his voice changed. His body language is definitely asking for something. Or maybe... he wants something.
As he walked closer to me, I could hear the sound of my heartbeat pounding, faster and faster.
Before I knew it, Marth traced my broad shoulders with his finger and sent a chill down my spine.
I shuddered, before quickly pulling his hand away from my body.
"What do you think you're doing?" I asked, making sure my grip around Marth's arm was tight.
"What I desire, of course~ Surely you understand that I want you right this instant?"
"Huh?!"
"Want me?" What is he... No. This can't be true. There's no possible way Marth is acting the same way he does in my dreams.
Before I could utter a word, my back slammed against the wall of the mansion. I groaned as I attempted to get off my back.
Unfortunately, Marth pinned my shoulders in place as I struggled to move. Another giggle was heard from Marth as he inched closer to me.
"Oh, Ike. It seems your depiction of me inside your dreams is correct. I truly want to love you, but I can't help but wish for control."
My breathing was heavy as Marth gently ran his hand down my arm. He smirked as he inched his face closer towards my neck.
"What are you doing?! Don't even think about it, Marth." I threatened, trying to push his body away from me.
"My love, keep still for me. I promise this won't hurt."
I squeezed my eyes closed and clenched my teeth together as I felt Marth's mouth press against my skin. His soft lips caressed my neck as he kissed it gently, causing me to let out a heavy breath.
"Marth..." I mumbled, barely able to control my voice.
He ran his hands down, towards my chest and slightly unbuttoned my tunic. I shivered at the thought of my chest being exposed.
Marth carefully held the side of my face as he pressed his other hand against me. He looked up to meet my gaze and kissed me passionately.
As we parted our lips, Marth chuckled under his breath as he asked, "Doesn't this feel familiar to you?"
My eyes immediately widened as I recalled all my past dreams.
...Everything he's doing to me has happened in one of my dreams. But... how does he know?
