Spectrum Center; Charlotte, North Carolina: 5 weeks until Summerslam.

Trevion completed his daily short jog around the city of Charlotte, North Carolina as his road to the Universal Championship would go through the Big Dog himself, Roman Reigns. If the father of Skylar and Star McIntosh-Butler and husband of Cassie McIntosh-Butler were to defeat Roman at the biggest event of the summer, he would be just the third superstar in WWE history to hold both the Universal and WWE Championships in his career with Reigns and Lesnar being the only others to accomplish the feat. Trevion was excited to fight Vince McMahon's handpicked successor to John Cena. Roman was virtually protected in any match he was in and would rarely take a loss unless Vince saw it necessary to further a storyline or if he knew his biggest star was injured and he approved of Creatives' decision to allow the former Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket to take an L. As soon as he returned to the hotel room, he kissed his daughters' and wife heads and hopped in the bathtub for a relaxing period of meditation. As soon as he hopped out the bathroom and got dressed he was welcomed to the sight of Cassie feeding the kids their baby food and her drinking some orange juice.

Trevion: Hey there beautiful. Hey there girls

Skylar: Good Morning Daddy

Star: Morning Dad!

Cassie: Hey there sexy man; how're you doing AH-CHOO!!!!

Cassie sneezed her ass off apparently suffering from a cold of sorts.

Trevion: You've been sneezing a lot lately; You sure you're not sick or anything?

Cassie: It's only my seasonal allergies, I'm used to them flaring up at this time of the year. Wait a minute, how come your allergies aren't acting up?

Trevion: My allergies only act up in the spring not the summer.

Cassie: So if I were to I don't know bring daisies to work...

Trevion: My face would swell up like a balloon and I wouldn't talk to you for the duration of that period.

Cassie: It wouldn't be that bad... beside you love Nurse Cassie.

Trevion: Never said I didn't but my allergies get so bad that my voice will be virtually non-existent.

Cassie: Wow you got it worse than I do. But come I made your favorite; Belgian Waffles with Boysenberry syrup scrambled eggs and Applewood Bacon.

Trevion: What did I do to deserve such a caring wife?

Cassie: I ask the same thing about you everyday.

Several Hours Later...

The Spectrum Center had been undergoing the transformation of the Monday Night Raw Stage as a many superstars were filing into the home of the Charlotte Hornets. For Cassie and Trevion it would be start of their newest rivalries with Raw Women's Champion Becky Lynch and Universal Champion Roman Reigns. The surprising thing however with Cassie was that Becky was also acting under the capacity of a babyface so WWE Creative decided to not turn either competitor as they could market two wildly over faces in the women's division with Ronda and Alexa over on SmackDown for the rights of Naomi and Candice LeRae. For Trevion, he and Joe would verbally spar back and forth to build tension between the Samoan tweener and the African American babyface. Joe and Trevion were cutting up backstage.

Joe: Dude seriously?!?

Trevion: I kid you not man, Skylar was a nightmare when she was a newborn; whenever Cass and I wanted some private time, it was never Star it was Sky making all the noise. Stank diapers, wanting to spend time with us or just being annoying for the hell of it, Skylar was the center of it all.

Joe: Well you have my respect, Jojo is the same way when it comes her younger brothers but she loves them regardless. Moral of the story always go for one kid and make damn sure its a boy! Lord knows I got a lot of spearing to do whenever my baby girl brings a boy home.

Trevion: God don't get me started on boys let's worry about that when the time comes; We're in the prime of our careers about to fight for your title.

Joe: I agree brother; I'll see you out there later take care Trevion.

Trevion: You too Joe.

Just as he left, Cassie and the girls appeared as Trevion began stretching.

Star and Skylar: Hi Daddy!!!!

They hug their father while Cassie in her gear and makeup smiled at the sight of her children and husband.

Trevion: I take it you're first up baby girl.

Cassie: Yep much like you and Joe, I call out Becky we compliment each other, I tell her I'm going to take her title then Carmella and Bianca come out we have a tag match and we cap off our segment with her holding her title. What about you?

Trevion: Joe and I have a contract signing to make our match official.

Cassie: Any idea what type of match you two are having?

Trevion: No idea but I'm really hoping we have either an Tables, Ladders and Chairs match or another Brooklyn Street Fight. Those people really love themselves no disqualifications.

Stagehand: Hey Ms. McIntosh we're ready for you and Rebecca.

Cassie: Ok I'll be there out there shortly; you two be good for your father while I go handle business alright?

Twins: Yes mom.

Trevion: Don't worry babe they can't cause that much trouble everyone virtually loves the twins.

Cassie: Even so, oh never mind I can't win with you can I?

Trevion: Guess not, now go you a crowd dying to see the Iconic One.

Cassie left for gorilla leaving father and daughters alone.

As Becky Lynch was talking to the Charlotte faithful about her newest challenger for the Raw Women's Championship, Cassie waited for her music to hit and as soon as it did the crowd became unglued when the Iconic One came out.

Corey: You thought this crowd was loud for the Straight Fire of Becky Lynch well the Spectrum Center just about exploded for Peyton Royce!!!

Cole: Let's take you back to Extreme Rules pay-per-view last night where it was a forty-minute ironman match with the winner facing the winner of Raw Women's Championship match earlier in the program.

Vignettes from the Ruby Riott/Peyton Royce match would be aired at it would end with of course Liv Morgan costing her fellow heel at the time.

Cole: And towards the end of the match Becky Lynch would come out to meet and greet her future challenger for the red and white title. And so in five weeks time, a match that WWE Universe has been clamoring for since Royce returned from maternity leave, Peyton Royce and Becky Lynch for the Raw Women's Championship at the Biggest Event of The Summer, Summerslam.

Peyton: Oh hey there Becky; What's up Charlotte, North Carolina!!!

The fans inside the arena cheer as the two babyfaces came across one another paths.

Peyton: I have been for waiting for this moment for the longest. I know you are Becky, the fans are, everyone backstage is and now here we are on the road to Summerslam.

Peyton points her finger to the massive Summerslam sign in the camera's backdrop.

Becky: I agree with everything you're saying so why wait till Summerslam when I can break one of your arms now lass?

Before the Irish beauty and Aussie Wonder can scrap The EST of Raw and The Princess of Staten Island came out to the jeers of the WWE Universe. After a brief session of trash talking, General Manager Kurt Angle came out to book a tag team match between Belair, Mella, Lynch and Royce. The match was decent in terms of action and length of time as the faces unsurprisingly won the match when Royce cinched in a rear naked chokehold and Lynch would lock in the Dis-Arm-Her on Mella for the double tap-out victory. The segment ended with the intense staredown with Becky smugly holding her championship, the fans eagerly eating the scene up.

Onto to Reigns and Butler.....

Carpet had been installed, the table and chairs had been set up and Kurt had already been in the ring to officiate the Universal Championship contract signing.

Kurt: Now let's welcome the challenger for the Universal Champion... Trevion Butler!

The fans got up out of their seats and cheered for the former WWE Champion as he made his appearance in the Spectrum Center. He mingled with the fans before getting in the ring and shaking hands with the former Olympic Gold Medalist.

Kurt: And now his opponent, the man who currently holds the Universal Championship, Roman Reigns!

The fans cheered but there were also some audible booing as the Big Dog made his into the arena and posed with the Universal Title before getting in the ring and shaking hands with Angle and his adversary out of respect.

Kurt: First of all to the both of you, congratulations on your separate victories last night at Extreme Rules. But that's in the past and we must focus on the immediate future which is Summerslam. And you two are the absolute best of what Monday Night Raw has to offer and in five weeks time you two will collide for the Universal Championship. But first we have to make the match official and that's why I asked for the both of you to sign the match binding contract. Before you sign I ask is there anything you two have to say to one another?

Trevion took his microphone and began to speak.

Trevion: Yeah I got something to say. Roman, I have nothing but respect for you homie. You've got the burden of carrying a legacy that spans back at least several generations. You're the son of one half of one the most legendary tag team, Sika himself. Your brother God rest his soul Rosey had a great career himself. Before we became wrestlers, we were cold hearted killers on the football field, you at Georgia Tech and myself at Arizona. But there's something else we're both fighting for; and that's family. We both have loving families of our own. Wives and kids and they're wanting us to tear the house down come Brooklyn on August 18th, 2019. Whatever match we have at Summerslam, I'm honored I got to share the ring with the one and only Roman Reigns. Now that doesn't mean I won't stop at nothing from stomping into your yard and taking that title away from you at the Biggest Event of the Summer.

Trevion proceeded to sign the contract and dish it over to Roman. Roman always portrayed as a fight now talk later type of guy, just signed the contract and got into Trevion's face as Monday Night Raw went off the air, with the burning image of Roman holding the Universal Championship being burned into the WWE Universes' head.
