Jake left and this time I mean he left. Thank god. Could you imagine him staying the whole night? That's just crazy. Sally and I were hanging out in the kitchen, making treats for tomorrow. Jay came in with a smile. Like he was happy to see me.

"Awe no boyfriend?" He questioned.

"He left, thankfully." I replied. 

His smile seem to grow, "thankfully? What had enough of Jakey Poo?"

"Uh duh. You saw how crazy he is." I nodded. 

"Crazy in love?"

"Yeah more like stalker." Sally added. 

I laughed, but it's true. He is kinda stalker. Basically. But I was happy to spend some time with Sally and Jay without Jake around. And oppose to popular belief, Jay is actually a really good brother. They have such a good relationship, makes me wish I had a brother.  

"So how even are you 2 related?"

Sally looked at me confused, "what do you mean?"

"I mean he's a bad boy and you're a geeky artsy, goodie goodie." I replied.

"Thaaanks." She said slowly. 

"I mean that in the best way possible."

"I'm actually a good guy deep down." Jay replied. 

I smiled, "I need to find myself a good guy."

Jay and I stared at each other for a little bit. Sally cleared her throat. I snapped out of it and looked at her. That was... weird. But I liked it. I think Jay and I just had a spark. I'm totally here for it, um have you not heard me earlier. I have the biggest crush on him. He's like perfect and not a jerk like Jake. Jerk and Jake, hmmm rhymes, doesn't it? 

"Lainey, do you want to come up and look at my dress?" Sally asked excitedly. 

I smiled and nodded, "of course! Do you even know me?"
