"Hey," Blueprint called, "Is that a cat?" 

"Where?" Bot replied. 

"I don't see anything, honey," Test Tube said. 

"Over by the swings! It's grey!" 

"Ooh, ooh, can I say hi?" Bot giggled. 

"If you want to." Fan shrugged. 

"Fan, what if they get hurt?" Test Tube argued. 

"Their problem, seeya Testy!" Lightbulb skipped off behind the kids. 

"Lightbulb, get ba- Yeah I can't stop her." Paintbrush sighed. 

Meanwhile, with the cat

"Ooooh it's so soft!" Neon Paint squealed, gently petting the cat's grey pelt. 

The cat meowed quietly and its blue eyes focused on Bot's own. 

"Mom!" they called. "Can we keep it?" 

"No," Test Tube answered. "It probably already has an owner."

A rather out of breath medal came running up to them. "Stupid cat!" 

"Hello there," Test Tube smiled. "Is this your cat?" 

"Sorta," the medal replied. "We're tryna get rid of her, but she keeps running away before we can put her in the pound. My girlfriend Euro's a faster runner than I am, but she's on holidays right now, so it's up to me to get Bluebell a new home."

"Mommmm," Bot sang, tapping Test Tube's glass surface. "Can we keep her?" 

"I already said no. This poor person is trying to deal with her, we can't get in the way." 

"Hey, you can have her if you want. She seems to like you more than the pound." the medal shrugged. 

"Pleeeaaase," Blueprint begged. 

"She'll knock over my lab tools!" 

"Tube, we can take care of her without letting her into the lab." Fan reasoned, putting a hand on his wife's 'shoulder'. "Let's just take her home." 

"Fine," Test Tube relented. 

"THANK YOU!!" Bot screamed. 

"How much?" Test tube asked the medal. 

"You can have her for free. The pound weren't gonna pay me and your kids clearly want her."

"Thank you," Fan responded. "Have a good day!" 

"You too," the medal replied. "And enjoy your time with Bluebell." 

"Mom!" Neon Paint called. "Can we get a cat?" 

"I wish," Lightbulb sighed. "But you know your parent won't let us, because we already have Baxter." 

"But he's just a crab!" 

"You have no idea how much they used to hate him, kid. Sorry."
