Art Museum (Sodo)

The Carnegie Museum of Arts and Sciences may not be the most exciting place to celebrate an anniversary, but to Sodo, it was the perfect place. He parks and turns to you, pulling you in for a kiss, "LET'S GO LET'S GO!" He screamed, quickly getting out of the car. You laugh at his childish antics, but quickly get out to try and stop him from running away, you should have brought a leash.

He almost tackles you to the ground in a hug, "Thank you thank you thank you!" He says, jumping you both up and down, "Don't thank me yet, we still have to actually go into the museum." You say, your heart is full of love and joy. He grabs your hand, almost dragging you behind him. He holds the glass door open for you, a gift shop. If the first thing you set your eyes on, you make a mental note to grab him something before you leave. He immediately goes to look around, you sneak away and pay for the tickets. The gentleman behind the desk hands you the two red tags and a map. Sodo sneaks up behind you, "Ohhh I see, distract me with a gift shop and pay for my ticket." You laugh and turn, handing him the red tag, "Too late now. Let's go!" You grab his hand and enter the fossil exhibits.

Sodo's eyes widened seeing the large collection. He immediately stood under the t-rex, just looking on in awe. You preferred the art exhibits, but just seeing him be so happy and entertained made the trip here worth it. He starts to slowly walk around to each plaque and informative sign, taking in all of the information about these ancient creatures. After about thirty minutes, Sodo grabs your hand, "Come on, I want to see the dioramas!"

You follow him into the next exhibit. Glass separates the worlds inside from reality. The polar bear diorama made him sad, "They're dead." he said, his lips pouting. You can't help but laugh at his reaction, "It's not funny." He crosses his arms and stomps his foot. You wipe the stray tears that fell from laughing too hard and wrap your arms around him, "It's okay, there are more polar bears, now come on, I want to see the gems." You start to drag him away, he complies and holds your hand again.

The room was dark, dim light shone on the stones and crystals, making the room light up with rainbow colors. Your eyes light up at the energy in the room, it feels so positive and comforting. Sodo moved his hand from your hand, to your waist, pulling you closer to his side as you stayed glued in front of a giant, purple geode. He looks down at you, your face having a low, purple glow accentuating your features. He was mesmerized by you, even after all these years, he was still fascinated by you. He bends down and kisses the top of your head. You blush and giggle softly, turning your head and kissing his cheek. He smiles at you, "Come on, let's look around." He reaches for your hand, you meet his half way and start to explore the room. Once your eyes are tired of the colors, you and Sodo move out of the exhibit.

Sodo looks at the map, "I would like to go see the architecture" he says, trying to figure out how to get there, "Here, let me look." You say, he hands you the map, "oh it's through these doors." He holds them open for you, "What a gentlemen" you say, sarcastically. He smacks your ass through one of the doors, causing you to yelp slightly, thank Satan there wasn't anyone near to hear it. Sodo only laughed while you scowled at him. You quickly walk away and stand infront of a cast of Venus De Milo. Her beauty never ever scared you, and she was stunning. Sodo wrapped his arms around your waist, setting his chin on your shoulder, "I love you." He says, starting to pepper kisses on your neck. You try to stay strong, but fold quickly, "I love you too." You whisper, trying not to moan at the heavenly feeling, "Save this for later." You say moving away from him. He groans, but follows, admiring the sculpting.

The art was the final exhibition, and it was your favorite. The portraits of women, men, and children from a by-gone era infatuated both of you. The way so many of the paintings's subjects just seem to stare into your soul was both creepy, welcoming, and overwhelming. Sodo kept stealing glances at you, loving how an absent minded smile paints your face with each new detail your eyes discover in the art work. Eventually, Sodo checks his watch, "We have to go now." He says slightly panicked, "What? Why?" You ask as he drags you to the exit, "I have a surprise. Now hurry up!" He says, starting to run to the car. He goes to open your car door, but he quickly stops himself, grabs you by the hips, and kisses you passionately,

"Thank you, thank you so much, I love you." He whispers against your lips, kissing you in between every word. You giggle and kiss him back the best you can, "I love you too, now come on, I want to find out what my surprise is!" He opens the door, you sit. He runs to the other side of the car and starts the car and pulls out of the parking lot very, very quickly. Happy Anniversary
