Review : This short story touched my heart. The idea was so beautiful.

A story in which two kids, write letters to each other for the next eleven christmases that they plan to spend together and read in college. The story slowly grows from happy little children carelessly scribbling their thoughts down on a paper to growing up each year and learning new things. 

First kisses, crushes, lovers and deaths bring Asher and Scar together and make their relationship stronger than ever. Their letters grow with them, longer and emotional.

As Asher tries to keep Scar from her breaking point after the death of her father who was diagnosed with cancer, years of writing letters to each other and not reading them until way later. Scar tells Asher that she too was diagnosed with genetic cancer.

A story of how breaking was going and how always having someone you love, whether close or not was the best support to keep yourself moving forward with a happy life. 

Asher accepts his girlfriend's death and he continues to believe that she hasn't given up no matter where she is or where he is. 

In which stereohearted tells us that, even if one is gone, it's okay to keep fighting for the people that you love, even if they cannot be there with you.

She captures all the deepest emotions that live in the back of our mind, conveying messages from growing children that act so maturely and are sure of what they are doing as they believe in their friendship and that it can last for many years to come even if it progresses into something more. 

This story is highly recommended to those who love reading short stories that can leave you wandering on about life.
