Suitcase [Part 1]

Suitcase is sat by the dock, staring into the rippling water.

She hears a voice, reluctantly ignoring it. Her vision swims and she sees black figures through the corner of her eyes. Suitcase panics, squeezing her eyes shut tight.

Hallucinations.

Suitcase continues looking into the water, struggling to block out the ringing in her ears as the voices grow louder.

She glances around and a familiar voice startles her. "Suitcase."

Suitcase whips around, and sees the faint silhouette of box. Her voice catches in her throat and she struggles to form words.

"B-box? is... is that really you?"

Suitcase was pulled and she fell into the water. Suitcase panics, her head submerged in the water. She tries to surface, but her wet backpack weighs her down. Her vision is blurry and dark, like she's staring through her own distorted reflection.

"no, no, no... box! help me!"

She manages to gasp before sinking deeper.

"you are witnessing the same fate as me"

The voices in Suitcase's head grow louder, blending together into a discordant, indecipherable jumble.

"I don't... understand..."

She tries to keep her eyes open, struggling to make out the shapes through the water. She's sinking rapidly, feeling like she's being pulled down by an unseen force. Suitcase's mind is clouded by hallucinations, making it impossible to distinguish between reality and illusion. Her lungs feel like they're burning as she fights to stay afloat. She can't tell if it's the water or her own mind trying to drown her.

"this... can't be real..."

"this is real... all of it..."

Suitcase struggles desperately, her panic and confusion taking over. She tries to swim back to the surface, but every movement feels like she's being dragged deeper into the abyss.

"no, no, no... I can't... I can't let go..."

Her thoughts race, struggling to make sense of the hallucinations and the distorted voices in her head.

"all is about to end"

With every passing second, the water feels colder, and the voices grow more insistent. She can feel herself losing consciousness as the hallucinations intensify.

"not like this..."

She can't tell if the water's rising or if she's sinking deeper. The world around her feels surreal, like a distorted reality closing in. suitcase's thoughts and perception become hazy, blending together in a disorienting blur. She finally succumbs to the darkness and loses consciousness, sinking further into the bottomless, dark water.
