Opens with a view of the golden sun in an orange sky Shining Upon Ginart Manor. In front of Cirilla's Memorial is Soul his Coat billowing in the breeze. Hands clasped he stands over the Memorial Statue in the Shrine.

Soul: (Looking Down, smiling sadly downward) Hi, Mom (looks down at the inscription: "In Memory of a Bravest Warrior, A Loving Mother and Wife, May her Strongest Will Live on in Legend") Sorry I haven't come by in a while. Things have been... well, things have been, pretty busy. a lot has happened since the Last time I was here, So... Where do I even begin? Well, I... fell in Love with a Girl, Her Name is Yang Xiao Long, Kinda Funny too She's the Daughter of Taiyang Xiao Long and Your Rival Raven Brawen, She's Funny, Got a Wonderful Smile, a Great fighter too... Since I met her, I Feel more Motivated to be the Best, I even sang for her, and I haven't Played the Guitar since well, You died... (looks forlornly) I miss you too. (pause) Don't Worry I Haven't Failed at Beacon yet. So that's cool. I think you would have liked my team I mean Being on a Team with Lyn has been a Huge Help. I mean You can tell she's learned a lot from everyone Oh, Liana and Vins. Oh! They're my teammates! Together, we form Team SCLT! And I made a bunch of new friends like Yang's Half-Sister Ruby Rose and Yes Before you ask She's Summer Rose's Daughter, Met an Old One too by the Name of Pyrrha Nikos, (He Chuckles), and then I met a few Oddball teachers as well. Oh! We've Kicked some Bad Guy Ass and Saved Vale, too! But I got Kidnapped just for Denzel and my Team Saved me, Despite the Scars, I seem to be Ok, however, I'm Just wondering if whoever's after me, Came for you at all, and could this Queen be after Ruby as Well?

Suddenly, Someone from Behind Shouts at Soul he turns to see his Team and Lucy Behind Them.

Vins: Hey! Are you Done yet, Soul?

Lyn (Write): We Need to be Back Soon.

Liana: It's Almost a Few Hours till the Vytal Festival Begins.

Soul: Well, gotta go Mom! I'll Make you Proud, and I Hope you're Cheering us on! Love you Forever and Always.

With that said, Soul jogs back to his Team and Sister as a group of crows flies into the sun to make a very familiar sight.

Lucy: Well, Your New Gear is loaded at my Airship.

Soul: Well, we will have to Suit up in the Airship, Let's Roll!

The camera shifts away from the sky and over the grassy mountains, where a stadium of epic proportions is seen. Crowds are cheering in the stands, as the Airship Lands in Infront of the Arena, and Team SCLT are seen Exiting the Airship. 

Vins is Now Wearing his new Obsidiaite Armor, and a New Version of his Claws is now Retractable and Able to weave Knives and a Sheild Made of Hard Darkness Dust. 

Liana is Now Wearing a New Black and Gold Catsuit and a Scarf Woven in some Exotic Metals Fibers in the Fabric, Her New Bladed Tonfas Guns are now Forged in Dragon's Blood Ore and can now interconnect to a Staff Mode. 

Lyn now wearing a Light Silver Armor with Dark Blue Hoodie hanging with some Kunais Strapped on her Legs and her Sketchbook Strapped in Behind her Hoodie.

and Lastly, Soul with Some new Outfit, Light Obsidiaite Body Armor with a Scarlet Shroud with Long Sleeves, an Open Skirt with the Ginart Family Emblem, some Black Trousers, Matching Boots, a Silver Utility Belt Holstering his Dual Pistols and his DarkSabre And Gravity Dust infused Fingerless Gloves. 

Lucy: I think I have outdone myself this Time, On your Weapons and Outfits Designs.

Lyn (signs) You sure did you even made a Pack for my Sketch Book so... Thanks. (as she Hugs Lucy) 

Vins: Thanks for the Upgrades, Just one question, What's Hard Darkness Dust?

Lucy: Oh, It's Something from the Ginart Dust Company Made by our Grandfather.

Soul: It's What I use on my DarkSabre.

Liana: Come to think of it, you never said how you got your Mom's Darksabre.

Soul: it's Long Story, I-

Suddenly he gets a call on his Scroll from Yang.

Soul: We Just Landed at the Colosseum, our way to the Arena now.

Yang:(Flirty) Ok then Soul, Love You.

Liana: Look you can tell us Next Time but we gotta go. 

Soul: I can always Teleport us into the Arena, Just Hold on to me! and Let me just Focus!

the Three of them held on to each other.

Lucy: Now, I'll Cheering for you all while I'm on Duty and Watch out for who you four are up Against, and Keep your Guard Up. 

Team SCLT: Roger That, Thanks Bye!

And they Disappeared without a Trace.

3rd Person PoV (a few seconds ago)

at the Arena, Roars from Various Civilians and Students Surrounding the Amity Colosseum as they Waited for the Next Match to Begin. 

Oobleck: (On Speaker) Ladies and Gentlemen, this is will be an Interesting Match Up, we have Team SCLT (Scarlet) of Beacon Academy vs. Team AACE (Airforce) of Shade Academy.

Port:(On Speaker) It appears that Team AACE showed up but Where is Team SCLT?

Oobleck:(On Speaker) If they don't show up in the Next 15 mins, Team AACE will win by Default.  

we see Teams RWBY & JNPR, Seated in the First Row of the Arena, and Yang is seen Holding her Scroll.

Yang: Uh-oh! (she then Dials her Boyfriend) WHERE ARE YOU Guys? Your Match is up Next! if you don't make it in 15 Mins, The Other Team will win by Default.

Soul (Scroll Call): We just Landed at the Colosseum, our way to the Arena now.

Yang: Ok then Soul, Love You.

Soul (Scroll Call): Love you, More Goldie.

a few seconds later, Team SCLT Suddenly Appears in the Arena with their New Gear. they look around and hear the Defining Cheers of the Colosseum Crowd. 

Oobleck: What in the world just happened, Peter?

Port: Well I'll Be Damnned Bart, it seems Team SCLT has Arrived. 

Oobleck: Mr. Ginart does have a Teleportation Semblance, Now this Match to finally Begins, Peter?

Port: (On Speaker) Ladies and Gentlemen, this is will be an Interesting Match we have Team SCLT (Scarlet) of Beacon Academy vs. Team AACE (Airforce) of Shade Academy.   

Oobleck:(On Speaker) Indeed we do and It Shall be Legendary!

Pyrrha: Oh no!

Jaune: What's Wrong Pyrrha?

Pyrrha: Team AACE is... Liz's Team from Shade Academy.

Yang: Should we be Worried?

Pyrrha: It's not Liz we should be concerned about it's Her Teammate Chloe Flox.

Ruby: Why? 

Soul's PoV 

Soul:(Looking Traumitzed) No... Please No...

Liana: Isn't that your Sister's Team? 

Soul (Shudders): Yes, and it's Not Liz I'm Afraid of, it's her Friend Chloe Flox.

Vins: Why?

Lyn (signs): Her Semblance is Called "Fatal Allure" an Illusion Semblance, Cause someone makes her Appear as someone the Target Lusts for the most. 

Liana: Why is Soul Afraid of Her?

Soul: Cause she was a Childhood Friend of Liz, who always Toy with me, and I Always Hated her!!!

???: (Teasingly) Aww... Don't Be Like that, you Meanie. 

They all Turn to See Team AACE's Chloe Flox Behind them with her Wavy Brown Long Hair Wearing a Black V-Neck T-Shirt with a Maroon Sleeveless Turtleneck underneath with Black Pants, Matching Black Gloves, Belt and Boots, and an Arm Band with Red Crossed Sais Logo as an Emblem.  

Soul: Speak of the Devil, Chloe...

Chloe:(Flirting) Well if it ain't the Silver eyed Pretty Boy, How's your "Girlfriend" Pyrrha?

Soul:(Flushed) Gods, She's not my Girlfriend, We're Just Best Friends!! 

Yang's PoV

Yang: Wait, She is Soul's Childhood Friend?!?

Pyrrha: To be honest, She and Liz Have been Friends since their Sanctum Academy Days, and Soul always Feared her.

Ruby: Feared her? 

Pyrrha: There were a few times when we Would train together with Lyn in the Park, Hang out in the Movies over the Summer, He Would always be Teased by Her, and Keep calling me His Girlfriend.  

Blake: So Basically, She has an Obsession with Him.

Nora:(Smug) It's almost like You two Dated?!?

Her Cheeks Became Red as a Tomato from her Choice of Words.

Pyrrha: (Blushed) N-no It's Not Like that... I swear we're not a couple... We're just Best Friends I mean Lyn was with us too.

Nora Laughs as Everyone Stare in Shock.

Soul's PoV

Now both teams are Standing Face to Face, as Soul Stares at Chloe she says.  

Chloe: Maybe I Should seduce your Precious Goldie, I keep on hearing about it from Liz.

Soul Glares at Chloe with his Silver Eyes as the Arena is being Randomized.

Chloe: (Teasing Soul) Aww... Did I Press the Right Buttons Again?

Ka'i: Knock it off Chloe, I know you, Liz and her Brother go way back but they're our Opponent for this Match.

Shizue: Ka'i is... Right, Chloe, you should take this... Seriously.

Lyn (signs): Hello, Liz!

Liz:(Stoic) Hello Lyn And Soul, let's see how much you two have Improved since Last time.

Lyn Nods as the Terrians Shift and Set on Both Sides, Ocean Terrian on Team AACE's Side, and Team SCLT 's Side a Forest Terrian. 

Ka'i: Hmph, Looks likes I got the Advantage.

Soul:(Serious) Vin's get Ka'i, Lyn takes Liz and Liana, leaving you with Shizue and Chloe is Personally Mine.

The Nod and Ready their weapons Lyn Summons Connectable Dao Swords from her Sketchbook, Soul Grabs his Darksabre and Ignites an Ebony Blade, Liana gets her New Tonfas, and Vins Retract his Claws Out, as they face their opponents, and the Buzzer Signals the Match has Begun.

Soul throws his DarkSabre at Chloe, As she Deflected it with both her Sais Soul Quickly Runs then Grabs his Pistol with one hand Then Shoots Lightning Dust at Chloe as She Backflips and Dodges Most of the Shots Fired, as the other Hand Calls his DarkSabre Back He Strikes her down her Crossed Sais as their Weapon Clash in a Blade Lock.  

Chloe:(Flirty) Wow, That Caught me off Guard huh? 

Soul: Well, I'm not Holding Back even if your Girl.

Chloe:(Teasingly) Oh Really Now?, Me Neither! 

Suddenly Soul is swept off his feet by a Leg Sweep from Chloe as Soul Aura Flickers as he Loses his Darksabre.

Soul: (in his mind) Oh Shit, she Might use her Semblance on Me, Gotta Get out of Her Range! 

She was About Lock his Hand to Impaling Her Lightning Infused Sais to the Ground, but Before she can do that he Disappears using his Semblance. 

Chloe: Aww... where did he go?

3rd Person's PoV

Vins is seen Blocking his Ka'i's Trident Using His Semblance to absorb his Armor.

Vins:(in his Mind) Get the Shark he says, Why the Hell do I have to End up with the Tough Guy?

Vins Pushes Ka'i off then Ka'i uses his Duplication Semblance to Kick Vins then Activates the Ice Dust of his Weapon Freezing Vins Body.

Vins: Er... Uh-oh!

Ka'i: Looks Like your whole Trapped in Ice Bub.

he Then Lifts the Frozen Vins.

Oobleck (On Speaker): Oh Dear, it appears Mr. Coldwell Will be Thrown out of Bounds.

Closeby Lyn sees Her Partner as she Trades Strikes with Their Blades

Lyn:(in her Mind) No! 

She Drops a Flash Bang Temporarily Blinding Liz. 

Liz: My Eyes!

Lyn then Runs Quickly then Grabs and Throws a Shock Kunai at Ka'i Electrocuting him with Lightning Dust.

Ka'i: Ah! (He Stumbles and drops Vin Breaking him out of his Icey Prison)

Vins: Thanks, Lyn!

She nods as she Heads Back to Liz.

Lyn's PoV

After Saving Vins from Certain Elimination. She Turns to Liz.

Liz:(Stoic) Interesting... You Like Him, Don't you?

Lyn is Suddenly Blushing with a Shocked look at the fact that her Sister is right. 

Liz: (Stoic) Hmm... Think Fast! (Liz Lashes at Lyn with her Sword Whip) 

as Lyn Rolls out of the Sword Whip Path and Splits her Her Dao Unleashes a wave of Gravity Dust at her Sending her Flying into the Air but Liz Uses Her Sword Whip to Lach on a Tree to Stop the Momentum.

Liz: Clever Girl, But Not Fast Enough.

Lyn (in her mind): I'll Show you Fast Liz.

She Advances at Lyn Crosses Blades with her Twin Daos as the Blades Spark Liz does a Flurry of Swift Kicks to Lyn as her Aura Flickers.

Oobleck: and it Seems Ms. Raine is Struggling against Liz Ginart.

Soul's PoV

on Screen Liana is Fighting Shizue in the Forest Area of the Arena, Avoiding each blow of Liana's Lightning Tonfa Punches, Vins Fighting against Ka'i, And Lyn having Trouble with Liz. 

As Soul sees the Screens of his Teams fight against their Opponents, Hiding from Chloe atop one of the Trees in the Forest, He hears Chloe Taunting him from afar, Strategically thinking about how to Deal with his Heart beating like Crazy.

Chloe:(Playful) Oh Pretty Boy, Come out, Come out and wherever you are...

Soul:(in his mind) It seems Shizue is a Defensive Speed Fighter, Liz is a bit of both but She's the Brains, Ka'i is a Natural Leader and the Muscle, and Chloe is... Well, the Charming Rogue but I gotta Deal with her First Before Helping the Others.

Suddenly he sees a Sai Flying Straight for him. he Quickly Parries it with his DarkSabre as it falls to the ground.

Soul: Eep, she found me! 

He Tries to Jump out but Slips off from the Tree Branch and Falls to the hard ground as Chloe Catches him in a Trance with her Semblance. 

Chloe: I got you there Pretty Boy.

Soul goes into a Trance State she snaps her Fingers, and Soul's Silver Eyes go Wide Starting to See Chloe as Yang.

She Starts by Playing with his Hair, Lightly touching his inner Wrist Soul moans as he feels her Touch. 

Soul: Ohh Goldie... your Hands are Warm.

The rest of Team SCLT Sees on Screen that their Leader is Under Chloe's Control.

Vins:(In his Mind) Damn it Ginart!

Liana:(in her Mind) No! Soul that's not Yang.

Lyn:(In her Mind) Oh No! Big Brother Don't.

Chloe then Pulls Soul into a Deep Kiss, 

as the Colosseum Gasp in Shock, and The Adults Are shielding the Children's Eyes... 

Yang's PoV

Teams RWBY & JNPR Look in Shock as Jaune Covers Ruby's Eyes

Ruby: Jaune, What are you doing? I can't see!

Ren: That's the Point.

Nora: That Fox is a Bold one.

Jaune: Oh Come On!

Weiss: Oh My... 

Pyrrha: is She- 

Blake: Seducing-

Yang: And Kissing My Boyfriend?!?!?! That's It!!!!

Suddenly Yang's Eyes Turn Red, and Her Hair Fired up, she would attempt to jump off into the arena and Hit Chloe. 

but before she that do that both Team RWBY and JNPR Try to Hold her Back to Stop Yang.

Blake: Yang, Wait! Where are you going?

Yang: Punching That Man Stealing Fox Faunus! 

Weiss: But if you Interfere with this Match we will be Disqualified.

Ruby: Exactly!

Ren: Their Right Yang, It's Part of the Rules.

Yang Screams in Anger Because she knows her Team has a Point She then Grabs a Megaphone and Then Yells on it.

Yang:(Angrily Yelling) SOUL CIEL GINART!!! YOU BETTER SNAP OUT OF IT THAT ISN'T ME, THAT'S CHLOE FLOX PRETENDING TO BE ME!! FIGHT IT!!! FIGHT HER CONTROL OVER YOU!!! 

Soul's PoV

as I Hear those Words From my Angry Girlfriend, I Gained some Control for a Moment and Teleporting out of Chloe's Range But half of my mind is still under Spell.

Soul: I hate to do this but... Fuck it's Going to Hurt.

I then struggled to Will my own Body into Grabbing my Lightning Dust loaded Pistol.  

Soul:(in his Mind) Come On! I need a Non-Fatal Shock.

I slowly Shot myself in my Forearm as I Electrocuted myself and Grunted Nearly Blacking Out from the Pain.  

Soul: And I'm Back in Control, Now to Deal with this. 

I then Grab one of the Orange Scarves Yang gave me as a Good Luck Charm then Carefully Wrap it Around my Wound then Tighten the Knot.

Soul: Now to Face my Fears with Chloe, It's Time to Turn the Tables. 

As I Teleport near a Clearing somewhere I see Chloe Looking for me.

Chloe: Oh Pretty Little Puppy, Come play with me... I don't want to hurt you.

Soul: Wanna Play Foxy? Alright then Let's Play. (with a Smug Look)

I throw some Flash Bangs into her Blinding her Sight and Hearing Then Teleported in to Kick her into the Air as her Weapons fall out of her hands, Only Unleashing Various Strikes and go for a Critical Hit Slash with my DarkSabre Breaking her Aura and Knocking her Out.  

Port (Speaker): Goodness, it Seems that Chloe Flox is Knocked out.

Oobleck (Speaker): This Means Team SCLT has a Full Team while AACE has 3 Members left in this Match.

Soul sees the Screen to find that Chloe's Aura Meter Drops to Zero, Marked Out. 

Soul: Well I guess that's it, I better help others. (as He Disappears out of Sight using his Semblance)

Yang's PoV 

Nora: Er... What just happened?  

Blake: Looks like He Shocked himself to Get out of Chloe's Control. 

Weiss: Hmph, That was Pretty Clever for a Dolt.

Pyrrha: Looks like he faced his fear of her as well. (she Smiles) 

Yang:(Angry) But he's so Dead when this Match is Over.  

Ruby: Uh-oh...

Vin's PoV

Vins is seen Fighting with Ka'i, Trading Blow after Blow as he Ducks While Ka'i tries to Swipe Vin with his Trident, Vins does a Thrust Kick to the Groin to a Roundhouse kick to the head Stunning him, and Swipes his Claws at Ka'is Legs. Grapples them and Spins Ka'i Around With all his Might, Throwing him Out of the Ring and Breaking Ka'is Aura.

Oobleck: (Speaker) Incredible!!! Vincent Coldwell of Team SCLT Threw the 7ft. Tall Shark Faunus out like a Ragdoll. 

Vins Lies Down to the Sandy Beaches and Breathing Heavily.

Vins: I did it... the Sharks Out of... the Match, this better be Worth it... (Fainting from the Fatigue)

Both Opponents' Aura Levels Drop to Zero.

Port (Speaker): Looks like Mr. Coldwell Tired himself out Bart. 

Oobleck: (Speaker) Indeed it appears so, That Leaves three members for Team SCLT and two Members left for Team AACE.

Soul's PoV

As I hide and Jump around the Trees, to see Lyn on-screen Trying to Hold On in the fight against Liz, Switching between Blocking and striking at Liz with her Twin Daos, as Liz Quickly Parries with Her Sword Whip.

They Both Distance each other, then Lyn quickly Summons and Rides a Griffon Grimm and she switches from her Twin Daos to a Sniper Rifle and Starts Shooting Wind Dust at Liz.

Soul(in his Mind): So Vins Out huh? Hold on Little Longer Lyndis Gotta Help Liana for a bit.

I make Haste to Find my Partner to see her Disarmed and her Aura Break from a Shotgun Blast of Wind knocking her out and Flying into the Air, I Quickly Teleported and Caught her in the Air, and went back to the Ground.  

Oobleck: (Speaker) Oh Dear Peter, it Appears Ms. Tycho is Out of Match. 

Port: (Speaker) and both teams are on Equally with Two Members remaining.

Liana: I'm Sorry Soul she was too much for me.

Soul: It's Fine Liana, Just Take some time and rest I got this.

The Medics Arrived as Soul Helped his Partner out to a Stretcher.

Liana: Thanks, Go Get 'em Partner! she says as she Carried out of the Arena.

Soul: I will! (Holding his DarkSabre Igniting the Ebony Blade)

Shizue: So... Your Liz's Little Brother, Please Go Easy on Me.

Soul: With Pleasure.

Shizue Moves first as Soul Blocks every Strike with his DarkSabre as he Keeps his Distance as She Sweeps his Legs as Soul jumps Avoiding the Sweep, They Walk around each other as they both wait for an Opening. 

Shizue: (In her Mind) Wow, Liz was right. He does have Good Instincts but I wanna see how can he keep up.

Shizue Goes for a Flurry of Swift Strikes at Soul till she Disarms His DarkSabre as the Blade Retracts, and Smacks his Weapon Away, As Soul sees Lyn Struggling against Liz.

Soul: (in His Mind) Lyn! Gotta Make This Count.

He throws a Flashbang at Shizue as he Calls his Darksabre and Disappears using his Semblance.

Shizue: *Blinded* Gah!

Soul then reappears shooting rapidly at Shizue with his Dual Pistols till her Aura Flickers as Soul Disappears again, as Shizue Regains her Sight to see her Opponent.  

Shizue: (Sighs) He couldn't have gone far, I'll have to regroup with Liz.

3rd Person's PoV

Port: (Speaker) Hmm... Looks Like Miss Raine is Struggling against her Sister.

Oobleck: (Speaker) It Seems Mr. Ginart Escaped Miss Akayashi of Team AACE.

Liz: Looks Like Soul is trying to save you again.

Lyn Dodges a Lash from Liz's sword whip then Summons a Manticore and Flys Up to the Sky and soon as Lyn gets High enough, It unleashes a Stream of Fire at Liz but it was Blasted by a Gust from out of nowhere Shizue Appears out of the Clearing.

Shizue: Sorry Liz, I Kinda lost your Brother but You're Right He's Pretty Cunning.

Liz; Sometimes, I think I Taught him too Well.

Lyn's PoV

Still Soaring on her Manticore, as Soul Appears behind her, she asks Soul a question.

Lyn: (Signs) So, You have a Plan?

Soul: (Smirks) Element of Surprise, But Let me Solo our Sister. You get Shizue. 

Lyn Nods as she lets her Summon Dive unleashing a Stream of Fire Around their Opponent. Soul Disappears in a Blink, Crossing Blade with his Sister.

Liz: Hmph, Show me what you have learned, Brother.
