He might not look like it but he understands the pain of being a girl and that's why he's always careful around you when your mindset is not working well during to your fever or if  you're on your period while having a fever.

He doesn't get mad at you with your mood swings instead he's worried about you since he knows you aren't the type to stay put. That's why he's always get things ready for you in case you need them. Need a glass of water? He got it. Need help with moving around? He's on it.

Since he doesn't want you to feel lonely when he have to go to school, he got up earlier than he was supposed to, then he would do the house chores since you were recovering and he doesn't want you to be in much pain when he's not around.

He always feed you with foods and medicine then tuck you in bed when you start to feel sleepy. Before he left, he will always kiss your forehead, his way of saying "get well soon" but not without having a faint blush on his cheeks if you caught him doing it that is.
