Jason's pov
"The crystal gems are tough on you aren't they" I said, staring at the teenager in front of me. "Sometimes,  my aunts are tough on me to, with being a diamond and all" Steven said, looking at the said beneath our feet. "I can't say I fully know how that feel, but I partially understand, all my life I felt like I wasn't doing something right, but it turns out that it was the people around me who were wrong" I stated, hoping to make Steven feel better. "Yeah, sometimes I feel like everyone around me are idiots" Stevne said chuckling. "Now that I understand" I said, laughing. "So, since your here, what do you want to do?" The 15 year old asked, looking out at the ocean. "Well, it would be nice to see the sights of beach city" I said. "I'd love to show you around!" Steven yelled grabbing my hand and running towards the town.

He finally let go of my hand when we arrived a little restaurant called fish stew pizza. "Do you wanna get something to eat?" Steven asked, getting out his wallet. "Sure, but I'm paying" I said, grabbing my green legend of Zelda wallet out of my back pocket. "No, I'll pay" he reassured, holding his blue wallet with a pink diamond on it. "Nice wallet" I said, admiring the colors of it. "Thanks, But I'm still paying" He sang, walking towards the door. "Fine, but I'm paying for whatever we do next" I sighed, putting my wallet back

We walked into the small restaurant and saw down at a table. A teenager named Jenny walked over to our table and asked what we wanted to drink. "I'll take a tea" I said, looking at the menu. "I'll have one to" Steven said, looking at Jenny. "Okay, and what would you like to eat?" She asked, looking at me. "Steven, since you've eaten here before, recommend me something" I said putting down the menu. "Lets get a large pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni, green peppers, and olives" Steven said, handing his menu to Jenny. "Okay, I'll be back with your pizza in 20 minutes" Jenny said, grabbing our menus and walking toward the kitchen.

"She seems nice" I said, looking at the decor of the restaurant. "Yeah, we've been good friends since I was a kid" Steven said, looking out the window. "So, where should we go to after we finish?" I asked, looking at the beach through the window. "We could go to funland" Steven excitedly said making me laugh. "Sure let's go there next" I laughed.

After we finished our pizza Steven paid, and we walked out of the building and towards funland. Once we arrived, I bought out tickets and we walked in. "So what should we do first?" I asked, looking at all the rides and attractions. "Let's go ride that one!" Steven yelled, and dragged me toward a roller coaster. We waited in line for 10 minutes and we finally got our turn.

We got in the cart and buckled in the seat belt. Once everyone was strapped in, the ride started to move. It slowly want up and hill and finally came to a massive drop. I threw my hand up in and the air and laughed going down. Steven was yelling, with a smile on his face. We turned to the right on the ride and went under a tunnel and popped back out on the other side. As we did the final turn, the ride starting slowing down, and eventually came to a halt. We got off the ride and walked back into the park. "That was fun" I said, trying to walk correctly. "Yeah! It was awesome!" Steven yelled, causing some people to look at us. "Yeah it was" I said, patting him on the head.

After two more hours of riding rides, and playing games we left funland. "There's on more place I wanna show you" Steven said, running toward a hill. There was moss covering it, but as soon as Steven got up there, the moss turned into beautiful roses. I stared in awe at the beautiful seen in front of me. The roses filled the sky, as the sun slowly set. We sat down on the hill and watched the flowers slowly go through the sky. "Thank you Steven" I whispered, looking at the sun set. "For what?" The younger boy said. "For everything, it's been a long time since I've felt cared for" I said, hugging him. "Its okay, as long as I'm here, me and the crystal gems, will always care for you, because your one of the team!" Steven said, showing off his famous grin. "So, you ready to go back?" Steven said. "Yeah, let's go"
